It should be written in the manner of... Since the moon seat is not mentioned for the letters on the petals, it is not necessary. The letters are not a mixture of vowels and consonants, but rather have a primary and secondary distinction. The half-moon (nard in Sanskrit Devanagari, nāda in Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literally meaning "sound") of the vowels are consonants. That is, in terms of the central letters, the ཨོཾ་ (Tibetan, ॐ in Sanskrit Devanagari, oṃ in Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literally meaning "Om") in the center has more vowel components and fewer consonant components. Except for the eastern petal, the petals in other directions do not have vowel letters, so the petals also have fewer vowel components and more consonant components. The ཧཱུྃ་ (Tibetan, हूँ in Sanskrit Devanagari, hūṃ in Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literally meaning "Hum") in the center of the heart chakra petals has more consonant components, and the ཨོ་ in the center of the throat chakra petals has more vowel components. The letters on the petals of these two have equal vowel and consonant components. The ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, हं in Sanskrit Devanagari, haṃ in Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literally meaning "Hang") in the center of the crown chakra petals has more consonant components, and the letters on its petals have more vowel components. Among them, vowels represent red bodhicitta, and consonants represent white bodhicitta. If the letters on the petals are clear, focus on them. Even if you have not fully grasped them, focus on the four very small letters in the center of the four chakras, about the size of a medium mustard seed. If you can find a sense of location, that is enough, so practice repeatedly to find them. After finding them, you need to shift your attention to the bindu, because practicing small letters is to find a basis for focusing on the bindu. One of the concentration methods. By practicing in this way, when a clear appearance of focusing on the letters finally arises, clarify the previous concentration according to the order. Then, from the tri-junction, the wind of karma moves, and the tummo fire burns on the short ཨ་ (Tibetan, अ in Sanskrit Devanagari, a in Sanskrit Roman transliteration, literally meaning "A") in the center of the emanation wheel. Like a stretched red silk thread, it rises upward in the central channel, focusing on the melting of the ཧཾ་ letter in the crown chakra. From there, the fire burns, enters the petals, and the sixteen vowel letters arranged earlier melt, mixing with the melted ཧཾ་ letter to form a ball, and then moves downward, mixing with the ཨོ་ letter in the throat chakra. From there, the fire burns, enters the petals, and the eight letters melt, mixing with the melted ཨོ་ letter to form a ball, and then moves downward, mixing with the ཧཱུྃ་ letter in the heart chakra. From there, the fire burns, the letters in the petals melt, and mix with the ཧཱུྃ་ letter. It melts and dissolves into the ཨོཾ་ letter in the navel chakra. From there, the fire also burns, the categories in the petals

The eighth letter dissolves into Om Generate the belief that the bodhicitta bindu arising from that dissolution, together with the mind and the three winds, is of the nature of inseparable bliss and emptiness. Focus on the bindu within the navel chakra's knot, which appears with a white and red radiance, about the size of a medium mustard seed. Once the object of focus is clear, focus only on the medium mustard seed size. Do not focus on anything larger or smaller than that. If you cannot clearly visualize the subtle object, focus on whatever you can as clearly as possible. This is the first cycle of focus. Furthermore, through the dissolution of the letter Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Om), etc., the letters of the four chakras also dissolve. Once the subtle object has arisen and the mind is slightly focused on it, add this focus and meditate. That is, by generating the belief that your own mind dissolves into that subtle bindu, focus on that bindu. When, through this practice, there is no duality between your own mind and the bindu, and the experience of the mind dissolving into the bindu arises, the need to focus on the bindu is fulfilled, so you can shift the focus. This is the first cycle of focus. Furthermore, after that, even if the experience of the mind dissolving into the bindu does not arise through meditating on the above focus, after meditating on all the above focuses, for about two-thirds or half of the time spent focusing on the bindu, focus on the wind during each session. The method of meditation is as follows: starting from the upper part of your body, all the winds from each channel, from the left and right channels, gradually gather directly in front of the navel chakra, focusing on them dissolving like breathing on a mirror or pouring water on sand. The need for meditating in this way is to purify the channels, and so that obstacles dependent on the wind do not arise. When in meditative equipoise, the wind flowing through the nostrils will stop flowing. The way it stops is that, first, when in meditative equipoise, the wind will not flow through the nostrils for the duration of two or three breaths. As familiarity with it increases, the duration for which the wind does not flow through the nostrils will lengthen, and eventually there will be times in the morning when the wind does not flow through the nostrils. Furthermore, initially, when the wind stops, the wind in the nostrils will reverse, and the wind will fill the stomach.
