The first of the three is calm abiding: The great Bodhisattva puts on great armor and goes to the world of the eastern direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River. Just as I abide in the perfection of generosity, so too, in those worlds, all the sentient beings who dwell there are also encouraged to abide in the perfection of generosity. So it is said. The second, higher seeing: For example, a magician or a skilled disciple of a magician sits at the crossroads of a great road. In front of a crowd of many people, he manifests a crowd of many people and thinks, "I shall place these immeasurable and countless sentient beings in the six perfections, up to all-knowing." Subhuti, what do you think? Has the magician or the disciple of the magician ever placed any sentient being in the six perfections, up to all-knowing? "No, Blessed One." Having made this analogy, just so, the great Bodhisattva thinks, "I shall place sentient beings in the six perfections up to all-knowing," but he does not generate this thought for the sake of any sentient being. So it is said. The third, calm abiding and higher seeing, are a pair, and the connection between the two, that is, the path of entering together, is: "Blessed One, form is neither bound nor liberated. Feeling, perception, mental formations, and consciousness are neither bound nor liberated." So it is said. Therefore, the sons of the Victorious One, with the wisdom of realizing that samsara is empty of inherent existence, are not bound to existence, and with compassion taking on the burden of benefiting others, they do not become liberated by abandoning the door of existence. Therefore, these sutras show the meaning of union. Furthermore, from the "Sunlight Sutra": "The compassion of the Bodhisattva delights in existence; with wisdom, he abides there, and his mind is not followed by desire. The mind is bound by mindfulness, and does not enter outward; with the whip of discrimination, he causes touch to obtain a comfortable dwelling place. Relying on the complete calculation of birth, some will enter into nirvana, and relying on the goodness of the world, some desire to wander in samsara." Thus, the first verse with compassion...

And also, the place is not bound by its faults because of wisdom, secondly, it is not distracted by calm abiding, and desires are fulfilled by the encouragement of insight, and thirdly, it shows the reason for accepting and not accepting peace. Thus, these ten are spoken from the point of view of showing the reason for the sound of putting on armor. Putting on armor is also knowing that there is actually no armor to put on, and carrying the burden of liberating sentient beings in name. Fourth, the skillful means of gathering without being equally placed is: Rabyor, the six perfections are the great vehicle of the great Bodhisattva. And so on. This is to practice the six perfections with omniscient attention, and also to do it together with sentient beings in a non-objective way, and dedicate it to complete enlightenment, so it is said to be not equally placed. Third, in terms of view and practice, the wisdom gathered by view among the two accumulations will be explained, and the merit gathered by practice is: Among them, what is the samadhi called courageous going? A: The samadhi that practices the practice of all samadhis, this is the samadhi called courageous going. And so on. Like the sky, without attachment, it is liberated, and among the untainted samadhis, one hundred and one are the accumulation of merit, because it is the cause of generating much merit, because it is the basis for the three minds of self-dedication to reach the ultimate. Fourth, in terms of accomplishing the fruit and holding the object, among the two accumulations, what is gathered by accomplishing the fruit is: The great vehicle of the great Bodhisattva is like this, namely the four mindfulnesses. And so on. Here, seventeen great vehicles are shown, namely seven groups from mindfulness to the branch of the noble path, three doors of liberation, eleven consciousnesses, three powers, three samadhis, ten recollections, five equanimities, power, fearlessness, separate knowledge, and the unmixed great vehicle. The previous six perfections, emptiness, samadhi, and the great vehicle of the Dharani to be explained, a total of twenty-one were taught. Fifth, what is gathered by holding the object is the Dharani that holds the meaning of the Dharma with memory and wisdom: A (Tibetan, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: A) is called the Dharma of all because it is unborn from the beginning.
