将等量的黄铜、白银、水银混合，封口。外部用蜂蜡或动物脂肪覆盖并压平。使用时仰卧，将其置于舌下，据说在精液未排出之前，明点（藏文：ཐིག་ལེ，梵文天城体：बिन्दु，梵文罗马拟音：bindu，汉语字面意思：点）不会遗失，这是伏藏法。 煮沸白山羊或白母牛的奶饮用，并涂抹在脚底。据说用大量脂肪涂抹脚底也有益处。 另外，将一滴水银放入没有眼睛的处女的阴道中，用自己的脚底污垢封口，再用蜂蜡密封。将其置于舌下，在性交时稍微屏住下气，即使这样也很难控制明点。如果在十四号的夜晚进行性交，将一滴红色和白色的菩提心（藏文：བྱང་སེམས་，梵文天城体：बोधचित्त，梵文罗马拟音：bodhicitta，汉语字面意思：菩提心）滴在之前的水银上，用脚底污垢封口，再滴上菩提心，然后用蜂蜡覆盖，像之前一样使用。这样即使日夜性交，明点也不会遗失，口中念诵“吽”（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）。将意识集中在头顶的白色明点上，从脚底向上提气，这样就能控制明点，非常深奥，这是伏藏法。 此外，为了防止因邪魔等导致明点流失，取白色绵羊的右侧羊毛和黑色绵羊的左侧羊毛，搓成彩色线，打二十一个结。念诵“嗡 扎西 措 措”（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཏྲི་ཧྲན་རྩོག་རྩོག，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ trihṛn tsog tsog），每打一个结念诵一千遍，然后系在腰间，这是保护明点的最佳方法，出自伏藏法等。 《文殊根本续》中说：念诵“嗡 哈ra 哈ra 班达 尼 殊扎 达ra尼 悉地 阿尔塔 梭哈”（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཧ་ར་ཧ་ར་བནྡྷ་ནི་ཤུ་ཏྲ་དྷ་ར་ཎཱི་སིད་དྷར་ཐེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ hara hara bandha ni śutra dhāraṇī siddhārthe svāhā），并结马马奇（藏文：མཱ་མ་ཀི，梵文天城体：मामाकी，梵文罗马拟音：māmakī）手印。用藏红花水浸泡婆罗门（梵文天城体：ब्राह्मण，梵文罗马拟音：brāhmaṇa）的女儿纺织的干净线，打七个结，念诵一百零八遍，然后在腰间缠绕三圈系紧。这样就能束缚精液，获得欲望的自在，即使是兜率天（藏文：དགའ་ལྡན，梵文天城体：तुषित，梵文罗马拟音：Tuṣita）的女儿也无法在心中造成伤害，更何况其他的邪魔和邪灵呢？ 马马奇的咒语是：“嗡 库兰 达日 班达 班达 吽 啪”（藏文：ཨོཾ་ཀུ་ལན་དྷཱ་རི་བན་དྷ་བན་དྷ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ།，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ kulan dhāri bandha bandha hūṃ phaṭ），可以束缚和摧毁一切邪魔，应与三股金刚杵手印结合使用。 此外，在那部续中说：用五种颜色的线，念诵四遍“穆”（藏文：མུ，梵文天城体：मु，梵文罗马拟音：mu）字，然后系在腰间，就能控制精液，即使在梦中也不会遗失，除非是自己想要。如果想要，就每天都这样做。如果不想要，就向灰烬念诵七遍，然后涂抹在肚脐的方向，持续三周。

Mix equal parts of copper, silver, and mercury. Seal the opening tightly. Cover the outside with beeswax or animal fat and flatten it. When applying, lie on your back and place it under your tongue. It is said that the bindu (semen) will not be lost until the semen is discharged. This is a terma (treasure teaching). Boil and drink the milk of a white goat or a white cow, and also apply it to the soles of your feet. It is said that applying plenty of fat to the soles of your feet is also beneficial. Additionally, place a drop of mercury into the vagina of a virgin without eyes, seal it with the dirt from your own soles, and then seal it with beeswax. Place it under your tongue, and during intercourse, slightly hold your lower breath. Even then, it is difficult to control the bindu. If intercourse is performed on the night of the fourteenth, pour a drop of red and white bodhicitta (seminal fluid) onto the previous mercury, seal it with foot dirt, and then pour bodhicitta on top of that. Then cover it with beeswax and proceed as before. Even if you engage in intercourse day and night, the bindu will not be lost. Recite 'Hūṃ' (seed syllable). Focus your awareness on the white bindu at the crown of your head, and draw the air upwards from your feet. It is said that this will control the bindu. This is very profound, a terma. Furthermore, to protect against the loss of bindu due to evil spirits, take the right wool of a white sheep and the left wool of a black sheep, spin them into a colored thread, and tie twenty-one knots. Recite 'Oṃ Trihṛn Tsog Tsog' (mantra), reciting it a thousand times for each knot, and then tie it around your waist. This is the best method for protecting the bindu, according to termas and other sources. The Mañjuśrī Root Tantra states: Recite 'Oṃ Hara Hara Bandha Ni Śutra Dhāraṇī Siddhārthe Svāhā' (mantra), and perform the Mudra of Māmakī. Soak a clean thread spun by a Brahmin's daughter in saffron water, tie seven knots, recite the mantra one hundred and eight times, and then wrap it around your waist three times and tie it tightly. This will bind the semen, granting mastery over desire, and even the daughters of Tuṣita will not be able to harm your mind, let alone other evil spirits and misleading influences. The mantra of Māmakī is: 'Oṃ Kulan Dhāri Bandha Bandha Hūṃ Phaṭ' (mantra), which binds and destroys all evil spirits. It should be used in conjunction with the three-pronged vajra mudra. Moreover, that tantra states: With a thread of five colors, recite the syllable 'Mu' (seed syllable) four times and tie it around your waist. This will control the semen, and it will not be lost even in dreams, unless you desire it. If you desire it, do this every day. First, regarding the methods for making the male's vajra erect and enlarged: Grind two measures each of honey, Thangphrom (a type of herb), and the fruit of Khashok (Terminalia chebula) into a fine powder. Mix with sheep fat and refined mercury, and make pills the size of peas. Mix with old butter and apply it to the vajra repeatedly during the day, massaging it and warming it in the sun or over a fire. For substances that increase bliss in the body: Grind one measure each of Acorus calamus, vulture meat, and scorpion into a fine powder, mix with honey. Mix with rock salt and seawater, take it on an empty stomach in the evening, and then engage in sexual activity that night. The vajra will swell like a balloon, filling the lotus, and unbearable bliss will arise. If you do not want to ejaculate, take the following medicine: Grind one measure each of barley, Euphorbia royleana, and long pepper into a fine powder, mix with sugar water, and make pills the size of peas. Taking this will cause ejaculation. This is a treasure teaching. Also, mixing bright Guggul, musk, and Aquilaria agallocha with a woman's milk and applying it to the vajra will make it larger and create bliss. Also, grind white beans, black beans, and lentils into a fine powder, mix with human foot oil. Applying it to the secret vajra makes it ready for use whenever needed. To this, apply the mantra 'Giri Hiri' etc., one hundred and eight times. It should be known that these mantras are good for all substances and in all situations, even if not specifically mentioned. Also, mixing white beans, Tribulus terrestris, Terminalia chebula, and Acorus calamus with pigeon droppings and applying it to the secret vajra will make it erect without weakening. Also, these three medicines can be mixed with butter and taken on an empty stomach. Also, applying ash stone, human brain, jaggery, and saffron to the secret vajra, or mixing camphor and Acorus calamus root the size of a pea and applying it, or mixing honey, white dog, and Daphne cannabina with white butter, reciting mantras, and applying it to the secret vajra, even a ninety-year-old can enjoy a hundred beautiful women. Also, applying the root of Tamarix, white beans, and dried Daphne cannabina powder to the vajra for six months will be very effective. Also, applying semen (Tibetan: ས་བོན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: बीज, Sanskrit Romanization: bīja, Chinese literal meaning: seed), the fruit of a white dog, and mad honey to the vajra after reciting the mantra 'Giri' etc., will create great bliss. Also, applying Datura, fresh butter, lard, long pepper, and human hair to the lingam and massaging it will cause it to grow after three days.
