Through practicing yoga, the signs of the night can appear as desired, and through that power, the signs of the day can also appear quickly. Through the two doors of yoga, one can perfectly obtain the limb of withdrawal. Third, regarding the five things such as the place, the place is a sunny place without cover, a snow mountain, and a place that does not harm the eyes. The time is in the morning and afternoon, practicing with the back to the sun, but not at noon, because the sun will harm the eyes. The three things such as the posture are done like the previous night yoga. The way to generate experience through practice is: flame, moon, sun, vajra, excellent part, and bindu. The signs mentioned will appear, the flame is like a burning fire, the vajra is Rahu, and the excellent part is lightning. The bindu is round in shape, blue or blue-green in color, in the center of that light, there are countless sambhogakaya, and black lines the size of hair, five rays of light radiate, first seen outwards, then seen inwards, this is summarized as bindu, which is six signs. In short, during the time of withdrawal, the four signs of the night and the six signs of the day will appear. Those ten signs, in general, appear when the ten winds enter the central channel, it is unreasonable to think that the right wind enters and the signs of the night appear, and the left wind enters and the signs of the day appear, because after the wind flowing in the right Roma channel enters, it is unreasonable for the wind flowing in the left single channel to not enter, because when the wind flows to the left, the wind flowing to the right will transfer and flow, therefore, the wind of the five chakras is unique, transferring and flowing to the left and right. Therefore, if one thinks that the left and right winds enter, and the signs of the night and the signs of the day appear separately, then it is difficult to explain the reason why the two appear sequentially and cannot appear simultaneously. If it is said that the general wind enters the central channel and the two signs appear, then what is the reason for appearing sequentially? It should be explained that the signs of the night appear when the wind enters the central channel, and the signs of the day do not appear just like that, but appear when the central channel enters in a particularly excellent way. Shavaripa also said: When the ten winds enter the central channel, the ten signs of night and day

See. It is a branch of individual retraction. Thus it is said. Even if one cultivates common meditative stabilization without the method of directing the winds into the central channel, signs such as the moon, the sun, and the vajra will appear, as stated in the generation stage. If one cultivates the method of directing the winds into the central channel, even before the winds enter the central channel, signs such as smoke will appear. Therefore, one must clearly distinguish between these two and the signs of individual retraction here. If one does not distinguish, then because one does not distinguish the difference from the former, one often sees people holding meditative stabilization common to non-Buddhists as the completion stage of unsurpassed yoga. By holding it in this way, it seems to become an obstacle to learning the pure path. If one does not distinguish the difference from the latter, one mistakenly assumes that the signs that arise before the central channel is entered are the signs of individual retraction. If one thinks that the signs of individual retraction have arisen and looks to see if one has the qualities described in the tantric commentaries, one will find that one does not have them, and one will think that what the tantric sections say is not true, and one will create sin. So, how should one distinguish the difference between these two? Here, it is not necessary for the winds to enter the central channel. If one wants to distinguish the difference between the signs of common meditative stabilization and these two, one cannot distinguish them. Therefore, one must acknowledge that there is a special practice of the great mudra of emptiness and form in the characteristic vehicle. Therefore, this is a sign that arises from the entry into the central channel, so the difference from the previous two is great. So, how should one know the difference between the two signs of when the winds have entered the central channel and when they have not? In the Later Tantra of the Guhyasamaja it is said: 'Relying on the transformed vajra path.' In its commentary, the Lamp Illuminating the Hidden Meaning, it is said: 'The vajra path is the order of the five signs that cannot be transgressed.' Thus, one should know from what has already been said elsewhere. Therefore, in the Oral Instruction Commentary, Ornament of Beauty, it is said: 'When the winds of the senses begin to turn inward slightly, when they turn inward slightly, when they enter the central channel, and when they dissolve into the central channel, all signs will appear.' One should know in this way the manner in which signs appear from turning inward. Third, the abbreviation is that the Kalachakra master, in his previous work,
