Thinking of engaging in activities. Mantra meaning: Starting with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: Om), Mahakala (Great Black One) and others should be understood as in other texts. Secondly, as the chief or basis of all common activities, benefiting oneself and others through the practice of longevity. This includes: showing the object of meditation, and explaining the meaning of the mantra to be recited. First, one's own skull cup is the essence of the longevity goddess, and the vase is the essence of the longevity god. From these two, arise the Swift Goddess (Gyalwe Gyokma) - yellow, white, red, green, and blue. The right hand holds an arrow banner, and the left hand holds a vase. Rays of light radiate like sunlight. First, all of one's own lifespan that has been cut off, diminished, increased, or stolen is gathered like iron by a magnet, and absorbed into the body from the crown of the head. Second, the pervaded earth, water, fire, and wind, and the pervading space - the essence and glory of the five elements of the outer world - are all gathered in the form of five-colored light and enter the body. Third, the lifespan and glory of the inner sentient beings are gathered and absorbed in the form of light. Fourth, the blessings of the Buddhas, including their retinue, dissolve into oneself inseparably like water into water in the form of rainbows, light, bindus, letters, seed syllables (Tibetan: འབྲུ, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), and hand gestures, thinking of gaining power over the vajra lifespan, and then reciting. Second, the meaning of the mantra: Starting with Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: om, Chinese literal meaning: Om), Vajra Guru Padma (Tibetan: བཛྲ་གུ་རུ་པདྨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्रगुरुपद्म, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra guru padma, Chinese literal meaning: Vajra Guru Padmasambhava), Vajra Guru Padmasambhava. Siddhi (Tibetan: སིདྡྷི, Sanskrit Devanagari: सिद्धि, Sanskrit Romanization: siddhi, Chinese literal meaning: accomplishment), accomplishment. Ayushe (Tibetan: ཨཱ་ཡུ་ཥེ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: आयुषे, Sanskrit Romanization: āyuṣe, Chinese literal meaning: longevity), longevity. Hum (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) is the seed syllable (Tibetan: ས་བོན, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed) of wisdom life. Nri (Tibetan: ནྲྀ, Sanskrit Devanagari: नृ, Sanskrit Romanization: nṛ, Chinese literal meaning: Nri) is the basis of worldly life. Jah (Tibetan: ཛཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: जः, Sanskrit Romanization: jaḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Jah) is the summoning of all life essence. Thus, the order of recitation and visualization is briefly explained. Third, the luminosity of the mind is the yoga of suchness. There are two types: with signs and without signs. First, as the text says: 'The body should be straightened,' etc. Visualize oneself as the single form of Vajra Garlanded Skull, in the center of the empty nature of light, visualize the three channels and four chakras, and then exhale impure air. The khatvanga in the left hand is the essence of Mandara, from which arises red-yellow great bliss, entering from the nostrils, touching the tummo A at the navel chakra, and the fire blazes. As the flame grows larger, the Ham at the crown of the head melts, focusing on the descending bliss and practicing vase breathing as much as possible in conjunction with visualization. Second, as the text says: 'Settle awareness without grasping,' The mind is separated from all elaborations of the three times, and rests in the state of union of awareness and emptiness, luminosity, and Great Perfection. Third, the subsequent activities. There are two types: dissolving the deity into light, and rising from the light. First, at the end of the gathering, --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

如此精进,必定迅速获得遍知智慧(rnam pa thams cad mkhyen pa'i ye shes)。

All appearances and existence dissolve into light, merging into the mandala (gzhal yas khang). Within that, the self-arisen wisdom being (rang ye shes sems dpa'). The wisdom being or heart-essence (ye shes sems dpa' 'am thugs srog), heart-essence, bindu (thugs srog, thig le). The bindu nada (thig le na da) is extremely subtle, dissolving into the three curves (sum 'khyogs). Finally, the nada also dissolves into the unborn state, like lightning disappearing in the sky. Thus, the emptiness visualized clearly, and one's own mind, the primordial great emptiness, free from arising, ceasing, and abiding, are blended into one, and one abides in equanimity. When rising from meditation, like a bubble emerging from water, one's own being arises from the realm of union (zung 'jug) as the wheel of the mandala, viewing all appearances, sounds, and thoughts as the play of deity, mantra, and wisdom. Afterwards, dedicate the merit, make aspirations, and offer auspicious prayers. By striving in this way, one will surely and swiftly attain the wisdom of omniscience (rnam pa thams cad mkhyen pa'i ye shes). Here it is said: Revealing treasures like a chain of stars, the initial profound treasure image, and again at the end of time, appearing in the heart-ocean of the guide ( 'dren mchog). This wondrous dependent arising causes the power and glory of the teachings and beings to flourish, like a golden age returning, becoming the spring for the fortunate ones. Thus, this essential compilation of profound instructions, uniting the profound secret three roots, was personally bestowed as oral instructions by the all-pervading Vajradhara (khyab bdag rdo rje 'chang), who also gave detailed instructions on the order and a template to be written down. Therefore, Mipham Jamyang Gyatso (mi pham 'jam dbyangs rgya mtsho), fortunate to be nourished by the nectar of oral instructions, wrote this, abandoning self-created views, may it fulfill the wishes of all fortunate ones seeking the meaning of the path.
