Dzogrim Chiyi Tigle. Dzogrim Chiyi Tigle. Dzogrim Chiyi Tigle resides. Homage to the Guru and the assembly of Dakinis! Here, as it is said, "Those who are well-established in the generation stage, those who desire the completion stage, this method is taught by the complete Buddha, like a ladder of steps." As it is said, having trained in the generation stage in four sessions, those who wish to practice the completion stage should know this. In that, in the tantras and commentaries, in some places only the differences and numbers of the root are explained, in some places only the formation of winds and bindus, in some places only the yoga that focuses on them, and in this way, the stages of arising the four joys of realization, and the ultimate How the fruit is attained, many are not fully explained. Thinking for the sake of those meanings, even in the Tibetan writings, only a partial description of the Tummo meditation is given, and the complete sequence of cause and effect is not shown. If you do not know all of these completely, then you will not be able to generate the joy of an expert in the stages of path meditation. In that, both the Father Tantra and the Mother Tantra, in showing the co-emergent bliss as the main deity of the path, there is not even a slight difference, and the means of accomplishing it is only the blazing of Tummo. Therefore, the way to ignite it includes wind yogas such as Vajra recitation, and various yogas such as focusing on letters and bindus. Also, by holding the focus on wind etc. in the important places of the body, in what way does practicing cause Tummo to blaze? Therefore, first one must know the formation of the Vajra body that strikes the key points, so there are two ways to explain it: explaining the formation in detail, and the yoga that strikes the key points. The first has two: explaining the supporting channels, and the supported bindus and winds. Alternatively, it can be summarized as the abiding channels, the moving winds, and the arrangement of the three bodhicittas. The first has a definite number, a definite order of arising, and a definite essence. The first has the reason for the distinction and the definite number. The first is, as stated in the Sngom 'byung, if divided in detail, there are seventy-two thousand, and four hundred and twenty that are divided from them, and places etc.

The twenty-four places are divided by location, and the basis for these places are the three: the left channel, the right channel, and the central channel. They are summarized into three because the basis is definitely the three: wind, and white and red bindus, and because it is the main basis for other channels. They are divided into twenty-four because the cause of the eight petals of the heart channel is located in the twenty-four places such as the crown chakra. They are divided into one hundred and twenty because of the four main wheels, namely the heart is the Dharma wheel, with eight petals; the throat is the enjoyment wheel; the crown is the great bliss wheel; and the navel is the emanation wheel, the number of petals in these wheels is twice that of the previous one. Secondly, the order of generation is: the three main channels, namely the three-turn channel, the desire channel, and the five-aggregate channel are formed, and then the house channel, the fierce fire channel, and the demon-free channel are generated. Then, the four channels such as the three-turn channel each branch out into two in the four directions and four corners, forming the eight petals of the heart channel. Among them, the four elements flow out of the four directional channels, so they are called the element channels; the four corner channels flow out of form, smell, etc., so they are called the offering channels. The demon-free channel wraps around the central channel, from the navel to the tongue, hindering the flow of wind and bindus in other channels, and only flows at the time of death, so it is called the time channel, and it is also the yogini's blocking channel. The offering channel and the element channels all flow out of the eight channels, but they are named according to the amount of flow. It is said in the Hevajra Tantra, "Strive to surpass all the remaining," which is the meaning of this. Acharya Abhya considers that the demon-free channel only flows bindus at the time of death and when yogis practice the path. Shantipa considers that even there, bindus can flow, and connects the thirty-two channels with the fifteen selflessness mothers, abandoning the remaining, which refers to not connecting with the last of the sixteen vowels - the goddess. Thirdly, to determine the nature, one must understand the three ways in which the left, right, and central channels are located, how long they exist, and how they exist. Some people think that they exist together with the gaps inside the joints, which is unreasonable, so they are located in front of the joints. Saying that they are like threads means that they exist like stretched threads, not referring to the degree of thickness.
