First, because it can be understood simply by explaining the meaning of the name, it will not be explained. Second, previous lamas considered Vajra recitation, inhalation, filling, subduing, re-ka-tsa-ka, and vase breathing as six, but the tantra commentary only mentioned Vajra recitation and vase breathing, and these two can also accomplish what is needed, so even if it is not mentioned in the tantra, there is no need to add anything extra. Therefore, in terms of classification, it should be divided into Vajra recitation and vase breathing. Third, practicing without blocking the flow of air in the left and right channels is the practice method of Vajra recitation. Practicing by blocking the flow of air in the left and right channels is the practice method of vase breathing. Among these two practice methods, the first has six aspects. The first is the place, which has been mentioned during finger mudra. The second is the body posture, which is the same as before, but the difference is that the heel of the right foot blocks the anus, or presses the root of the Vajra channel. The third is the way of looking, which is said to be the way of looking at the terminator of obstacles as mentioned during finger mudra. Among these, there are two types: direct and indirect. The indirect terminator of obstacles, as mentioned earlier, is wind, so looking at it, the eyes cannot see it, but the mind can see it, that is, directly focusing on the three stages of the wind entering, staying, and rising in Vajra recitation, while vase breathing focuses on merging the two winds together. The direct way of looking at the terminator of obstacles is to look. Fourth is the behavioral restraint. In the upper commentary of Vajrapani, it says: "Among them, what is called the limb of life exertion is that by blocking the channels of the left and right channels of Lalana and Rasana, the life air always completely flows into Avadhuti (Tibetan: ཨ་ཝ྇་དྷཱུ་ཏཱིར་, Sanskrit Devanagari: अवाधूती, Sanskrit Romanization: avadhuti, literal Chinese meaning: Avadhuti), through the combination of filling, vase breathing, and exhalation of Avadhuti, what is done by the yogi of the nature of the moon, sun, and Rahu is the limb of life exertion." If the meaning of what is said can be understood by explaining it, now let's explain it. Among them, the meaning of exertion in the limb of life exertion, from "Lalana" to "blocking," refers to blocking the flow of air in the left and right channels. The meaning of life, through "life air," refers to the wind, and then from "from" and "Ava" to "flowing," it refers to blocking the flow of air in the left and right channels, and flowing into Avadhuti. Filling in Avadhuti

And. The following part reveals the technique to prevent the flow of breath in the left and right channels. Like this, the moon, which is the body vajra, is the nature of Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ།,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:唵), filling with breath, which means entering; Rāhu, which is the mind vajra, is the nature of Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུཾ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), like a vase, which means abiding within; the sun, which is the speech vajra, is the nature of Āḥ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), performing the combination of exhaling outwards. From where should it be done? The scripture says, "Filling in the Avadhūti." Therefore, one should perform the combination of entering, abiding, and emerging from the Avadhūti. This is how it is revealed. The practice of a yogi is that, since one does not exhale or inhale from the Dhūti now, performing the combination of entering, abiding, and rising from the Dhūti is the practice of a yogi, which is to generate aspiration. This is how it is revealed. The following part, regarding life, that combination is a limb or method to prevent life breath. This is how it is revealed. In short, that treatise combines the three tones of breath and the three letters without difference, and the yogi aspires to perform the three of entering, abiding, and rising from the Avadhūti, which is a limb to prevent the flow of life breath in the left and right channels, causing it to flow into and enter the central channel, the Avadhūti. This is clearly revealed. Therefore, some people think that what flows from the right channel is Roma, and what flows from the left channel is Rakyang, and they perform Vajra recitation within them, which is completely an incompatible aspect of Vajra recitation. If, during Vajra recitation, one does not exhale and inhale from the central channel of the mind, there is actually no method to introduce the flow of the left and right channels into the central channel. Therefore, even if Vajra recitation does not actually prevent exhaling and inhaling in the left and right channels, the most crucial point for introducing breath into the central channel is to aspire to perform the three of entering, abiding, and rising from the central channel of the mind. If one abandons this and performs Vajra recitation, no purpose will be accomplished. The meaning of the moon and the sun, as well as Rāhu, etc., is as previously explained, because it was said immediately before that one should perform the three of entering, abiding, and rising from the Dhūti. In the commentary on this very tantra, it is also clearly stated: "When it has become stable in everything, and as long as the state of having a vase is obtained, one should meditate on the central channel by means of arising and entering." Therefore, it is inverted.
