May I attain accomplishment!' Thus, it is said. If you wish to elaborate, recite the mantras for each verse, including opening the ears with an ear pick, opening the nostrils with thorns, opening the mouth with a spoon, and opening the teeth with a toothpick, and also offer the five desirable objects that clarify the senses. In short, one should believe that this body has the power to act for the benefit of all beings and is endowed with all kinds of excellent qualities. Ninth, Transforming the Support: The master touches the image of the support appearing on the surface of the mirror with the vajra-holding palm, and symbolizes it with the sound of the cymbals, reciting 'Om Ah Hum Svaha' three times. One should contemplate that from the deities generated, the images of each support are clear and unmixed, endowed with complete power and blessings. Tenth, Conferring Empowerment, has four parts. First, generally conferring empowerment through offerings and praise: First, bless the offerings, then make offerings of enjoyment, and verses of offering from the empowerment tantras such as 'Boundless Ocean' or 'Born from water and land.' Then, offer the seven royal emblems, the five desirable qualities, and the sixteen vidyas, with verses that are either elaborate or concise. Furthermore, if it is a ritual related to the higher tantras, then inner offerings, secret offerings, and ganachakra offerings should also be made, such as medicine, alcohol, and torma. For praise, it can be elaborate or concise, and praise with 'Unequaled Mother.' Second, specifically conferring the necessary empowerment: Offer the mandala, the thirty-seven offerings, scented ointment, all the clothes of the three thousand worlds, and the ornaments of the lord of gods. Offering the marks and signs of the Buddhas can be done elaborately or concisely. At this time, elaborate on the details of the ornaments or implements, such as: umbrellas, banners, streamers, canopies, silk banners, musical instruments and offering sounds, the eight auspicious symbols and signs, and various objects, offered to the deities of the mandala. Razors, robes, water pots, begging bowls, etc., are offered to those who are free from attachment.

I offer a multitude of clouds of offerings. With just this, cultivate devotion in offering. If you wish, follow the elaborate consecration rituals from the respective chapters. These are used during the consecration of complete representations of body, speech, and mind, like a temple, and there is no fault if they are not done. To summarize all the above offerings: With actual and mentally emanated offerings, transform them into the supreme Samantabhadra's clouds of offerings, completely arranging the pure and vast expanse of space, offering with an ocean of outer, inner, and secret offerings. It is sufficient to recite 'Om Anuttara Puja Megha Samudra Spharana Samaye Svaha.' Third, offering the 'Tsa ru' food: Elaborate fire puja and milk porridge offering: Near the object to be consecrated, perform an elaborate fire puja, either extensively or concisely as appropriate, and at that time, invite the deities generated therein, as well as the deities invited for the consecration, and offer the fire puja offerings. After completion, dismiss the deities and return the objects to their places. From the fire of the completed fire puja for the deities, on a stove-like platform, place rice, milk, honey, and sugar. The master stirs and boils them with a ladle. The master and disciples together recite the deity's root mantra, and offer the essence of the well-boiled milk porridge as 'Tsa ru' food to the deities, and the remaining offerings are given as a mouth-rinsing to all the patrons during the time of instructing the patrons below. If the fire puja and boiling of milk porridge are not completed, it is sufficient to offer a clean deity offering and an arrangement made with nine excellent foods. In either case, bless the water with the 'Akashagarbha' mantra (Sanskrit Devanagari: आकाशगर्भ, Sanskrit Romanization: ākāśagarbha, Chinese literal meaning: Womb of Space) and mudra, and visualize that in a vast container made of precious jewels, the deities' food and desired objects are transformed into an inexhaustible ocean of nectar. Visualize the food as having a hundred flavors, captivating the mind, and recite: This well-prepared food, I now sincerely offer, may all sentient beings, be rich and enjoy meditative food. Offer in this way. If the tsok offering has already been offered, enjoy the tsok at this time. If you wish, you may also perform Vajra songs and dances. Fourth, blessing with mantras: The master holds the end of the blessing cord attached to the objects, and visualizes that in the heart of the objects to be consecrated, a string of mantras residing on the moon rotates, its light shining on the Buddhas and their retinues in the ten directions, merging into the forms of the respective objects. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
