Because the agent is emptiness, the other's things are emptiness. If it is said that the actions of a person relying on emptiness are merely in vain, how is this correct? The so-called agent being empty is not the way of emptiness here, but the reason for establishing the name "other's self-nature emptiness" because it is empty in its own nature. Otherwise, this would become non-self-empty. The last sentence indicates that if emptiness is done by others, then oneself would only be in vain, because that is something no one can do. Regarding this meaning, the Prajñāpradīpa says: "In all places, by the emptiness of one's own dharma, it is self-nature emptiness; by the emptiness of the self-nature of other dharmas, it is the other's self-nature emptiness." This explanation is inconsistent with the sutras and commentaries. In the Destruction of the Three Harms, the power of the non-things of the sixteen emptinesses indicates both non-things and the emptiness of things, and the power of things of "self-nature" indicates the twentieth and nineteenth, and then explains the last four as the emptiness of the self-nature of non-things. Thus, the determination of twenty wisdoms is because there are twenty object emptinesses. The determination on the object is because it depends on the thought of the trainees approaching the retinue, and not on dwelling on things. The twenty emptinesses are taught in order to cut off the manifest clinging to the twenty dharmas, in order to show that that object and that object are without self-nature, and for the difference of the dharmas, there is clinging to both more and less than that. The second part has two: the general meaning and the branch meaning. The first part has three: the nature of the basis of distinction, the establishment of the characteristics of distinction, and the definition of the ground possessing that distinction. The first part has two: the nature of reality and the distinction. The first part is: the realization of the learner, which is possessed by the wisdom and great compassion that transcend the world, and which becomes the basis of qualities, is the nature of the ground in this case. The second part is: the basis of distinction is only the ground of the noble bodhisattvas. There are ten distinctions. The separated distinctions are distinctions of things, because they are earlier and later cause and effect. The number is fixed because there are ten different complete purifications. In the Ornament of Light it says: On the path of seeing and meditation, the dharma of complete purification

It is established in the ten grounds, such as the Joyful One, by way of classification. Thus it is said. That is in terms of the special, while for the ordinary, there is also the ground of faith and aspiration. The second has seven: namely, the greater share, the mundane qualities, the manner of taking birth, the realization of the antidote, the aspects that are incompatible with what is to be abandoned, the signs of attaining the ground, and the distinctions of the fruit. The first is: for each of the ten grounds, the ten perfections in sequence having a greater share is special, and accomplishing all of them in each of those is not special. The Madhyāntavibhāga states: "The special and the non-special, should be known in the ten grounds." This is the way to train in the perfections. Furthermore, the Ornament for the Sutras states: "Having thoroughly understood the nature of reality here, one trains in higher ethics, higher mind, and higher wisdom. Wisdom has two spheres of activity: the suchness of phenomena and that which is ignorance, knowledge, etc., are the very entry." This shows the way to train in the first six grounds. Here, as in the first ground, having realized the nature of reality, in the second one trains in ethics, in the third in samādhi, and then in these three grounds one trains in wisdom. Moreover, in the fourth is the wisdom that is skilled in favorable factors, and in the fifth and sixth are the two spheres of activity of wisdom, namely the suchness of phenomena, the four truths, and that which is ignorance, etc., are in sequence ignorance and knowledge, etc., that is, dependent origination in accordance with and not in accordance with the order. Therefore, wisdom is also established in the second ground. In the remaining four grounds, the way in which the fruit of training in those three is accomplished is also stated in that very text: "Abiding in the signless with conceptualization is the first fruit. That itself, manifestly without conceptualization, and the fields are completely purified, is considered the second fruit. The accomplishment of the maturation of beings, and the accomplishment of samādhi and dhāraṇīs, is the supreme fruit. These four kinds of fruits, truly rely on the four grounds." This is the way to train in the antidotal qualities. Furthermore, that very text states: "Having thoroughly understood the nature of reality here, one purifies the aggregate of ethics, below that one purifies concentration, and one purifies the aggregate of wisdom. For those other than that, the four obscurations and the obstructive, from liberation from the obscurations, and one purifies the wisdom of liberation." Like the basis of the aggregates in the first ground.
