It is the support. If asked, "What must be done to become the support of sentient beings?" The answer is: Although it is said that all dharmas, such as generating the mind of enlightenment, are primarily under the power of omniscience, all dharmas are primarily under the power of omniscience, showing that they do not go beyond its state. In terms of the meaning of closely proving it, it is the last. All dharmas are those that have the state of form, and they do not go beyond that state. From "All dharmas are those that have the state of complete enlightenment, and they do not go beyond that state," and so on. Shantipa said that the last is the action of benefiting sentient beings. The so-called "action" refers to obtaining the fruit, which is doing this very thing. In this way, among the eighteen "les" (translator's note: Tibetan transliteration, specific meaning unclear), the first two are those of the Bodhisattva, and the remaining nine are actions that come from the Buddha. However, the ultimate Buddha and the eleven temporary actions are also possessed by the Bodhisattva. The fourth is the fourth that is extensively explained from the perspective of classification, which is the chapter that discusses the sixteen aspects of self-nature. The fourth has three parts. The first part is: With the eleven aspects of action, it is known that one is able to generate the perfection of benefiting others, so what is the self-nature of these combinations? The three intermediate verses explain the characteristics of self-nature. The second part is: The nine verses explain the meaning of each self-nature, and the last three verses summarize the meaning and show the manner of expression. The so-called "end of the sixth verse" refers to the end of the later twelve in the commentary. Please understand it in this way. Where is it? In the fourth characteristic, which is the characteristic of self-nature. Where is it? In the sixteen that are separated from afflictions, and so on. The reason is: With the essence of the sixteen self-natures of combination, the three self-natures of combination are expressible, because they express the expresser or example that has other meanings. When determining that the three self-natures of combination are like this from the perspective of self-nature four, five, and seven, the thing to be determined appears in the mind like a characteristic that has other meanings. In other translations, there is also the saying "because it expresses like an example," which is because the Tibetan words for the expresser and it (referring to the example) are the same. Just like "rain of fame," it is said that these two are merely nominally established, but this is not the intended meaning. The third part is: The fourth characteristic is considered to be the characteristic of self-nature. Where is it? Like in the root verses. The reason is
