Apart from me, few in this land know it. For this, the sound of the mantra is pure and without error, reciting without interruption of speech, and abandoning the downfall of meat, alcohol, garlic, and onion. Approaching the upper limit of the count by hundreds of thousands. For this, the mantra is as follows: Om Shri Kuru Rbad, Myok Tsalpa Rbad, Hur Thum Srogla Rbad, Nying Thrak Tsalpa Rbad, Lü Dön Tsakra Rbad, Khyong Raksha Rbad, Nakpo Kala Raksha Rbad Rbad, Püdré Sosö, Chakkyi Dermö Nyingphyung, Nöjé Chegémoé Nyingla Maraya Nan Sosö Rbad Rbad. For the hearts of neck diseases, goiters, fevers, swollen lymph nodes, and boils. Fourth, for swollen lymph nodes, soak white mustard seeds in water, consecrate with mantra, then apply and drink. It is effective for humans, horses, and cattle. Protect the left and right ears, left and right armpits with a black protection thread, wherever protection is needed. For the hearts of the nine swollen lymph node brothers. Fifth, for poisons: use Terminalia chebula soup for meat poison, Terminalia arjuna for synthetic poison, borax for dog poison. Use ghee for undigested poison, and for all kinds of synthetic poisons, etc. Consecrate each separately with mantra. Sixth, recite the stove mantra for sores, fevers, swellings, etc. For the hearts of sore demons, swelling demons, stove gods, ghosts, and evil spirits. It is sufficient to send the mantra water into the abdomen. Seventh, for infectious diseases: for the hearts of all infectious diseases. In the early morning, blow the mantra into the nostrils with the mouth. Consecrate water with mantra for others, and protect with calamus. It is effective for smallpox, red dysentery, lockjaw, malignant infectious diseases, and measles, etc. By this, the activities of the seventh practice are obtained. The protection of this practice accomplishes all activities. The base can be any material such as paper, draw a picture of a burning sword. Choose any you want from the above mantras, add 'Shambu.' Replace 'so-and-so' in 'the heart of so-and-so.' All harm, raksa raksa (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, protect protect). Smear with five incense, roll up the paper. Recite the Black Dakini, increase the number, add 'Shambu,' and consecrate with 'Ye Dharma' (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, all things arise from causes). This is the profound teaching of the oral transmission of the essence. Vairochana I impart to you, the ruler. This is the oral transmission essence passed down through generations.
