The departing one makes offerings to sentient beings, submerging at the feet of the Tathagatas. Secondly, when the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas see that the time has come for this Bodhisattva to receive empowerment, countless Bodhisattvas from the ten directions, from the ninth ground downwards, come and gaze upon and make offerings to this Bodhisattva, entering into ten thousand samadhis. Those who have received the Bodhisattva empowerment, from the glorious goddess, the vajra, and auspiciousness, arise a light called "completely victorious over the enemy of demons," accompanied by countless hundreds of thousands of rays of light, illuminating the ten directions, displaying endless miracles. Submerging into the glorious goddess, the vajra, and auspiciousness of this Bodhisattva, their power and strength further increase. From the urna hair of the Tathagatas, arises a single ray of light called "possessing the direct perception of all-knowing," accompanied by countless hundreds of thousands of rays of light, illuminating all ten directions. Circling the world ten times, pacifying the evil realms, subduing the hordes of demons, it submerges into the crown of this Bodhisattva, while the rays of light of the retinue submerge into the crowns of the retinue. As soon as those rays of light touch them, those Bodhisattvas obtain ten thousand samadhis that they had not obtained before, and those rays of light also descend upon the head of this Bodhisattva at the same time. There are three aspects to the second: The first is the power to ensure that in the next life, in this realm, at this time, one will definitely become a Buddha named such and such, is that the great Bodhisattva is definitely destined to become a Buddha, and not a Shravaka or Pratyekabuddha. The second is accomplishing the immeasurable benefit of all sentient beings in all ten directions, is that those skilled in means benefit sentient beings in each of the ten directions, in worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, yet they are unaware of anything about it. Thus it is said. The third is the merit of drawing near to the Tathagatas in all worlds, and listening to the Dharma, serving, and venerating the teachings of the Buddha, etc., is that they exist in worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges in each of the ten directions, as well as in the world.

In those realms, to attend to and serve all the Tathagata Bhagavat who dwell, sustain, and teach the Dharma, to listen to the Dharma, and to accumulate roots of virtue in the presence of those Buddhas, is to manifestly accomplish the perfection of superknowledge. Thus it is said. The third is the third of establishing on the tenth ground, which is to explain the manner of establishing on the extreme of existence. The third has four: ability, realization, abandonment, and the accumulation of causes for purification. The first two are: the limb of enlightenment that generates all the accumulations of great enlightenment is: all virtuous dharmas are limbs of the great enlightenment path. Thus it is said. The two accumulations of causes are: the relationship of cause and effect is not in vain, because the fruit of perfect enlightenment is actually produced by the action of karma. Practicing the conduct of a Bodhisattva, one manifestly attains unsurpassed enlightenment and becomes a Buddha. Having manifestly attained Buddhahood, one completely liberates sentient beings from the cycle of the five lineages. Thus it is said. The second two are: realizing the suchness of seeing the four truths is: great enlightenment, unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, manifestly attaining Buddhahood, and teaching sentient beings about suffering and the arising of suffering and suffering

When things are small, there isn't even a part of the tip of a hair. Thus it is. The second of the fourth is that the cause of the Buddha's accumulation is purified in the context of the limit of existence: Whatever is the equality of all dharmas, that is what I have said to be purified. Thus it is. Those qualities of purification, abiding in the accumulation of the cause of the Buddha, are: All those dharmas become the cause of accomplishing the path and generating the path, not for the sake of attaining the fruit. Thus it is. The third, the non-abiding nirvana, the ground of the Thus-Gone One, is: Whatever dharma has neither arising nor ceasing, that is the unconditioned. Prayer: What is that, O Blessed One? The Blessed One said: The unequal, the nirvana of the nature of dharma without delusion, that is the unconditioned dharma. Thus it is. The word "of" at the end is applied to all the preceding words. The third is: Dharmakaya and so on are considered to be twenty-seven types according to the distinction of the place of entry. The third is the third of explaining the activity and benefit of others, which is the part of explaining the way the commentary explains it. The third has two: the distinction of benefiting others, that time, and the order also indicates others. The first has three as before, of which the first is: In the beginning of leading to the path, the afflictions of attachment to the good realms of gods and humans and the non-good realms of bad destinies are pacified, thus connecting the words. The second also has four, leading to the path of accumulation is: Up to the fifth is like the root, and the word "from" means that whenever it is done, it is done after that, thus connecting everything. Self-benefit is not being attached to that and not being separated, and the benefit of self and others is abandoning idle talk, greed, and wrong views is self-benefit, and abandoning the rest is the benefit of others, or even the ten virtues are dedicated to becoming a Buddha, so it is the benefit of both, not like the Hearers, it is not self-benefit, thus it is said in the clear words. The first four are ordinary paths of accumulation, the fifth is the part of liberation, and then the two are the paths of joining, thus it is said there. The Great Lord said that the first three are the paths of accumulation of pure thought, action, and view, and then the four are the paths of joining of pure thought and the pure conduct and pure view of self-benefit and the benefit of both. The second is: As before. The third is: Relying on generosity is: Relying on generating that in the continuum of those to be tamed, in the first ground.
