Visualize yourself holding a skull cup filled with nectar, sitting in the vajra posture on a lotus and moon cushion. In your heart, visualize a fully bloomed lotus and sun, at the center of which is the embodiment of all yidams (tutelary deities)—the powerful Hayagriva, with a reddish-brown body, majestic in nine dance poses. The right hand holds a curved knife, and the left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, adorned with a complete set of charnel ground ornaments. Amidst blazing flames, standing with the left leg extended on a seat of four maras (demons). Embracing in union is the consort, the chief of countless dakinis (sky dancers)—Vajravarahi (Vajra Sow), with a dark blue body, the right hand holding a curved knife, and the left hand holding a skull cup while embracing the deity. Adorned with precious jewels and six bone ornaments, full of youthful bliss. Visualize a horse head above the father's head and a laughing pig face above the mother's head, clearly visible. From your body, radiate clouds of the three roots (gurus, yidams, and protectors) like an ocean, with all dharma protectors, wealth deities, and treasure owners gathering like servants. Awaken to the fact that all phenomena and existences have been inherently abiding in the nature of the mandala of the three roots like an ocean, thus visualizing all phenomena and existences as deities. Thus, clearly visualizing the wheel of the support and the supported purifies the impure appearances and attachments of the vessel and essence of the world, and accomplishes the complete mandala of the support and the supported of the fruition. Moreover, during the path, it matures the yoga of the completion stage of channels, winds, and bindus (drops). If you wish to learn in detail, you can learn elsewhere. Second, bless the three places: At the body (crown) place, visualize the white Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), the essence of the vajra body of all Buddhas; at the speech (throat) place, visualize the red Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), the essence of vajra speech; at the mind (heart) place, visualize the blue Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुम्,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), the essence of vajra mind, thus sealing the three doors with the three vajras. Third, make the wheel of fruition wisdom inseparable from the deity, divided into the main practice and the incidental. First, the main practice is to invite and integrate the deity through the four doors of secret mantra—visualization, mantra, mudra (hand gesture), and invocation—and abide in oneself. The so-called four doors of secret mantra are as stated in the scripture: 'Symbols, postures, and mudras are the door of dance; vows, key points, and invocations are the door of secret mantra; focus, one-pointedness, and meditation are the door of mind; actual meaning, clarification, and expression are the door of speech.' Thus, visualize the three places marked with the three syllables (Om Ah Hum), from which radiate immeasurable light…… --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Visualize that the root gurus, yidams (tutelary deities), and dakinis (sky dancers), the Three Roots, residing in the boundless realms of the ten directions, manifest as wisdom beings, filling the sky in front. Recite 'Bajra Samaja' (藏文:བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ,梵文天城体:वज्रसमाजा,梵文罗马拟音:vajra samāja,meaning: Vajra Assembly), make the vajra gathering mudra (hand gesture), and invoke the commitment with the words 'Hum Hrih' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:हुँ ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ hrīḥ,meaning: radiance) and other mantras of lotus light. 'Jah' (藏文:ཛཿ,梵文天城体:जः,梵文罗马拟音:jaḥ,meaning: descend) means gathering in front. 'Hum' (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,meaning: merge) means becoming close to dissolving into oneself. 'Bam' (藏文:བཾ་,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,meaning: bind) means entering into oneness with oneself. 'Hoh' (藏文:ཧོཿ,梵文天城体:होः,梵文罗马拟音:hoḥ,meaning: joy) means having the conviction of being inseparable and stable until obtaining the essence of enlightenment. Thus, contemplate the samaya being and wisdom being as inseparable, and request them to remain without separation. Clarify this by reciting the words 'Hum Hrih, outer vessel pure and boundless,' etc. Secondly, as a side note, first perform prostrations and offerings, then arrange the offerings in their places, and finally conclude with praises of greatness, in three parts. First, visualize offering goddesses emanating from one's heart making prostrations with gestures, and respond with 'Pratitya Hoh' (藏文:པྲ་ཏི་ཙྪ་ཧོཿ,梵文天城体: प्रतीच्छ होः,梵文罗马拟音:pratīccha hoḥ,meaning: receive) to indicate acceptance of the prostrations, and then visualize the goddesses dissolving into oneself. With actually available or mentally emanated goddesses, generate delight by offering the seven offerings, the five desirable qualities, medicine, alcohol, torma (ritual cake), and the great bliss of uniting the yum (consort) mudra and the secret organ, and then visualize the goddesses dissolving into their respective places. Remembering the great qualities of the yidam (tutelary deity) and the Three Roots, praise them with vajra songs. All of these should be practiced by combining the methods of purification, completion, and maturation. Secondly, practice the immovable dharma, learning the three aspects of clarity in samadhi (meditative concentration): learning the clarity of form, learning pride, and learning pure recollection. First, in order to reverse the coarse appearance of ordinary impurity, learn the appearance and conviction of the deity's form. Just as an image appears in a clear, still pond, contemplate the complete form of the deity clearly, without sinking or floating, with single-pointed focus. If a general conceptual appearance arises, then without losing the general appearance, from the eyes to the feet, each part of the body; from the top of the headdress to the throne, each part of the ornaments, visualize them clearly one by one, focusing on each one, until distinct and subtle appearances arise without confusion, and strive to contemplate them. When the distinct appearances of each part arise, like an image appearing in a clear mirror, all appear clearly at once. When focusing on this, the general... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
