What is the use of effort, when the face is not shown? One does not meditate oneself, surpassing observation and urging. Relying on the essential points of method, wisdom, channels, drops, and the three winds, Desiring to realize the inexpressible, it is but the mind of a fool. From the very beginning, the face of self-awareness is inseparable for an instant, Without depending on anything, realize it nakedly and transparently. Without beginning, middle, or end, it transcends all realms, Not desiring emptiness, vastness, and infinity. In the nakedness of the transparent and decisive wisdom, Without mind or object, in one's own individual Realm of self-awareness, seeing it as it is, Realize it through the key point of distinguishing between mind and wisdom. The root of all phenomena of samsara and nirvana is one, And this interdependent arising of various appearances, existence, vessel, and essence, Strives to arise in the manner of arising and reversing. When all are realized as the magic of awareness, Having decided that there is no Buddha apart, Having abandoned hope, and also the root of samsara, Having decided that it is nothing but ignorance and delusion, Play in the great spontaneously accomplished non-thought. Since it does not move from the state of the dharmadhatu awareness, No one has fallen or will fall into samsara, Like a dream, its nature is primordially pure, Play the illusion of emptiness and form as the dharmakaya. Primordially empty like space, samsara is pure from the beginning, Liberation is not achieved, nirvana is completely pure, Self-awareness transcends existence, non-existence, effort, and accomplishment, Play the dharmakaya, in which samsara and nirvana are non-dual. Limitations, partiality, time, acceptance, and rejection, Actions, activities, comings, and goings, the results of view, meditation, and conduct, Whether it is or is not, effort and accomplishment are cut off in self-awareness, Play the dharmakaya, the vast expanse of liberation from extremes. The essence of self-awareness is groundless and transparent, Purity and impurity, with and without elaboration, In the innate nature, there is neither establishment nor refutation, Play in the great expanse equal to space. Actions, activities, awareness, path, negation, and affirmation, Reliance, object of reliance, straying into grasping, Without past or future, in the state of self-awareness, Play in the great expanse beyond mind. Not hoping to attain Buddhahood, not meditating on the path, Not needing to wander in samsara, not seeking refuge, Without abandoning or attaining samsara and nirvana, in a state of mental ease, Play in the transparent, without separation or attainment. In the Dharma, there is nothing to do, it abides at the extreme of existence and non-existence, Whether it is or is not, mind, view, and meditation abide in proclamation, Having abandoned all the activities of the mind of existence and non-existence, Play in the state of freedom and vastness. The intention does not waver from the nature of reality, The Dharma is exhausted.

In the state of namelessness, the self-liberation arises. Whatever appears is seen as the play of self-born wisdom. One revels in the spectacle of absence, appearance, emptiness, form, and illusion. Whatever arises arises from the ground, so there is no good or bad. Whatever arises is the display of awareness, so its essence is the same. When it arises, it is already self-liberated, so there is no separation. Like water in a mirage, it transcends the dharma grasped by the mind. The actions of dharma and non-dharma are done by the mind. In dharma, there is no action, so one realizes the primordial state. The actions of the world and mind are also separate from that. One abides in the natural, ordinary, and innate state. One acts in accordance with the nature of natural awareness. All efforts and practices in dharma are in the face of awareness. Without difference, all yogic conduct is dharma. The play of dharmata is spontaneously accomplished. Transcending acceptance and rejection, existence and non-existence, being and non-being. In the vast expanse of universal equality, it is all one space. With awareness and emptiness nakedly liberated, all dharmas. One settles with confidence in the play of self-born wisdom. In the single instant of the unobstructed union of appearance and awareness. Without parts, it arises, and in the second moment of arising. Without staying, it is liberated, and when dharmata self-arises. Appearance and awareness are without foundation, so it transcends effort and. Bondage and attachment. All dharmas are self-empty, so it transcends searching. In the natural state, it naturally vanishes, and one settles with naked confidence. All dharmas are primordially liberated, so there is no need for repeated effort. Having well understood the self-liberation like a snake's knot. One does not rely on antidotes, the mind is open, and there is no reliance. Completely liberated, flat and relaxed, without effort, and with mental ease. Thus, seeing the key point, there is no effort of antidotes. There is no rejection, no thoughts, no clinging, no attachment, no negation, and no affirmation. The mind is exhausted, dharma is exhausted, and awareness is clear like the sky. Just as darkness naturally vanishes by the power of the sun. Without abandoning grasping and the grasped, it vanishes into the self-liberated space. All dharmas are primordially equal, the object of recitation and the act of recitation. The teacher of recitation, and even the great recitation. All transcend name, meaning, and reliance. Thus, self-awareness is spontaneously accomplished, not compounded. The chariot of the snowy lands, the vast expanse of Longchen Rabjam. The treasury of intention, the precious treasure of dharma. The empowered one teaches in a manner of love to others. In countless buddhafields in the past, the treasure of good deeds. For all fortunate individuals who have accumulated much merit. Spoken by the mouth of Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo, who passed into peace. Inseparably, always dwell in the bindu of the heart. The ninth chapter, "Reciting in the Dharmadhatu," from the Great Perfection Jampal Chuktik.
