will also change. Precious wealth that is constantly accumulated through deception, no matter how much is accumulated, is nothing more than a source of suffering; the more one reduces one's possessions, the more one avoids enemies, thieves, and harm. Therefore, contentment is the peak of achieving perfect wealth. The nature of each individual is like that of a child, because children are the clouds of non-virtuous faults, so they praise themselves by various means and proclaim the shortcomings of others through direct or indirect means, being dominated by the five poisons and the three poisons, relying on the rough tongue-like behavior and attitude of a snake. Power and wealth are impermanent and changing, always thinking that anything is permanent. For acts of great kindness, one does not show gratitude, but rather distorts the satisfying image with an unpleasant expression. With intense hatred in mind, the flames of hatred are fanned by the breeze, inflicting various harms like a monkey, and like a crocodile, the belly of sin and non-virtuous deeds is wide and capacious. Due to low loyalty to vows, like a venomous snake, one will destroy anyone one encounters, and like fire, one will burn the trees of virtue. If these faults exist, then it is very important to keep child-like companions at a distance. The five sense objects that are craved are more potent than poison, because their fruition is cruel, and although the momentary enjoyment seems delicious when driven by lust, this is not limited to this lifetime alone, and in all lifetimes, even with the use of supreme mantras and three hundred and sixty kinds of medicines, etc., it cannot be cured and corrected. Therefore, until the elephant of one's mind is tamed, the illusion of temptation is more powerful than the great power of the five desires. Placing this tangible body in the vessel of fabrication, until the three elements of fire, water, and earth, etc., have not caused it to dissipate, the peaceful forest space, that is, secluded forest valleys and caves, should be frequented. Remote areas and nomadic lands, that is, pleasant places not usually inhabited by people, will increase world-weariness, and by staying away from commerce, agriculture, and sinful friends, etc., one will be freed from the bondage of taxes, etc.

In a solitary place, there are no starving crowds, nor the clamor of birds and beasts. Clear streams, abundant fruits, spacious caves, and houses built of leaves. Resting in the shade of trees, it is supremely comfortable. When will I be able to dwell there? Thinking thus, the heart is filled with joy. In that place, the new guests of the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—the forests that boast of the changes of color and beauty, and the manifestation of realization, to prove that they are free from afflictions, not disturbed by noise, but yearn for solitude, taking seven steps towards solitude, behold the merit they proclaim. Wherever it is, there, meditation is extremely stable and firm, which is the characteristic of higher mind training. So-called dependent arising, if dependent arising is integrated into the body, realization will appear in the mind. The sole means and ritual for that is the posture of Vairochana (藏文:རྣམ་པར་སྣང་མཛད།), who possesses the seven limbs, and the practitioner whose life force is the mind should diligently practice that samadhi which is neither one nor two. Whatever the object, that is, the method of binding the mind and the way of observing, if the consciousness of the mind is completely bound to the meaning of virtue, then all the appearances of elaboration will dissolve into one dharmata, the object of appearance will not cease, but there will be no attachment to it. That is to say, consciousness does not cling to external objects, and is united with the nature of samadhi, even if many conceptual thoughts arise, it will not be distracted, this is the subsequent attainment of vipassana. If distinguished, there are three types of meditation: the meditation of children's play, the meditation of discerning meaning, and the meditation of the Tathagata's virtue. The first dhyana has both vitarka and vicara, the second dhyana has vitarka but no vicara, the third dhyana has vicara but no vitarka, and the fourth dhyana has neither vitarka nor vicara, these are the four dhyanas. Similarly, there are also the four formless absorptions, namely: the sphere of infinite space, the sphere of infinite consciousness, the sphere of nothingness, and the sphere of neither perception nor non-perception, these are their numbers. This is the power of samadhi in the continuum of those who have not yet entered the path, it is the increase of the accumulation of merit.
