By the way, if one's own essence (khams) is lost from the Essence Dakini Palace (khams yum mkhar), it should be collected in a stainless container. Based on this, special qualities will arise in the continuum. In special circumstances, if the essence is lost involuntarily, do this. Do not deliberately lose the essence for the sake of benefit, because it is contrary to the vows (dam tshig) and should be avoided. Thus it is said in the 'Condensed Intentions'. This is the fourth stage of extracting the great accomplishment Red Lotus (pad+ma rak+ta). Now, for beginner yogis, since they have not yet gained control over the winds, for those who want to rely on Mudras, I will now explain the method: Give three types of salt (gya skag gya snag nag mtshur) to a woman on an empty stomach, one dose each time, to prevent pregnancy for a month. Wrap a thread three times around the base of your left ring finger and then have intercourse, which helps to prevent pregnancy. Also, Yutokpa (g.yu thog pa) said: Grind equal parts of sea salt, leprosy salt, salt, rose fruit salt, alkali, and black alum into powder, add a little honey, mix well, make pills the size of small lentils, dry them completely, and store them in a good container. When the Bodhicitta (byang sems) is about to descend, take the wish-fulfilling jewel (nor bu pad+ma) out of your lotus, put one pill into it, and then put it back into the lotus, and you will definitely not get pregnant.
