Furthermore, depending on the realm of the foundational consciousness, the Tathāgata (Sanskrit: Tathāgata, Sanskrit Romanization: Tathāgata, Literal Chinese meaning: Thus Come One) speaks of the beginning of all and the end of all. Knowing that the powers of the Tathāgata arise from the union-mother of the foundational consciousness, namely: This profound mother gives rise to the ten powers of the Tathāgata. Thus it is said. Knowing that the world of the five aggregates is inherently without constant momentary destruction, namely: The mother does not show that these five aggregates are destroyed, nor does she extremely show destruction. Thus it is said. Knowing the conduct of the minds of all sentient beings, namely, the eighty-four thousand or countless thoughts, in the nature of the non-elaborate Dharmadhatu, knowing them as immeasurable, etc., namely: The Tathāgata knows the immeasurable, countless, and unmeasurable minds and conducts of sentient beings, and also knows them by relying on this mother. Thus it is said. By abiding equally in suchness, the mind is held, and it is inherently indestructible, but it is destroyed in name; not abiding equally in it, the mind looks outward or is distracted, although it is outwardly distracted in name, it is inherently not distracted, knowing this, namely: The Tathāgata knows the minds of those sentient beings, held and distracted, as they truly are according to the nature of reality. Thus it is said. That mind, held and distracted, if it is real, is without destruction, or because the abandonment of cultivation is extinguished, it is free from attachment, and because all the contaminated aggregates are extinguished, it is extinguished, and because the abandonment of seeing is extinguished, the abandonment of abandonment, knowing the part of the unconditioned, knowing the aspect of inexhaustibility, namely: The Tathāgata knows the minds of those sentient beings, solitary and free from attachment, and the aspects of extinction and abandonment, as they truly are. Thus it is said. The mind of an ordinary being is with attachment, and with hatred and delusion, knowing them as the nature of non-elaboration, namely: The Tathāgata knows that the mind of those sentient beings with attachment is called the mind with attachment, as it truly is. Thus it is said. The minds of the noble ones, included by the word "etc." in the root, who are free from attachment, hatred, and delusion, knowing them as non-elaborate, namely: This

He fully knows, as it actually is, that a mind free from desire is called a mind free from desire. Thus it is said. Knowing the vast mind by the very nature of the realm of Dharma, the Thus-Gone One, relying on this profound mother, fully knows, as it actually is, that the vast mind of sentient beings on the other shore and individuals on the other shore is called a vast mind. Thus it is said. Here, from one to fourteen, the two, sentient beings and individuals, are spoken of, which are divided by the worldly and the transcendent. The way of quoting the sutras of these two is also applied in the same way to the following. Because of pervasiveness, the meaning of great mind or becoming a great mind is the same, that is, Knowing that all minds are selfless in the ultimate sense, and in the conventional sense, they are equally the basis for obtaining qualities with the nature of illusion, the Thus-Gone One, relying on this mother, as before, fully knows that it has become a great mind. Thus it is said. Because the basis of entry is not fixed separately, it cannot be measured by number and measure, so knowing the immeasurable mind in this way, the Thus-Gone One, relying on this mother, as before, fully knows that it is an immeasurable mind. Thus it is said. Because there is no metaphor, or because of the emptiness of its own nature, knowing the consciousness or mind that cannot be indicated in this way, the Thus-Gone One, relying on this mother, as before, fully knows that it is an unindicatable mind. Thus it is said. Because there is no self-nature, or because it is not visible to the five eyes of the Thus-Gone One, knowing the invisible mind in this way, the Thus-Gone One, relying on this mother, as before, fully knows that it is an invisible mind. Thus it is said. These two are spoken from the perspective of not observing the grasper and the grasped. Knowing or mind, because of shaking, etc., the views of gathering, scattering, contracting, and the views of the oneness and difference of body and life, etc., depend on the five aggregates of illusion and are born, knowing that these are not established as they are clung to, the Thus-Gone One, relying on this mother, towards sentient beings on the other shore and individuals on the other
