Everything is good. Doubts are dispelled by perfect enjoyment. Transformation means fighting and losing one's life. Thus, if the left Ali and the right Kali flow, asking in accordance with them will accomplish. Reversing it will cause decline. If it flows from both, there will be doubt. The time when earth and water winds flow is good. The time when fire and wind flow is bad. Entering is good. Staying is doubtful. Emerging is bad. The enemy of the elements is bad, and the friend is good. The fruit of the path, flowing to the left, is considered good. This passage is incorrect. Secondly, the way the winds flow from the root petals as explained in the uncommon tantra is: Externally, there are sixty-four yugas in a day. Correspondingly, one person has sixty-four yugas of wind flowing from the central channel of the navel in one day. There are six hundred and seventy-five winds per hour. Also, there are thirty-two hours in a day. Correspondingly, the wind of thirty-two hours flows from the petals of the crown chakra. There are six hundred and seventy-five winds per hour. Also, corresponding to the fact that there are sixteen changes in a day, the wind of sixteen changes flows from the throat. There are one thousand five hundred winds per change. The wind of eight periods flows from the heart chakra petals. There are two thousand seven hundred winds per period. These are also the ways in which one person flows twenty-one thousand six hundred winds in one day. Moreover, these four chakras do not flow twenty-one thousand six hundred winds each, one after the other, but flow simultaneously. That is, when the two petals of the navel chakra have finished flowing, it shifts from one petal to the second petal of the crown chakra. When the wind of the two petals of the crown chakra has finished flowing, it shifts from one petal to the second petal of the throat chakra. When the two petals of the throat chakra have finished flowing, the wind shifts from one petal to the second petal of the heart chakra. Thus, in the Compendium of Origins, it says: A moment should be called a period. One period should be known as daytime. Likewise, there are four periods of night. The sixteen branches of change, the wind changes in one day. In the nostrils, constantly, the periods flow correctly, half and half. Thus it is said. It is said that there are thirty-two channels.

One-fourth of one is also called pulse and moment. The measure of day and night becomes sixty-four fingers. Half a pulse is a breath, half a breath is a finger. A breath is known as one-eighth. When wind enters and exits the nostrils, it is completely known as breath. Thus it is said. This is similar to the Vajra rule, as explained in the 'Compendium of Principles Commentary,' which is the rule of sixteen transformations. In 'Man-Nye,' it says that all desires, in the three channels, have more than six hundred day and night, turning into twenty-one thousand breaths. The third is the necessity of determining the channels, winds, and bindus, in order to know that at the time of death, earth dissolves into water, and ultimately consciousness dissolves into the clear light of death, and in accordance with these, one must practice the completion stage. Therefore, one must know where the channels, winds, and bindus initially form, how they move in the middle, where they ultimately dissolve, and the order of how they dissolve. The order of absorption of the elements is also as follows: Arya Deva said: The four, such as earth, and the four aspects of emptiness, should be known as eight things, which are the causes of destruction and creation. Clear light is greater than emptiness, and from emptiness also arises skillful means, from which wisdom arises, from which wind truly arises, from wind fire truly arises, and from water also earth arises, this is the arising of sentient beings. The earth element dissolves into water, water dissolves into fire, fire also dissolves into the subtle element, wind completely dissolves into mind, mind dissolves into what arises from mind, mind arises from ignorance, and it also goes to clear light, this is the cessation of the three realms. This is the wheel of existence that has been going on since beginningless time, until one does not see one's own nature through illusion-like samadhi. Thus it is said, explaining that illusion-like samadhi arises from both the forward and reverse orders. If one wishes to generate a genuine realization of the completion stage in one's continuum, then one must know the order of absorption of the elements that arise at the time of death. For this, one must know the generation stage, therefore the generation stage is the center where consciousness initially enters together with semen and blood, which is the heart center, and at the time of death, the elements gradually absorb into the heart.
