For swellings that have not yet suppurated, use bran water or plum root juice. For arthritis, nosebleeds, or various bleeding symptoms, use clean water to wash and apply to the affected area. If the wound does not stop bleeding, grind stones from the water into powder, mix with burnt meat ash, apply to the wound, and recite mantras to stop the bleeding. For meat poison, synthetic poison, dog poison, and toxins from stones and plants, in short, for all poisoning diseases, grind Terminalia chebula (a type of myrobalan), vulture wings, old man's nails, coral trees, etc., into powder, recite mantras, and take it. Recite mantras over boiling water and take it. Apply mantra water to the body and take it internally. Alternatively, put a red-hot iron block into cold water, wait for the water to cool, recite mantras, and take it. For food poisoning, undigested cold poison, and various toxins, use Acorus calamus to cure it. If a person or livestock has a fracture, recite mantras over the wound to heal it. For various ringworms, boils, pustules, chickenpox, measles, dog lichen, nail lichen, etc., grind Acorus calamus, musk, black sandalwood, black asafoetida, black Terminalia chebula, myrrh, black datura, etc., into powder, mix with alcohol, recite mantras, and apply internally and externally to see results. For severe diseases such as madness and mental disorders, and chronic coughs, visualize wielding a mantra-recited sword to drive them away. For kidney and leg pain, wrap white thread around salt, cardamom, kidney, and yogurt that have been recited with mantras. For back pain, wrap blue-red thread that has been recited with mantras. Alternatively, for leg pain, apply radish that has been recited with mantras. Wrap white silk that has been recited with mantras. For knee pain, mix old ghee and brown sugar and apply it, and wrap cloth that has been recited with mantras. If a woman's vaginal bleeding does not stop, apply black stone powder that has been recited with mantras and wrap it around the waist to see results. For burns, rinse with cold water and blow air after reciting mantras. For burns from the stove, wrap wool and dog hair that have been recited with mantras. For dog bites, apply dog hair that has been recited with mantras. In addition, for any effective medicine, recite mantras and take it. For cases where the cause of the disease cannot be determined or for all diseases in general, recite mantras over mustard seeds and put them in a bottle, and use the water from the bottle for internal use and bathing. In addition, perfumed water that has been recited with mantras is beneficial for all diseases. Reciting the mantra one hundred and eight times, followed by mantra-recited saliva and blowing, is definitely effective for any disease. Faith in mantras is essential. If you want to practice this, first generate Bodhicitta for the benefit of all sentient beings, take refuge in the Lama, take refuge in the Buddha, take refuge in the Dharma, take refuge in the Sangha, take refuge in the Dakini and the source of all accomplishments. Recite seven times 'I take refuge in the supreme and holy Buddha'. Recite this every day without fail. Then visualize yourself as Avalokiteśvara (观世音菩萨), in the form of Maheśvara (大自在天), with a body color of smoky gray or ash white, one face, two arms, and three eyes, hair covering the earth, holding a trident in the right hand and a skull cup filled with blood in the left hand, adorned with six bone ornaments, flames on the upper lip, wind on the lower lip, flames flashing on the tongue, and visualizing a sea of evil mantras in the belly. Then recite the praises and the mantra. The mantra is: Om Nagpo Rad Duna Ya Rad Maha Pancha Rad Tumril Dza Rad (藏文：ཨོཾ་ནག་པོ་རྦདཿ དུ་ན་ཡ་རྦད། མ་ཧཱ་པཉྩ་རྦད། ཐུམ་རིལ་ཛ་རྦད།). If you apply the mantra to your own urine and drink it on an empty stomach, it can cure all infectious diseases. If you apply the mantra to musk water and drink it, it can cure red swelling disease and tumors. If you apply it to glacial water and drink it before dawn, before the stars disappear, it can cure all colds. Apply the mantra to a pigeon's feather, have someone look at the feather, then wipe the eyes with the feather and put it in water, it can completely eradicate pterygium. Recite the mantra a thousand times and apply it to old oil or lard, smearing it can cure various sores, tumors, bone tumors, bone fractures, and diseases of the ears, tongue, and neck. For brain diseases, apply mantra-blessed water both internally and externally. For swelling, boils, black herpes, and inflammatory diseases, apply mantra-blessed water. Apply the mantra to barley flour and apply it to the body to prevent measles. Apply the mantra to peas and wear them around the neck to prevent smallpox. Apply the mantra to guggul incense and wear it to cure all kinds of coughs, swellings, etc. If the abdomen is swollen, take mantra-blessed water, and if the stomach makes a gurgling sound, it will immediately feel comfortable. For fever-related diseases, take mantra-blessed glacial water. Recite the mantra twenty-one times and apply it to the wound on the thumb of the hand to stop bleeding. This mantra can heal dog bites, burns, knife wounds, and all kinds of wounds, and can restore them all. For any wound, recite the mantra twenty-one times to prevent infection. If the situation is serious, recite it a hundred times, there is no need to doubt. Mix salt, juniper bark, door latch, and your own urine, recite the mantra a hundred times, apply it to the injured area of the head, and make a small hole in the center.
