Since the thought is extremely empty, it is extremely empty or Supreme Joy. Then, when the seven natures such as equanimity cease, since the thought of grasping and clinging is extremely empty, it is the differentiated joy of Great Empty Bliss. When ignorance dissolves into clear light, everything is empty clear light or innate joy. This is the method of recognizing the four joys in the Guhyasamaja system, which reaches the highest stage in the completion stage. It will not be explained in detail here. Therefore, here the four joys are recognized from the perspective of location. That is, through the power of Kumbhaka or Vajra recitation, etc., the state of the breath flowing outward from the nostrils is reversed, and it feels as if the inside of the body is full, and the inner breath disappears like breathing on a mirror. Through the power of cessation, the breath of the three-way channel ignites the fire of the navel wheel, although it is generally only roughly said. But if explained in detail, the breath mentioned above, through the power of cessation, opens the shrunken part of the root channel, the central channel inside the Vajra, and turns it into a hollow, and the new downward-clearing breath generated from it reaches the three-way channel, and ignites the fire represented by the dragon syllable (Tibetan: ཀླུ, Devanagari: klū, Romanized Sanskrit: klu, literal Chinese meaning: dragon). At that time, the mixing of breath and fire is called dissolution. After that, the fire of the three-way channel ignites the fire represented by the syllable Om (Tibetan: ཨོཾ, Devanagari: oṃ, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ, literal Chinese meaning: Om) of the navel wheel, and the flame goes up to the crown of the head, The Bodhicitta melts, and the joy of the white element reaching the center of the throat wheel is the arising joy among the four joys. After that, from just below the center of the throat chakra, until the white element reaches the center of the heart chakra, it is the moment when Supreme Joy arises. From just below the center of the heart chakra, until the white element reaches the center of the navel chakra, extraordinary joy arises. From just below the center of the navel chakra, reaching the center of the Vajra Jewel, before moving outward, innate joy arises. Like the fifteen parts of the waxing white element of the moon, and before the white element is complete and reaches the black element, there are sixteen parts including one part. Similarly, the white Bodhicitta from the crown of the head to the tip of the jewel has sixteen parts, and depending on these sixteen parts, there are also sixteen kinds of bliss or joy. The way there are sixteen parts is that from the crown of the head to the throat is equal

After dividing into four parts, from top to bottom, joy of joy arises in each of the four parts. For the lower parts, the way of dividing is also used to explain the arising of the other three joys. This is similar to the sun moving through the twelve houses. From the crown of the head to the throat, from the throat to the heart, from the heart to the navel, and from the navel to the tip of the jewel, divide these into three parts. As the red element arrives sequentially at these twelve places, twelve pleasures or joys arise based on the twelve parts of the red element. It is said that the difference between the sixteen joys and the twelve joys needs to be distinguished from experience. So, for a beginner, burning and dripping only happens occasionally, not continuously. If one thinks that semen flows down from the central channel, and the later joys are more pleasurable than the earlier ones, then during the stage of upward stabilization, the pleasure of merely gathering at the crown of the head is greater than when it descends and gathers at the throat, where the channels increase. Because of this, the red and white bindus also gather more, so it is greater than before. Similarly, the lower parts of the body are even larger than that. The larger the body, the more the channel branches. The more the channel branches, the more the bindus gather. Therefore, when gathering at the heart, the pleasure is even stronger than before. Then, when it disperses and gathers at the navel, and then disperses and gathers at the genitals, the bindus from the soles of the feet and below gather in large quantities, and the pleasure is the same. Also, during the joy of downward stabilization, as one reaches the upper positions, the joy and pleasure become greater. This is also the coemergent joy. The four joys divided into four joys are: sequentially from bottom to top, from the tip of the jewel upwards, when reaching the navel, it is the joy of coemergent joy; from there, when reaching the heart, it is the supreme joy of coemergent joy; from there, when reaching the throat, it is the special joy of coemergent joy; from there, when reaching the center of the crown chakra, it is the coemergent joy of coemergent joy. If one can understand these well, the earlier one is most stable from the jewel, so it is called downward stabilization. From that downward stabilization, it is impossible to have joy other than coemergent joy, and apart from upward descent, other separate objects cannot have the joy of downward stabilization.
