པོ་ར། །སྒྲིམ་བྲལ་བློ་ཡིས་ལེགས་པར་མཐོང་བས་དཀར་པོའི་ཆོས་ལ་རྟག་གནས་པ། །ལྷ་དང་དྲོང་སྲོང་གྲུབ་པའི་ཚོགས་རྣམ་དེང་འདིར་བྱང་ཆུབ་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡི། །ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་མི་ཟད་སྤྲོ་བའི་དཔལ་ལ་དགའ་ཆེན་རོལ་མོ་སྒྲོག་པར་གྱིས། ༤ སྲིད་དང་ཞི་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཁམས་ནས་ཀུན་དང་མི་མཚུངས་མཚུངས་མེད་པའི། །ལས་དང་སྐལ་བའི་བགོ་སྐལ་བཅིག་པུར་དུས་སུ་སོན་པའི་ལེགས་བྱས་ནི། །རྨད་དུ་བྱུང་བ་འདི་ཡིས་ཉེར་མཚོན་འཕགས་དང་སོ་སྐྱེ་མ་ལུས་པས། །དུས་གསུམ་བསགས་པའི་དགེ་ཚོགས་ཅི་མཆིས་མ་ལུས་གཅིག་ཏུ་བསྡོམས་བྱས་ནས། ༥ ཆོས་དབྱིངས་མཐའ་དང་བྲལ་བའི་རྩེ་དགར་ཡང་དག་འཁྱུད་པའི་ཉེར་ལེན་དུ། །རིན་ཐང་བྲལ་བའི་ཡོན་ཏན་ཀུན་ཚང་ཉེས་པའི་སྐྱོན་རྣམས་སྤངས་པ་ཡི། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སྙིང་པོར་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བའི་བདུད་རྩིའི་སྤྲིན་གྱི་བླ་བྲེ་ནི། །ཀུན་མཁྱེན་མཁའ་ན་ཡང་དག་བྲེས་པའི་དམ་བཅའ་བདག་གི་ དེ་རིང་ལེན། ༦ །དམ་པའི་དོན་དུ་དངོས་པོའི་ཆོས་རྣམས་བདེན་པར་གྲུབ་པ་མེད་མོད་ཀྱང་། །མེད་སྣང་འཁྲུལ་བས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཡོངས་བསླུས་གཟུང་འཛིན་གཡང་སར་འཆེས་པ་ཡི། །འཁྲུལ་འཁོར་ཐོག་མཐའ་མེད་པའི་ཡུལ་རྣམས་དེང་ནས་གཟུང་སྟེ་སྟོང་བ་དང་། །རྟེན་འབྱུང་དབྱེར་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་དབྱིངས་སུ་རྩད་ནས་དག་པ་ཉིད་གྱུར་ཅིག ༧ མིང་ཙམ་ཉིད་ཀྱང་དྲན་མི་ཕོད་པ་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཡ་ངའི་བསྟི་གནས་སུ། །མི་བཟད་སྡིག་པའི་ལས་ཀྱིས་བསྐྲུན་པའི་རིམ་པ་བརྒྱད་པོ་ཉེ་འཁོར་བཅས། །གནས་ངན་ལེན་གྱི་རྣམ་སྨིན་རྒྱུ་བ་ཀུན་ནས་ཆད་པའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་གྱིས། །སྟོང་ཆེན་ཆོས་སྐུའི་རྒྱལ་ཐབས་ཆེན་པོར་དབང་བསྒྱུར་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་གྱུར་ཅིག ༧ །དེ་བཞིན་བཀྲེས་དང་བསྐོས་དང་སྐོམ་བས་མནར་བའི་ཚོར་བ་མི་བཟད་གནས་རྣགས་དང་། །སྡིག་དང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བརྒྱ་ཡིས་ཉམ་ལེན་དུད་པར་འགྲོ་བ་དེ་དག་ཀུན། མི་དགེ་སྤྱོད་པའི་སྤྲོས་པ་མཁའ་ལྟར་དབེན་པའི་གནས་སུ་ནུབ་པ་ཡི། །དགེ་མཚན་གསལ་བ་བདེ་ཆེན་ངོ་བོའི་འདུ་འགོད་རབ་ཏུ་བདོ་གྱུར་ཅིག ༩ །འཆི་འཕོ་ལྟུང་བའི་ཆད་པ་དྲག་པོའི་དམ་ལ་གནམ་པའི་མཐོ་རིས་དང་། །མི་བདེའི་སྡང་སེམས་བྱ་ངས་དུས་འདའ་སྦྱིན་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཡི་ཁམས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་། །ཟག་བཅས་ལས་ཀྱི་བདུད་གྱི་སྒྱུ་མེད་འཁོར་བ་མཐའ་ཅན་བགྱིད་པ་ཡི། །དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་འཁོར་ལོའི་རང་གཟུགས་ཉིད་དུ་གེགས་མེད་པར་ཡང་འཁྱིལ་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༠ ཆགས་དང་སྔར་སོགས་ཉོན་མོངས་དུ་མའི་རང་བཞིན་རྣམ་པར་ཀུན་ནས་ཀྱང་། །དགའ་བའི་གནས་མེད་སྡིག་པས་ཡོངས་བཟུང་འཆིང་པའི་རྒྱ་ལས་མི་འདའ་བ། །ད་ལྟ་བདག་ཅག་གནས་པའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ སྣོད་བཅུད་གཉིས་པོ་འདི་ཉིད་ཀྱང་། །བདེ་ལྡན་དག་པའི་ཞིང་གི་སྣང་བ་དམ་པའི་ཕྱག་རྒྱས་ཐེབས་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༡ །སྨྲ་བ་ཤེས་ཤིང་དོན་རྣམས་གོ་བའི་མཆན་ཉིད་ཚད་དང་ལྡན་བཞིན་དུ། །ཤིན་ཏུ་བླང་དོར་ཕྱིན་ཅི་ལོག་པས་བསླུ་འོས་མ་མཆིས་འགྲོ་འདི་དག །མ་བརྟགས་ཉམས་དགའི་གཡུལ་ལས་རྒྱལ་ནས་རྟག་ཏུ་ལེགས་པར་སྤྱོད་པ་ཡི། །རྒྱལ་ཐབས་གཞོམ་དུ་མེད་པའི་གླིང་དུ་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བར་འཁོད་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༢ གཏན་གྱི་བདེ་བ་དམ་པའི་འབྱུང་གནས་སྲིད་ན་རིན་ཐང་དང་བྲལ་བ། །རིན་ཆེན་རྣམ་གསུམ་ཁྱད་ཆོས་དྲུག་ལྡན་སྒྲོན་མེའི་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་པས། །ནམ་མཁའི་མུ་དང་རག་ཏུ་མཉམ་པའི་འགྲོ་ཁམས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཡོངས་བཟུང་བའི། །ངོ་མཚར་བླ་མེད་རྟག་པར་མི་ཤིགས་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་རྒྱན་དུ་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༣ ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཚད་མེད་སྟོན་མཆོག་ཐུབ་དབང་གང་གི་ལུང་རྟོགས་བསྟན་པ་ཡི། །ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བཤད་དང་སྒྲུབ་པའི་ལྨ་ནས་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོང་བར། །ཕན་དང་བདེ་བ་མཆོག་གི་དཔྱིད་དུ་རྟག་པར་འཕེལ་ཞིང་གནས་པ་ཡི། །དགའ་སྟོན་སྟུག་པོ་གསེར་གྱི་རི་ལྟར་རྣམ་ཀུན་སྟོབས་དང་ལྡན་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༤ གང་ཞིག་གང་དུ་མཆིས་པ་དེ་ན་བདེ་བ་ཆེན་པོའི་འོད་འབར་བ། རེས་མེད་རྒྱལ་བསྟན་ནོར་བུའི་གྲོང་ཁྱེར་ནོར་འཛིན་ཁྱོན་ཀུན་གང་སྣང་བ། །ཐམས་ཅད་དཀོན་མཆོག་བླ་མར་བྱེད་པའི་རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཀུན་གྱིས་སྤྱི་བོ་ན། །རྟག་པར་བརྗིད་ཆགས་འདུས་བྱས་ཉམས་པའི་ཆོས་དང་རྣམ་ཀུན་བྲལ་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༥ །ཐེག་གསུམ་མདོ་སྔགས་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དགེ་མཚན་རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གོས་ཅན་མཐར་ཐུག་བར། །ཕུ་སུམ་ཚོགས་པར་བརྡལ་བའི་མཐུ་དང་མཐའ་ཡས་འགྲོ་བའི་ མགོན་གྱུར་པའི། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་སེམས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཡོངས་ཟློས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་གྲངས་མེད་པ། །དུས་གསུམ་ཀུན་ཏུས་རྣམས་གང་བ་སྲིད་འདིར་རྒྱུན་དུ་འབྱོན་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༦ མཁྱེན་དང་བརྩེ་བའི་ཡོན་ཏན་རྨད་བྱུང་རྣམ་ཐར་ཁྱད་འཕགས་ལ་གནས་པ། །བསྟན་འཛིན་སྐྱེས་བུ་ཉི་མ་ལྟ་བུ་གང་ན་སུ་བཞུགས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་། །བསྟན་འགྲོའི་དོན་ཆེན་སྐད་ཅིག་དེར་ཡང་འབྱམས་ཀླས་འགྲུབ་བཞིན་སྲིད་མཐའི་བར། །བདུད་ལས་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་འཚོ་གཞེས་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནམ་ཡང་གཡོ་བ་མེད་གྱུར་ཅིག ༡༧ །མཐུན་པར་ཞུགས་ཤིང་ཐལ་མོ་སྦྱར་བའི་འོས་གྱུར་བསོད་ནམས་དཔལ་གྱི་ཞིང་། །ནང་གི་དྲ་རྣམས་ལྷག་མེད་བཅོམ་ཡང་སེམས་དཔའི་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་མི་གཏོང་བ། །ཡོན་གནས་དགེ་འདུན་འདུས་པའི་ཚོགས་རྣམ

布热。以无偏颇的智慧善妙观察，恒常安住于清净之法。天神和持明成就之众，如今在此行持菩提。请尽情演奏无尽幻化的喜乐妙音。4 从有寂一切界中，生起与一切不同、无与伦比的。独自成熟业与福分的善行。以此殊胜之举，所有圣凡，将三世所积的一切善资，全部汇聚起来。5 在远离边际的法界胜处，作为真实拥抱的助缘。将无价圆满一切功德、舍弃一切过患的。菩提心髓完全回向的甘露云幡。在遍知虚空中真实悬挂的誓言，我今天受持。6 为了圣者的利益，事物诸法虽无真实成立。然因无有显现的错觉，恒常被欺骗，堕入能取所取之悬崖。从今以后，将无始无终的幻轮之地，清净为空性。愿依缘起无别之智慧界，从根源上获得清净。7 仅仅是名字也无法忆起，极其恐怖的处所。由不堪忍的罪业所造的八大地狱及其近处。愿断绝一切恶趣之果的缘起。愿能自在地统治大空性法身的伟大国政，圆满具足。7 同样，愿所有遭受饥渴煎熬的众生，以及不堪忍的痛苦处境。被罪恶和百般痛苦折磨的可怜众生。愿行持不善的戏论，消逝在如虚空般寂静之处。愿善妙显现，大乐自性的集会，极其兴盛。9 愿死亡、堕落等猛烈惩罚的誓言，以及天界。不悦的嗔恨，以及虚度光阴的吝啬之士。愿被有漏业所束缚，如幻的轮回，成为有边际的。坛城轮涅的自性，毫无阻碍地再次回旋。10 贪欲和嗔恨等诸多烦恼的自性，从各方面来说。没有喜悦之处，完全被罪恶掌控的死亡

Pora. With impartial wisdom, perfectly seeing, constantly abiding in the white Dharma. Gods and assemblies of Vidyadharas, today here practicing Bodhi. Please proclaim the great joy of inexhaustible miraculous displays of delight. 4 From the realms of all existence and peace, arising unequaled, incomparable to all. The virtuous deeds that have matured in time as the sole share of karma and fortune. With this wondrous act, all noble and ordinary beings, having completely gathered all the collections of merit accumulated in the three times. 5 In the supreme joy of the Dharma realm, free from extremes, as the means of truly embracing. The banner of nectar clouds, completely dedicating the priceless, complete with all qualities, abandoning all faults, to the essence of Bodhi. My vow, truly hung in the sky of omniscience, I take today. 6 For the sake of the holy, although the phenomena of things are not truly established. Yet, constantly deceived by the illusion of non-existence, falling into the abyss of grasping and being grasped. From today onwards, may the lands of beginningless and endless illusion be purified into emptiness. May the wisdom realm, inseparable from dependent arising, be purified from its roots. 7 In the extremely terrifying abode where even the name cannot be remembered. The eight great hells and their surroundings, created by unbearable sinful actions. May the connection of cutting off all the ripening of negative destinations. May the great sovereignty of the great empty Dharmakaya be fully possessed and complete. 7 Likewise, may all those beings tormented by hunger, thirst, and unbearable suffering, and difficult situations. Those miserable beings tormented by sins and hundreds of sufferings. May the elaborations of unwholesome actions subside in a place as empty as the sky. May the clear signs of virtue, the assembly of the nature of great bliss, flourish exceedingly. 9 May the vows of severe punishment for death and downfall, and the heavens. Unpleasant hatred, and the realms of stingy individuals who waste time. May the mandala, the nature of the wheel of existence and nirvana, bound by contaminated karma, the illusion of demons, become finite, revolve again without obstruction. 10 The nature of many afflictions such as attachment and hatred, from all aspects. A place without joy, completely seized by sinful death.

不越于庸常之境，如今我等所处的这个世界，器情二者，亦以具足安乐清净刹土之显现之殊胜手印加持之。11。具有能言说且能理解诸义之智慧，并具足衡量之标准，然此等众生极易为颠倒取舍所欺骗，愿他们能于未经审察而喜悦之战场中获胜，并恒常行持善妙之事，愿一切众生皆能安住于不可摧毁之王政之境。12。恒常安乐之殊胜源泉，世间无价之珍宝，具足六种功德之三宝灯光，以其无边之光明，愿其能遍布与虚空边际等同之众生界之大海，愿无上稀有、恒常不坏之法界，能如庄严般增长广大。13。以无量大悲之导师，释迦能仁之教证二法，讲修之法-轮，乃至轮回未空之际，愿利益与安乐之殊胜源泉，恒常增长安住，愿如金山般之盛大喜宴，于一切方面皆具足力量。14。无论何处有何者存在，愿彼处皆燃起大乐之光明，愿无有间断之胜法之珍宝城市，充满所见之大地一切处，愿一切以三宝上师为依怙之国度，恒常于顶上，庄严殊胜，远离一切有为法之衰败。15。愿三乘显密之佛法功德，直至如海之衣饰般之究竟，以圆满具足之威力，以及成为无边众生之怙主，诸佛菩萨、圆满智慧之化身，无量之圣众，充满三世一切处，恒常降临于此世间。16。凡是安住于智慧与慈悲之功德，稀有殊胜之解脱者，如日般之持教大士，无论身在何处，愿他们都能于刹那间，无余成办无量无边之弘法利生之大事，直至轮回未空之际，愿从魔业中彻底获胜之长寿之坛城，永不动摇。17。愿以和合之心，合掌恭敬之福德资粮田，纵然已彻底摧毁内在之烦恼，亦不舍弃菩萨之行仪，殊胜之应供处，僧众之聚会。
English
May it not stray from the realm of the ordinary. May this world where we now dwell, with its environment and beings, be sealed with the sacred handprint of the appearance of a blissful, pure land. 11. With intelligence that knows how to speak and understands meanings, and with a measure that is fully endowed, may these beings, who are easily deceived by inverted acceptance and rejection, conquer the battlefield of unexamined delight and always practice well. May all beings be comfortably seated in a realm of unshakeable governance. 12. The supreme source of lasting happiness, a treasure beyond price in this world, the light of the Three Jewels endowed with six qualities, with its boundless radiance, may it encompass the ocean of sentient realms, equal to the expanse of the sky. May the wondrous, unsurpassed, eternally indestructible realm of Dharma flourish as an ornament. 13. May the doctrine of the Teacher, the Supreme One, the King of Sages, of immeasurable compassion, the wheel of Dharma of explanation and practice, from now until samsara is empty, may the supreme source of benefit and happiness always increase and abide. May the dense feast, like a golden mountain, be endowed with strength in every way. 14. Wherever there is someone, may the light of great bliss blaze there. May the city of jewels of the unfailing victorious doctrine fill all that appears in the expanse of the earth. May all the kingdoms that make the Three Jewels the supreme Lama always be majestic on their heads, and may they be completely free from the nature of impermanence. 15. May the qualities of the Dharma of the Three Vehicles, Sutra and Tantra, reach the ultimate, like garments of the ocean. With the power of fully assembled excellence, and as protectors of limitless beings, may countless emanations of Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and fully realized wisdom beings, filling all three times, always come into this world. 16. Abiding in the qualities of knowledge and love, and in extraordinary liberation, may all the upholders of the teachings, like the sun, wherever and whoever they may be, accomplish the great purpose of benefiting the teachings and beings in that very instant, boundlessly, until the end of existence. May the mandala of life, victorious over the maras, never waver. 17. The field of merit, worthy of joining together in harmony and placing palms together in respect, although the inner nets have been completely destroyed, may they not abandon the conduct of a Bodhisattva.
