མེད་ཕྱོགས་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༢ ནག་ཕྱོགས་ཀླ་ཀློ་གདུག་པའི་དཔུང་སོགས་བསྟན་ལ་འཚེ་བྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་པ། །ནམ་ཡང་ལྡང་བའི་གོ་སྐབས་མེད་ཅིང་ཤ་ཟ་འབྱུང་པོའི་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ཀྱང་། །གནོད་འཚེའི་བསམ་སྦྱོར་ཞི་བར་རབ་སྤང་ཁྱད་པར་དུ་ཡང་མཐའ་དམག་གི །རྒྱུ་འགྲུལ་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོང་བར་དུ་འབྱུང་བར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༣ །ཆུ་གཏེར་བཞི་ཡི་སྐ་རགས་འཆིང་པའི་ནོར་འཛིན་དགའ་མ་མཛའ་གྲོགས་སུ། །ཐོབ་པའི་བསོད་སྐལ་དམན་པར་མ་གྱུར་ས་བདག་སྟོབས་དང་ལྡན་རྣམས་ཀྱང་། །རང་རང་སྡེ་དང་མ་བར་རིས་གང་ཡོད་དེ་ཡིས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཆོ་ག་ཤེས་ཏེ། །གཞན་ལ་འགྱེད་དང་རྩོད་པའི་རིམ་པ་ནམ་ཡང་བརྩམས་པར་མ་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༤ ས་ལ་དབང་བསྐྱུར་རྒྱལ་དང་བློན་རྣམས་ཁྲེལ་དང་ངོ་ཚལ་གནས་ ཏེ། སྒྱུ་མའི་ནོར་གྱིས་བསླད་པ་མེད་པའི་ཁྲིམས་སྲིད་གསེར་གྱི་གདུགས་དཀར་གྱིས། །མངའ་འབངས་ཐམས་ཅད་མནར་གཅོད་བྲལ་བའི་བདེ་དང་སྐྱིད་པར་སྐྱོང་བ་ཡི། །བདག་རྐྱེན་བཟང་པོ་ལྷ་ཡུལ་ལྟ་བུའི་འབབས་སྟེགས་རྒྱུན་དུ་བཞེས་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༥ །མདོ་ཁམས་བསྟན་པའི་རྩ་ལག་རྨད་བྱུག་སྡེ་བཞི་དགེ་བ་བཅུ་ལྡན་གྱི། །རྒྱལ་ཁབ་ཆེན་པོའི་བ་གམ་དག་ཀྱང་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་ཕྲན་གཙུག་ན་མཐོ། །ཕན་བདེའི་ཉེར་མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་ཕྱིར་མངའ་ཐང་ཟླ་བ་ཡང་ངོ་ལྟར། །དེང་ནས་བཟུང་སྟེ་གོང་འཕེལ་འབྱུང་བའི་རྟེན་འབྲེལ་ཤིན་ཏུ་མཁྲིགས་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༦ །སྐྱེ་བོ་མ་ལུས་སྒོ་གསུམ་དགེ་བ་ཁོ་ནར་གཞོལ་བའི་རང་བཞིན་ལས། །སྡིག་དང་མི་དགེ་སྦྱོར་བ་མི་འཆེལ་དཀར་པོའི་ལས་དང་མཛའ་དེ་མཐུས། །འདི་དང་ཕྱི་མར་ལེགས་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་ཀུན་ནས་འཚོ་བའི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ནི། །ནམ་མཁའི་མཛོད་བཞིན་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བས་དུས་རྣམས་ཀུན་ཏུ་འདའ་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༧ ལས་དང་རྒྱུ་འབྲས་ཁྱད་དུ་གསོད་ཅིང་དགེ་སྡིག་མི་ཤེས་པ་དང་། །དུག་ལྔའི་རྣམ་འགྱུར་མེ་ལྟར་འབར་ཞིང་བསྟན་པའང་འཆོལ་བར་སྤྱོད་པ་དང་། །སྣོད་བཅུད་འགྱུར་ལྡོག་སྐད་ཅིག་རེར་ཡང་མང་བ་ལ་སོགས་སྙིགས་ལྔ་ཡི། །དུས་རྟགས་ཐམས་ཅད་མི་གནས་ཡི་ཤེས་ཟབ་མོའི་དབྱིངས་སུ་འཇོམས་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༨ རྒྱལ་ཁམས་ཀུན་དུ་དབུལ་ཕོངས་བཀྲེས་སྐོམ་ལ་སོགས་མུ་གེའི་དད་བ་དང་། །དེ་བཞིན་ནད་དང་ཕྱི་ནང་མི་བདེའི་མཚོན་གྱི་འཁྲུགས་པ་ཇི་སྙེད་སོགས། །བཀྲ་མི་ཤིས་པའི་སྐལ་བ་ངན་པ་གཏན་ནས་མི་འབྱུང་སྒོ་ཀུན་ནས། །རྫོགས་ལྡན་དུས་ཀྱི་དགའ་སྟོན་གསལ་བ་དར་ལ་བབ་པ་ ཉིད་གྱུར་ཅིག ༣༩ བསོད་ནམས་དབང་ཐང་དབྱར་མཚོ་ལྟར་འཕེལ་ཆོས་ནོར་འདོད་དང་ཐར་

愿其消失无踪。32 黑色一方的野蛮残暴军队等一切损害佛法者，永远没有抬头的机会，食肉鬼怪之众，也完全断绝有害的意图，特别是边境战争的一切起因，在轮回未空之前，愿其不再发生。33 愿以四大水藏为腰带束缚的可爱大地成为朋友，不减损获得此福分的有权势的统治者们，也各自恒常知晓自己部落和中间地带的规矩，永远不要发起对他人施舍和争斗之事。34 愿治理地方的君王和大臣们，安住于羞耻之心，以不被虚假财富迷惑的金制白伞般的公正法律，使所有臣民摆脱折磨，生活在幸福安乐之中，愿如天界般的良好条件，如瀑布般持续降临。35 愿作为多康（多康地区）佛法命脉的麦宿（麦宿地区）四部，这具备十善功德的大国的屋脊，高耸于各方小国之首，成为利乐之源，愿其权势如上弦月般，从今以后，增长发展的缘起极其稳固。36 愿所有众生，身语意三门皆专注于善，不沾染罪恶和不善行，凭借白业和友善的力量，今生来世，一切美好的果实和生活受用，如虚空宝藏般享用，恒时度过。37 愿特别轻视业和因果，不辨善恶，五毒的形态如火焰般燃烧，行为也违背佛法，器情世界变化，刹那刹那增多等五浊恶世的一切征兆，不再存在，消融于甚深智慧的法界之中。38 愿在所有国度，贫穷饥渴等饥荒的恐惧，以及疾病和内外不安的刀兵战乱等，一切不吉祥的恶劣命运，永远不再发生，从一切门径，圆满时代的喜乐光明，得以兴盛。39 愿福德权势如夏日之海般增长，佛法财富愿望和解脱

May it disappear without a trace. 32 May all those who harm the Dharma, such as the barbaric and cruel armies of the black side, never have a chance to rise again, and may the hordes of flesh-eating demons completely abandon their harmful intentions. Especially, may all causes of border wars never occur until samsara is empty. 33 May the lovely earth, bound by the four great water treasures as a belt, become a friend, and may the powerful rulers who have the fortune to obtain this not diminish. May they always know the rules of their own tribes and intermediate zones, and never initiate acts of giving or strife to others. 34 May the kings and ministers who govern the land abide in shame and modesty, and with the golden white umbrella of just laws, uncorrupted by illusory wealth, may they lead all subjects to happiness and joy, free from torment. May good conditions like those of the heavenly realms continuously descend like a waterfall. 35 May the four divisions of Madyak (Madyak area), the lifeline of the Dharma in Dokham (Dokham area), the ridge of this great country with ten virtues, stand high above the small countries in all directions. May it become a source of benefit and happiness, and may its power increase like the waxing moon. From now on, may the auspicious connections for growth and development be extremely strong. 36 May all beings, with their body, speech, and mind, focus solely on virtue, not engaging in sin and non-virtuous deeds. Through the power of white deeds and friendliness, may all good fruits and enjoyments of life in this and future lives be enjoyed like a treasure of the sky, and may all times be spent in this way. 37 May the signs of the five degenerations, such as especially despising karma and cause and effect, not distinguishing between good and evil, the forms of the five poisons burning like flames, actions that violate the Dharma, and the changing of the vessel and essence worlds, increasing moment by moment, no longer exist, and may they dissolve into the profound wisdom of the Dharmadhatu. 38 May the fears of famine, such as poverty, hunger, and thirst, and the wars of weapons that cause disease and internal and external unrest, never occur in all countries. May all inauspicious and evil destinies never arise, and from all paths, may the clear joy of the age of perfection flourish. 39 May merit and power increase like the summer ocean, and may Dharma, wealth, wishes, and liberation
