It is called "Le." When the movement of the right and left ceases, and the fire-awakening wind residing in the central channel of the triangular intersection is stirred and combined, the Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) syllable of the crown chakra melts and, when united with the navel chakra, transforms into both semen and bindu. Similarly, it also transforms when united with the heart chakra. The three syllables residing in the navel, heart, and throat are such that the lower one is short, the middle one has the measure of two short ones, and the upper one has the measure of three short ones. In the "Union Tantra," it says: "In the navel, with the form of A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), it is renowned as very short. In the heart, also, the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) syllable resides with two long vowels. In the throat, with the form of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ), the three vowels are uttered. This form of Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Haṃ) on the forehead is the indestructible sound and bindu." After this was said, some disciples of the great Paṇḍita Nāropa said: "When the bodhicitta descends from the crown, one part of the bodhicitta that descends from there is divided into four parts, and when one part descends to the throat, it dries up. Because there are three parts in the throat, correspondingly, the Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) of the throat has three long syllables and possesses transformation. When it descends to the heart, one part of the three parts dries up, so the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) of the heart has two long syllables. When it reaches the navel, one part of the two parts dries up, so that is the reason why the A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) of the navel does not have a long syllable." The teacher Abhayakara performs it by examining the way the inner sound is produced: When the wind goes upwards from the secret place, when it reaches the navel, the sound of a short A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) is uttered, and in the heart, the sound of two long syllables of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) is uttered, and when it reaches the throat, the sound of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) with three long syllables is uttered. Therefore, from that aspect, the reason for meditating on the navel as short A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), the heart as long Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ), and the throat as Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) with long syllables is that. In short, the wind that goes from below has the duration of a short A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) in the navel, and when the sound of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) of the heart is uttered, it has the duration of twice the short A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), and when the sound of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) of the throat is uttered, it has the duration of three times the short A (藏文:ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). Therefore, Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) has three long syllables, and Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) has three long syllables." The meaning represented by the four syllables is that the navel and the crown represent the body, the Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ་,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:Oṃ) of the throat represents speech, and the Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ་,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hūṃ) of the heart represents the yoga of the mind.

It symbolizes the three doors (body, speech, and mind). The following is the determination of the object of focus to be practiced at this time: First, tame the mindstream with the common path, and after perfecting the generation stage, practice the completion stage. In the four sessions, practice the generation stage in three sessions and the completion stage in one session. Or practice four sessions of the generation stage, followed by the completion stage after each session. There are these three methods. Here, it is the last method. That is, first practice the visualization of any deity, then practice the Guru Yoga, and pray to the Guru about four hundred times. Then, visualize the three channels clearly. In the center of the body, there is the life force channel. Relying on its front, there is the central channel, blue in color. On the right is the red Rasana channel, and on the left is the white Lalana channel, about the thickness of a buckwheat stalk. All three are like stacked knives on the outside, connected inside, with slight intervals, extending from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. Directly opposite the navel, in the middle of the two breasts, at the throat, and at the hairline, the Rasana and Lalana channels are bound to the central channel. The lower end of the central channel is inserted into a jewel, and the lower ends of the Rasana and Lalana channels are inserted into the secret place. Visualize in this way. Furthermore, the navel is the emanation wheel, red in color, with eight petals, pointing upwards like umbrella ribs, shaped like a triangular "E." The heart is the Dharma wheel, with eight petals, white in color, like an umbrella facing down, shaped like a round "Vam." These two are combined. The throat is the enjoyment wheel, with sixteen petals, red in color, pointing upwards like umbrella ribs, shaped like a triangular "E." The crown of the head is the great bliss wheel, with various colors, with thirty-two petals, like an umbrella facing down, shaped like a round "Vam." Inside the knot of the navel channel, there is a sun cushion, on which is a red ཨོ(藏文:ཨོ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:o,汉语字面意思:Om), head facing up, about the size of a mustard seed. Inside the knot of the heart channel, there is a moon cushion, on which is a blue ཧཱུྃ་(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum), head facing down. Inside the knot of the throat channel, there is a moon cushion, on which is a red ཨོ(藏文:ཨོ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:o,汉语字面意思:Om), head facing up. Inside the knot of the crown channel, there is a moon cushion, on which is a white ཧཾ་(藏文:ཧཾ་,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham), head facing down. Meditate in this way, mainly focusing on the ཨོ(藏文:ཨོ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:o,汉语字面意思:Om)at the navel, and also focusing slightly on the other three letters.
