The two bodies spoken of, namely the body of speech and the body of wisdom, the former is the generation stage, and the latter is the completion stage. Second, identifying bliss in the aspect of emptiness, identifying emptiness, and the way to make bliss and emptiness inseparable, and the order of practicing the two. First, mere bliss is not enough, because even outsiders have the bliss of pliancy attained through shamatha and vipassana. Moreover, the bliss arising from counting the inhalation and exhalation of breath as described in the Paramita Vehicle, and the bliss arising from practicing life force based on the yoga of emptiness and deities as described in the Action Tantra, etc., must be very different. Even uncontaminated bliss is not enough, because even Hearers and Solitary Realizers have it. So what is it? It is melting bliss. Second, since it has already been shown in the Paramita Vehicle, there is no need to determine it separately, so it is taken as the basis. Third, it has been determined in the three lower tantras and the Paramita Vehicle, and the wisdom that understands it is practiced with skillful means, and there is no need to separately cultivate the wisdom that has emptiness as its object. Here, the bliss that has emptiness as its object needs to be cultivated separately with limitless methods. Meditating with bliss taking emptiness as its object is the meaning of the inseparability of bliss and emptiness, and not expanding bliss with emptiness, etc. That bliss also arises in the sphere of mental consciousness, and not in the sphere of sense consciousness, because even ordinary beings can directly realize emptiness. Fourth, one must first meditate on emptiness, because in the generation stage it is also said that one must first contemplate the meaning of the Svabhava mantra. Regarding melting bliss, what is melting bliss? By what is it melted? And what are the conditions that cause melting? First, the white element located in the central channel at the center of the wheel of great bliss at the crown of the head is the meaning represented by the letter (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum). Second, it is said to melt from the burning red bindu located in the central channel of the navel wheel. Third, the condition for igniting the fire is that from union, driven by the wind of karma, it burns in the mandala of the navel. Thus it is said to practice wind yoga.

And, the wind that is propelled by the action of the union of the two faculties. Where does it reside? The Vajra Garland says, "The wind that moves in the center of knowledge, should be known to revive the fire." Therefore, it resides in the triangular junction below the navel within the central channel. When that wind moves, it ignites the fire at the navel, melting the Haṃ (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable at the crown of the head, thereby accomplishing the innate bliss. For this, the movement to the left and right must be cut off. The reason for this is that when moving to the left and right, coarse thoughts cannot be cut off. When does this wind move? Then melting bliss arises, thereby cutting off coarse thoughts. And, the cessation of the movement of the winds to the left and right is the very cause of movement. For the yoga of stopping the movement to the left and right, there are wind yoga, bindu yoga, and tummo yoga. Among these, tummo is taken as a specific instance. As divided into three by the master Atisha, all completion stages are included in tummo. In wind yoga, there are also the vase breathing mentioned in the Kalachakra, and the Vajra recitation mentioned in the Holy Teachings, and so on. The master Sangye Yeshe Zhap said that visualizing the illusory bindu at the tip of the nose, the heart, and the tip of the secret place, and the bindu yoga of igniting the fire by meditating on the bindu of the secret place, and Dombi Heruka and his disciples, and the Black Practitioner, and so on, have various methods of practicing tummo, such as applying it to the channels. If one understands the key points of the path created by the great accomplished ones without error, then no matter what one practices, one can accomplish innate bliss, without any difference. Among these, in the Samputa Tantra, it says, "The root that sprouts within it, has the nature of sesame oil fire." And so on, briefly explaining the spring bindu, and the meaning of the detailed explanation. The master Black Practitioner followed the creation of the spring bindu, and the measure of long and short letters, and so on, and if one explains the meaning of the methods of writing letters taught by the master Abhaya, then, in the small pore within the central channel bound by the heart channel knot, there exists a blue Haṃ (ཧཾ, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) syllable, the size of a mustard seed, with light as white as snow.
