Therefore, one feels discouraged, and without examining the beginning and the end, one develops a very quick understanding of the Prajnaparamita, and becomes arrogant because of it. These two are faults caused by pride, although it is said so, it is good like cutting off the root. The second is, the laughter of bodily transformation, which means being unrestrained, the body or related to the body, like a stage for teasing others, asking questions, etc., this is a bad state of the body, that is, its distraction. Being distracted in mind towards relatives and friends, relying on oneself and others, being mutually attached to objects of enjoyment, saying "I do not taste the flavor of this Prajnaparamita", standing up from the seat and leaving alone, this is a bad state of mind, that is, its distraction. Recitation generated by the non-rational three doors of the body, that is, explaining with these three. The non-rational three doors of the mind generate, etc., from holding to attention. Placing these in a bad state is because they are on the same side. The third aspect, divided into two points. The reason for falling away from the Mahayana is: not entering the Bodhisattva path without faults, not speaking prophecies, when there is no prophecy, thinking "I have not been prophesied". Not telling the city where one was born, etc., this is turning away from the Prajnaparamita, that is, not believing and holding it as a reason for abandoning. This is the real reason for abandoning the Dharma. The following six aspects, abandoning the Prajnaparamita and entering the inferior Sravakayana, there is no other difference except distinguishing them from the opposite perspective. Just like abandoning the root of a tree and looking for branches, etc., that is impossible to succeed. Similarly, abandoning the Prajnaparamita, which is like the root of worldly and transworldly qualities, and entering the inferior Sravakayana, which is like branches, etc., is attachment to the Prajnaparamita as the cause of omniscience, that is, paying special attention and falling away. Just like a dog abandoning a generous benefactor who can bring much good, and begging from a servant who cannot bring or can only bring a small amount of bad, abandoning the Prajnaparamita, which is the root of all the Buddhadharma of the Tathagatas, and entering the inferior Sravakayana, is falling away from experiencing the rich taste, the bliss of the supreme fruit. The former is falling away from the cause, and the latter is the opposite of falling away from the fruit. Just like when an elephant is found, one does not know its characteristics, but looks for its characteristics from its footprints, not receiving the Mahayana from the Prajnaparamita, but receiving it from the inferior Sravakayana.

The way to seek is: Because it is impossible to obtain that from it, in any case, one will fall away from the supreme Mahayana, starting from the opposite of falling away from both cause and effect. Some people want to obtain jewels, and after seeing the ocean, they think it is the same as the water in a hoofprint, and they are satisfied with that, and they do not enter the ocean, just like that, because they do not obtain what they want from the jewels, falling away will occur. If one thinks that the Mother Buddha is the same as the inferior group, and is satisfied with that, and does not enter the Mother Buddha, then it is impossible to obtain the meaning one wants from it, which is omniscience, so one will always fall away from the omniscience one wants to obtain, and adding the word "says" at the end of each one, this is the first ten. Just like a mason or carpenter who wants to build a magnificent palace that is the same size as the sun and moon wheels, one will fall away from the connection between the cause and effect of omniscience, that is, the two are consistent with each other. Seeing a small kingdom of a place or castle, one also thinks that the wheel-turning king is like this. After finding sixty days of coarse rice, one abandons food with a hundred flavors. After finding a priceless jewel, one thinks it is the same as a low-value jewel, just like that, abandoning the Mother Buddha and seeking omniscience from the inferior group, this is falling away from the unsurpassed Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Nirmanakaya, the first two of the six fallings away are pursuing the fruit of the Hinayana, and then, the first and third are pursuing the Mahayana and omniscience in order, but they do not understand that those are the meaning of this place, and that the only one is its cause. Therefore, falling away from the first two causes and effects and the following causes and effects, without repetition, this is the meaning of the sutra. Second, the cause of distraction from the Mahayana is: clinging to many objects such as form and sound, giving rise to many kinds of courage of discrimination. Merely copying letters is clinging to the Mother Buddha, merely being without things is clinging to the Mother Buddha, merely finishing writing letters is clinging to the Mother Buddha, here the difference between letters and copying letters is whether or not they are finished writing. Merely being without letters is clinging to the Mother Buddha. And places such as common joy, or places such as Malaya, and so on, such as villages such as one household, cities with eighteen kinds of craft differences, towns with many merchants, and places where the four castes reside.
