If asked, don't the Chakravartins also have it, how can it be said to be the merit of the Buddha? In the Ratnavali it says: "All Chakravartins, although it is thought that they have these, but purity, beauty, and brightness, the Buddhas cannot compare." Just like this, so there is no fault. Third, it is from the Buddha. Where from? It is the nature body with eighty kinds of good signs and characteristics. The reason is that it is fully enjoyed from the Great Bodhi. Where are the attendant Bodhisattvas here? Some scriptures say that they abide in the tenth bhumi, and in accordance with this, the Tika Chenmo also says that abiding in the tenth bhumi is the view of one's own school, and from the eighth bhumi onwards, in the manner of appearance and aspiration, and the power of accumulating great merit, it appears to all beings, but it does not appear to the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas who are attached to appearances, this is the view of others. However, some scriptures say that they abide in the tenth bhumi, and in the Ornament of Realization it also says with the Bodhisattvas who abide in the tenth bhumi, therefore the view of the Acharya is also that they abide in the tenth bhumi, and the Sherdrön and Drakchar are also like this. In the Nyi Nang and the Pramanavarttika, there is only the saying "the Bodhisattvas who abide on the great earth", but in the Dagden it says that those who have attained the Bodhisattva fruit fully enjoy it, therefore it is fully enjoyed, which is consistent with the former. The noble Chandrakirti also said that it is in accordance with this retinue, and where to attain Buddhahood, etc., he said: The Rupakaya of the Buddhas, with good signs and characteristics, radiant, appears to beings in various forms, and accepts according to their wishes. What arises from the accumulation of immeasurable merit is the son of the Victor. Those who abide in the tenth bhumi see such a body. This is the conduct of the Bodhisattvas from the complete enjoyment of the Dharma. For the mind that abides in the nature of the Dharma, it is called Buddha. In the Akaniṣṭha palace, it is thought that it can be directly seen. The Rupakaya of the non-conceptual Buddha truly appears. The Nirmanakaya shows enlightenment on the earth. This is what is said in the Seventy Verses on Refuge. The second is the second part of explaining the Sambhogakaya, which is the vastness of merit.

The explained chapter is delightful, first explaining in detail the differences between the thirty-two major marks and the eighty minor marks. The second part has two points: the difference between the major and minor marks, and the major and minor marks themselves. The first point is: what is the difference between the two, the major and minor marks? That which symbolizes the great person is called a "mark," and that which makes others understand is called a "minor mark." Their meaning is that they generate love for the Buddha's body in others. Furthermore, since the thirty-two marks are the main ones, it is explained that each one arises from the cause of the six perfections. For example, the white hair between the eyebrows, its color is white, it coils to the right, it is spread out and not oppressed, it exists for a long time, it is very coiled and exists well, and the light pervades infinitely, these are said to be the fruits of those six in order. For details, see the Bhadrakalpika Sutra. The eighty minor marks are retinues, so they are not explained in that way, because the main ones are summarized. So, how are the main and retinue established? The six minor marks of the fingers and nails are retinues of long fingers. The seven, the full head and six hairs, are of the ushnisha and the hair coiling to the right. The eight, two foreheads, four eyebrows, and two noses, are of the white hair between the eyebrows. The five, four eyes and eyelashes, are of the eyes being dark blue like the utpala flower and the eyelashes being like those of a cow. Seeing purely without obstruction is called the eyes smiling beautifully. The two ears are retinues of the cheeks being like a lion's. The thirteen, two faces, three tongues, three voices, and five teeth, are of the wide tongue, the Brahma voice, the four marks of the teeth, and knowing the best of tasting flavors, how they should be appropriately combined. The eight, two veins, invisible ankles, young body with good color, soft hands, and three hand lines, are retinues of soft hands and feet with young flesh and invisible ankles. Flat feet are retinues of the turtle's belly. The eight, seven gaits and even steps, are retinues of connected fingers with webs and wide heels. The eighteen, from the body being round and lustrous to pure, and wide limbs, from the body not shrinking to being tight, and distinct limbs, from the waist being slender to swaying, and from being pleasing to look at from all sides to being without moles, are the body being tall and straight, seven places being full, the color being like gold, the skin being thin, and the shoulders being round.
