Thus, conventional truth is divided into two types: true and false. Similarly, ultimate truth is divided into two types: non-conceptual ultimate truth, which is free from all elaborations, and conceptual ultimate truth, which only negates some elaborations. As it says in the same text: "The negation of birth and so on, because it accords with reality, I consider it to be ultimate truth." This refers to objects inferred through reasoning based on signs such as being free from one or many, and because it does not transcend the fabrication of concepts, it is a nominal ultimate truth. Alternatively, the appearances of great beings in their post-meditation are true, while the self-appearances of hearers, solitary realizers, and those who only see partial truths are false conventional truths. This is because they appear as grasper and grasped, and because of the presence or absence of clinging to those appearances. If it is said in this way, it would accord with the view of this teacher. Thus, this brief overview is written according to the views of teachers such as this one, who are proponents of the Svātantrika school, and the tenets of the Prāsaṅgika school have not been written in detail for now, as it is feared that the text would become too lengthy. Fifth, where does one practice? One practices in the practice of generosity and so on, that is, in cultivating generosity and so on. The reason is: if that object exists, then those three must also exist. As it says: one practices in the emptiness of form, and in whatever way, the mind does not turn into two, one practices in that way. Thus, it is also said in generosity and so on, so generosity and so on, as well as the giver and the receiver, are all said to be viewed as not separate, hence the word "and so on." Sixth, where does one practice? One practices in the Saṃgha Jewel, which possesses the distinction of the wisdom that realizes suchness, and which causes the Buddha to generate joy in the minds of those to be tamed. The reason is: as it says, because of realizing the true meaning, therefore it is called Buddha. Thus, in the question and answer about the meaning of the word Buddha, it is said that if there is a Buddha who realizes, then there must also be something that is realized, but it is said that there is no object to be realized, hence the word "and so on." Seventh, where does one practice? One practices in the Dharma Jewel of cessation and path. The reason is: if that object exists, then the meaning of cessation and path must also exist, but it is said: Bodhi is only a name and a sign, therefore it is called Bodhi. Thus, it is said that the cessation of Bodhi, which is free from defilements, and the path that it represents, are only nominally established, hence the word "and so on." Eighth, where does one practice? One practices in the Saṃgha Jewel of the Bodhisattva Saṃgha who practices the Prajñāpāramitā. The reason is: if that object exists, then form

If these must be seen as increase and decrease, etc., then, Subhuti, the Bodhi practiced in the Great Mother of the Buddhas is not abiding closely in the manner of focusing on making any Dharma become an accumulation, or decreasing, or declining, or increasing, or arising, or ceasing, or completely afflicted, or completely purified, therefore, it is prohibited to focus on the aggregates of form, etc., because it is said not to be seen, so on and so forth. Ninth, for whom? For those who are skilled in the methods of not declining mind, etc. The root says "with method," which shows the object of the object. The reason is, if there is skillful means, then one must focus on giving, etc., then, because he has the attention corresponding to omniscience, therefore, even for giving, it will not become the perception of giving, even for receiving, it will not become the perception of receiving, even for giving, it will not become the perception of giving, therefore, it is said that one does not focus on the three wheels for giving, etc., so on and so forth. The difference between this and the fifth is that the absence of an object and the presence of an object do not focus on it. This is not contradictory, because not focusing on giving, etc., itself is the absence of attachment to the three wheels, therefore, accomplishing giving, etc., through this way is skillful means, because it has not been admitted that attachment to the three wheels is skillful means, nor has it been admitted that attachment to the three wheels is skillful means. Both of these debates are answered through the conventional door. Tenth, for whom? For the realization of the Tathagata. The reason is, if that object exists, then the realization of the four possibilities must exist, then, because it is said that the realization of the four extremes, which is the nature of real and unreal, both and neither, is the realization that can overcome, so on and so forth. Thus, because there is no real, it will not realize it, because real will not realize it, because real will not realize that it does not exist, because non-real will not realize real. World Honored One, why does obtaining non-existence and not realizing non-existence not become one? This is the reason for the doubt up to there, and from then on it is the nature of the doubt. The answer to this is that it is not in such a way that the four aspects of realization of existence and non-existence are realized. That is to say, knowing to be free from the four extremes.
