I, after disappearing from here, When one hundred and twelve years have passed, The essence of the teachings, the sacred, Is known as the three celestial abodes. In the southeastern direction of Jambudvipa, On the mountain called Auspicious, Through the blessings of compassionate harmony, To the king named Dza, Vajrapani appears. A fortunate and sacred one from among humans, Having attained supreme enlightenment, Always have devotion to him. It is said that there is such a record. Therefore, twenty years after Shakyamuni Buddha's nirvana, in the southeastern land of Zahor, in a place called Oddiyana, on the palace of the king named Dza or Indrabhuti, countless texts written in gold and with lapis lazuli ink descended. It is said that the king, having seen and understood them, attained accomplishment through practice. Some, not understanding, asked Kukuri, who knew the chapter on the vision of Vajrasattva. It is said that through practicing the vision of Vajrasattva, He understood all the tantras, and the king and his retinue attained accomplishment. There is also a story that it developed from this. But this is not reasonable; it is self-made. The reason is that it cannot be denied that Vajrapani will teach King Dza. If one understands by looking at the texts, then taking the secret mantra oneself will only lead to hell. This contradicts the statement that one cannot attain accomplishment without a lama. Furthermore, the land of Oddiyana being in the southeast contradicts worldly appearances. Therefore, that should be abandoned. It is said that the divisions of the tantras and so on are unreasonable and should be understood elsewhere. Therefore, the meaning of the lineage of the previous vows is that it gathers together the place known as the three celestial abodes. That was in the southeastern city, in a place called Patikihira, where empowerment and teachings were given in the mandala of the emanation of Vajrapani to the king named Chandrapratisvana, the radiant moon, and not that the teachings were compiled in Oddiyana. In the Secret Lamp Tantra, in the Yoga Tantra, someone asked: 'Who will know the great secret tantra in the future?' The prophecy said: 'In the west, in Oddiyana, in the place of the glorious Great Vajra, Indrabhuti will know, teach, and spread it.' It is said that Indrabhuti is the master of the ten bhumis. It is said that the place of the compilation of the secret mantra is Oddiyana. It is said that the king was Vajrapani. It is said that it was compiled when the Bhagavan was alive. The king and his retinue attained accomplishment. The country turned into an ocean. Vajrapani wrote all the tantras in gold on palm leaves and entrusted them to the nagas.

I, after disappearing from here, When one hundred and twelve years have passed, The essence of the teachings, the sacred, Is known as the three celestial abodes. In the southeastern direction of Jambudvipa, On the mountain called Auspicious, Through the blessings of compassionate harmony, To the king named Dza, Vajrapani (ཕྱག་ན་རྡོ་རྗེ།, वज्रपाणि, Vajrapani, Hand in Vajra) appears.
