In Garman Nyelé, it says: In the stage of the womb, first the five channels of the heart arise. After that, the three that arise. Thus, there are eight in total. It is not that the three-turn channels and the like, the five, form first, and then show that the three main channels arise later. In the Compendium of Sources, it says: These three are said to be the support of all channels. This is explained in the small commentary of the Black Commentary. Because these are the eight channels that form first. Fifth, explaining these channels by combining them with deities is: If these thirty-two channels are combined with the consorts of Chakrasamvara, then the left, right, and central channels are Vajravarahi. The four channels of the four directions, such as the three-turn channels, are the channels of the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, so they are combined with the four consorts of the Great Bliss Mandala. The twenty-four channels of body, speech, and mind are combined with the twenty-four consorts of the three wheels. It is said that the eight gate-keeper mothers seem to have no channels to combine with. The long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:seed syllable Hūṃ) in the central channel of the heart is Chakrasamvara. The twenty-four elements in the twenty-four channels of body, speech, and mind are said to be combined with the twenty-four heroes of the three wheels. Also, in the Vajramala, it says: "Even the remainder of all efforts." On this, teachers Mitrayogin and Abhaya and others think: Except at the time of death and when yogis meditate on the path, the bodhicitta does not descend from the demon-bereft mother, so they are not combined with deities. When explaining the thirty-two channels and sixteen vowels as the nature of the fifteen selflessness goddesses, for the selflessness mother, the three main channels, and then the fourteen channels up to the dakini, each pair of channels is sequentially combined with one letter. The last of all channels is the demon-bereft mother, and the last of all sixteen letters also descends. When the thirty-two channels are combined with the fifteen selflessness goddesses, since it is directly shown that the first goddess is combined with three channels, the combination of three channels is naturally obtained at the end as well. Therefore, the last three channels, such as the demon-bereft mother, are combined with the dakini. The so-called "even the remainder of all" refers only to the letter A (藏文:ཨ།,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:letter A) with a tsek-drak. Second, there are two supports: bindu and the explanation of wind. First, in general, the body mandala among the three mandalas mentioned is the wheel of channels and the four elements of the body. The bhaga mandala is the letters, one hundred and twenty and thirty.

Seven chakras, and the two letters evaṃ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: एवं, Sanskrit Romanization: evaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: thus) and the one letter a (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal Chinese meaning: A), and the fourteen letters mentioned when discussing the basis. When they are retracted, first is ra and last is ta, totaling sixteen. Among them, ra represents blood, which is red bodhicitta; ta represents semen, which is white bodhicitta. The fourteen letters between these two are connected to the other fourteen essences of the body. The necessity of mentioning the beginning and end of white and red bodhicitta and the sixteen essences of the body is that these two are the main essence of the body's essences, and the others are variations of these two. The way they become primary is that when combined in the womb, white and red bodhicitta hold the four elements so that they do not fall to the ground, collect with water, mature with fire, and grow and expand with wind, thus completely transforming semen and blood, from which the body is formed, so they are self-nature. The other twelve body essences, such as mucus, are variations that occur according to their respective circumstances. As mentioned earlier, the essence of the body's essences is the bones, marrow, and semen obtained from the father, and the flesh, skin, and blood obtained from the mother. The places where these six substances gather should be understood. Initially, when forming in the womb, semen and blood are both at the heart. Then, the semen flows towards the blood, mainly located at the crown of the head. When needed, it is produced. In the "Sadhana Arrangement" it says: "The water element is born from the father, the fire element is born from the mother, the skin, flesh, and blood are born from the mother." It also says: "Bones, marrow, and semen are born from the father." Saying only this is to gather the body together. Form, feeling, perception, volition, and consciousness, which of the Five Buddhas do the aggregates and so on manifest? This is what the Blessed One said in the "Great Yoga Tantra Questioned by the Four Goddesses." It does not exist in the manner of being placed in a container. The blood flows downwards, mainly located at the navel. This is the reason why the visualization of blazing tummo and dripping bindu is focused on the navel and so on. As the "Marrow of Instructions" says: "However, in the intermediate state, the water accumulation in the head"
