在《释续金刚鬘》中说:“Thim(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,Dhyam,禅定)和享受的主人。”

No, because it is much thicker than that. It extends from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet, and as far as the tip of the jewel in the secret place. The two, Ro and Kyang, entwine the central channel like a string of beads, and each chakra has a knot at its center. In the Great Seal Bindu, it is said that there are thirty-two chakras, which is due to counting the knots of the Ro and Kyang separately, but there are no more than sixteen chakras. In the "Ear of Instructions," it is said that there are seven chakras, and in the "Explanatory Tantra Vajra Garland," it is said that there are six chakras. The main ones are the four that are widely known. The other meanings of these have been explained in the stages of the path, so one should look there. At the center of the chakra, where the roots of the petals are inserted, it is like inserting straws into the three channels. Second, explaining bindu and wind. Explaining bindu and explaining wind. First, the tantra explains the sixteen essences of the body. Initially, "ra" is said, and finally, "ha" is said, which are blood, essence, and taste. Saying these two first is to understand the nature of the body and that the others are its transformations. Where does the consciousness of the intermediate state first enter, and where does it finally leave from? It is the heart. The first channel is also formed there, and the initial natural abode of the white and red essences is also there. The widely known heart and the heart at the center of the channel-wheel are not the same in meaning. The latter is located on the vertical line of the two breasts. After that, the location of the white essence is the crown of the head, and the location of the red essence is the navel. In the meantime, it also flows in the other chakras, so it is divided into the twenty-four channels of body, speech, and mind. In the "Explanatory Tantra Vajra Garland," it is said, "Thim (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Dhyam, Absorption) and the lord of enjoyment." Therefore, in the channels of the twenty-four separating places, white and red bindus and wind flow in abundance, so they are called the channels of body, speech, and mind. Each of the twenty-four has three thousand channels flowing with white and red bindus and wind, so there are seventy-two thousand in total. When the white essence melts from the burning Tummo and comes to the four chakras from the petals of the channels, the arising of bliss is the way of combining the arising of the four joys with the body.

Moreover, there are four joys of ascending and four joys of descending and stabilizing. The knots of the channels are loosened by the yogas of winds and bindus. Among these, the main one is the knot of the heart channel. As it is said in the Tantra of Explanation, the Vajra Garland, "That is also difficult to distinguish, the center is entwined by three knots." Just as it is said. Even within the knots, there is a small hole in the central channel. The nature of the essences of the body mentioned earlier, the three obtained from the father: bones, marrow, and semen; and the three obtained from the mother: flesh, skin, and blood; these six combined, the places of the body should be known. Second, regarding the explanation of winds, there is the way shown in the common explanatory tantras, and the way shown in the uncommon tantras. The first is, in the Vajra Garland, it says, "One hundred and eight winds, such as exhaling and holding, are explained." That is also distinguished by generating one hundred and eight different conceptualizations, and it can also be distinguished by the way it moves in the six chakras. The latter are, the four well-known chakras, and the six-petaled wind chakra at the eyebrow, and the three-petaled fire chakra above the heart and below the throat. Starting first from the heart, from midnight to noon, ninety-nine winds pass through each chakra, so there are fifty-four. From then until midnight, it also passes in the same way, so there are one hundred and eight. The second is divided into two: that which is explained from the Father Tantra, and that which is explained from the Mother Tantra. The first is, in the Gongpa Lungten, ten winds are spoken of, and there is the classification of that, the order of the place and formation, the function, the way of moving, and the necessity of establishing it in that way. The first is, the five root winds such as life wind, and the five branch winds such as dragon. In the Vajra Door Tantra, the five branch winds are shown by names such as moving. The reason for applying the earlier terms to the branch winds is, Je Gö says, "Those five, in order, are like ears of grain, like snakes, the liver, the turtle, the lungs, the spleen, the daughter's dress with the heart, and the kidneys are produced like the shape of a bow, so they are named that way." The second is, the life wind is in the heart.
