This place briefly explains the supreme principle of all dharmas, and because these dharmas do not aim at samsara, it is called the Mother. Thus it is said. It is spoken to those who have not recognized the path of all four sons of enlightenment. Regarding form, etc., and its nature, suchness, etc., equally possessing the same as the ultimate reality, etc., that is, not possessing one, that is, in a different entity, it is because the nature of knowable form, etc., and its suchness have not been fully understood as they are. This mother is not possessed or not possessed by any dharma, or can be spoken or cannot be spoken, or is obstructive or unobstructed. Thus it is said. This is the object of not establishing truth. Regarding what is not the same as other paths and is not common, it is because the nature of demons, etc., and the vehicles of heretics and hearers and solitary realizers, etc., has not been recognized as obstructing the profound path. This mother is not cut off or taken away by demons or gods of the demon class, from the vehicle of hearers and solitary realizers to other heretics, and evil friends. Thus it is said. Regarding the four truths of suffering, etc., it is because of not understanding freedom from elaboration, and grasping the words of impermanence, etc., as they are, and also grasping the meaning in the same way. One should practice the meaning of impermanence by examining the profound meaning of the Great Mother of Enlightenment, and in the same way, one should also practice the meaning of suffering, selflessness, and knowing suffering, this is the object of establishing truth. Regarding the nature of afflictions, it is because the nature of desire, etc., has not been fully understood as merely temporary, arising from the perversion of adding to what is not true. One should not think of desire, hatred, and ignorance as my meaning or non-meaning. Thus it is said. Regarding the non-establishment of the duality of grasping form, it is because the nature of grasping form has not been fully understood as merely conceptually imputed. Can one obtain the non-dual dharma? The Blessed One taught: No. Thus it is said. The second is, as mentioned earlier at the peak of vision, it is also because the nine realms are imputed as sentient beings, and the reasons for establishing them there are gathered, so grasping the self of the imputed on them is confusion on the imputed. This also has two as before. The third is, in meditation

As stated before, such as "Ma." Third, since it directly shows that the four types of meditative abandonment, which are the opposing aspects of the peak of the path of meditation, should be abandoned, it should be understood that due to the difference of what is to be abandoned, the antidote meditative peaks are also divided into four types. The third is the third part of explaining the union of the peak of the path of meditation, which is the explanation of the qualities of reliance. The third part has three points. The first point is that, as shown earlier in the peak of seeing, only at the same time as abandoning the one hundred and eight kinds of manifest causes of the conceptual thoughts of meditative abandonment, by the power of abandoning the one hundred and eight kinds of latent tendencies of afflictions gathered by those conceptual thoughts, all kinds of the complete qualities of the three vehicles rely on the bodhisattva's dwelling on the path of meditation. This is what is said through the two intervening words. The second point is that the two lines of "fruit" explain what is relied upon, the two lines of "all aspects" and so on explain what is relied upon, and "ocean" explains its metaphor. The first line explains the reason for being able to rely, and the second line explains the metaphor of the reason. For example, if someone wants to grow a seedling, if that person does not observe the root of the seedling, does not observe the branches, trunk, leaves, flowers, and fruits, but grows the trunk of the seedling and waters it from time to time, then that trunk will gradually become lush with branches. Similarly, combining the leaves, flowers, and fruits, just like using the soil, flowers, and fruits of the seedling, the great bodhisattvas also truly enter into unsurpassed perfect enlightenment for the sake of sentient beings. They gradually practice the six perfections and attain omniscience, and they, like leaves, flowers, and fruits, enable all sentient beings to be close and survive. It is said so. Among them, the leaves are to liberate sentient beings from the evil realms, the flowers are to be reborn as gods and humans, and the fruits are to obtain the five fruits and omniscience, as stated in the sutra. Third, as a reliance. On what does it rely? It relies on the place adorned by those who dwell on the bodhisattva's path of meditation and have attained the perfection of the excellent fruit. Where is the fruit? In the Prajna Lamp Treatise, it says, "The fruit of the excellent completion of the path of meditation is truly adorned," which is the great of the great path of meditation.
