Visualize the Yidam (Tibetan: ཡི་དམ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: इष्टदेव, Sanskrit Roman: Iṣṭadeva, literal meaning: cherished deity) peaceful and wrathful deities, etc., all the wheels of the mandala complete, clear, and unmixed. In a single instant, even the black and white parts of the eyes and the pores of the skin are clearly visible without being mixed. How long can this clarity be maintained? The least clear state should be clear in the mind. If one is very familiar with this, by the key of the wind and mind entering the same state, when the inner wind is controlled, the outer will manifest ten signs, like the deity appearing in the form of a mudra in the realm of external senses, this is called medium clarity, that is, the deity appears in the realm of the senses. If one is even more familiar with this, when one is in the yoga state of the deity, even others can see you as the deity, this is called the highest clarity, that is, the deity appears in the realm of the body. Second, practicing pride (Tibetan: ང་རྒྱལ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मान, Sanskrit Roman: Māna, literal meaning: pride) is to reverse attachment to ordinary things. In all stages of the generation phase, cultivate the pride of 'I am Guru Dorje Todtreng (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་རྡོ་རྗེ་ཐོད་ཕྲེང་།), who possesses all qualities, has exhausted all faults, and is the embodiment of all victors,' until a special conviction arises that the deity's form is not established apart from one's own awareness. If one can integrate this continuous pride into the original state in a non-attached way, then one is on the right path. Third, practicing pure recollection is to transform the clear appearance and pride of the deity into true wisdom. Although there is no distinction between grasper and grasped in the wisdom of perfect and complete enlightenment, in order to tame sentient beings, it shows the form of mudras like illusions without ceasing. In the ground state, the primordial self-arisen wisdom has never been stained by faults; in the result state, the self-arisen wisdom is liberated from all temporary obscurations of transformation, possessing two purities, and the qualities of spontaneously dwelling in the Dharmakaya manifest as the essence of the dependent and the depended mandala, without even a speck of ordinary appearance and attachment. One should place strong faith in this special purity that connects the ground and the result. In particular, in the ground state, all dharmas are of one taste in suchness; in the result state, form and wisdom are of one taste, therefore there is one face. In the ground state, although the primordial Dharmadhatu is unwavering, from the opposite perspective, it possesses two truths; in the result state, because the two accumulations are perfected, or one possesses the wisdom of knowing how it is and how many, therefore there are two hands, etc., to represent the deity's adornment. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

One should remember the purity of all external things, such as dwellings. To clearly establish such a state and practice the power of samadhi, visualize deities the size of three thousand great thousand worlds within a mustard seed-sized mansion; or conversely, practice varying sizes. Having practiced in this way, even though the mustard seed-sized mansion does not become larger, the visualized deities of the three thousand great thousand worlds do not become smaller, and there are no faults such as doubt or discomfort. No matter how one meditates, one can, like brandishing a spear in the sky, transform all appearances into the play of divine forms with the power of samadhi, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of power manifestations. Therefore, one should strive to cultivate the samadhi that transforms all impure karmic appearances into pure divine forms. Thus, by eliminating the obstacles of sinking and agitation, perfectly accomplish the clear meditation on divine forms, merging the divine appearance and one's own mind as inseparable. Because there is no mind apart from the abandoned divine form, and there is no divine form apart from the abandoned mind, guard in the state of inseparability of divine appearance and one's own mind. Master the way of merging the profound (Dharmata) and the clear (form) into the inseparability of the two kayas and wisdom, and take it as the path of practice. Second, regarding the instruction on reciting mantras, it is divided into the general integration of the Three Roots and the individual recitation contemplations. First, in the heart of Hayagriva, visualize above a lotus and moon disc, the wisdom being Arya Avalokiteśvara, with a body color of clear white, peaceful and smiling, the right hand in the Varada mudra, extended over the knee; the left hand holding the stem of a white lotus, with the petals opening near the ear. Adorned with silk and precious ornaments, seated in the half-lotus posture. In the center of his heart, within the combined space of the sun and moon, is the heart essence, the meditation being, or the white seed syllable Hrīḥ (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:Seed Syllable), surrounded by the twenty-one syllable mantra of the general integration of the Three Roots, rotating to the right, from which light radiates. The light offers pleasing offerings to the Buddhas of the ten directions and their retinues, and retrieves all accomplishments from them. Purifies the two obscurations and their habitual tendencies of all beings. The rays of light gather back and dissolve into oneself, thereby obtaining both supreme and common accomplishments. Visualize all appearances as divine forms, all sounds as mantras, and all thoughts as the wheel of wisdom. Recite Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Guru Padma Dheva, etc. Here, contemplate the deity to be accomplished as the general collection of the Three Roots, and integrate the meditation, recitation, and activities to be cultivated into one. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
