It revolves in accordance with the nature of the Dharma of omniscience. Moreover, it revolves in accordance with others, and those also revolve in accordance with others. Therefore, it is called a wheel because of the meaning of revolving in accordance by transmitting from one to another. Since it is the nature of the Dharma such as the correct view, it is like saying the wheel of Dharma. Third, if we differentiate the Dharma of realization, it is said in the Commentary: Some wheels of Dharma are the path of accumulation, some are the path of preparation, and some are the interval of the path of no obstruction. However, although the path of no learning is not mentioned here, it should be accepted, because when establishing the self-system of the Abhidharmakosha, it is said: Or all the noble paths are also the wheel of Dharma because they enter the continuum of those to be tamed. And also in the Basic Collection, it is said: Because the path of no learning is taught as the wheel of Dharma. If we differentiate the Dharma of scripture, as it is said: Sutra, Geya, and Vyakarana, Gatha, Udana, and Nidana, Itivrttaka, Jataka, and Vaipulya, Adbhutadharma, and Avadana, Thus, twelve branches are spoken. Thus, there are twelve parts of scripture. If summarized, it becomes the three pitakas, that is, the Sutra Pitaka, and the five, Geya, Vyakarana, Gatha, and Udana, are the Sravaka's Sutra Pitaka, mainly the Nidana Pitaka, and the four, Family Nidana, Itivrttaka, and Jataka Pitaka, are the Vinaya Pitaka, the Adbhutadharma and Vaipulya Pitakas are the Bodhisattva's Sutra Pitaka, and the established Pitaka is the Abhidharma Pitaka of both the Great and Small Vehicles. This is the system of the compilation, but in the Basic Collection, the Vaipulya Pitaka is the Mahayana Pitaka, and the others are the Pitakas corresponding to the Sravakas, and it is said that both are the Sutra Pitaka, which is inconsistent with the basis of what is said and the way of what is said. In any Sutra, if it is said that there are nine parts of scripture, then the commentary on the Lankavatara Sutra says that the main family of the Nidana Pitaka is counted as one. Fourth, if asked how much is the measure of each Dharma skandha? Some say:

It is the extent of the treatise called 'Dharma Skandha' composed by Shariputra, which is six thousand shlokas. Some are stories based on skandhas, dhatus, ayatanas, truths, dependent origination, etc., and some consider it to be the completion of the antidote for each object to be abandoned. As it says in the Abhidharmakosha, 'Some say it is the extent of the treatise, skandhas etc. are also just a story, for the antidote of various behaviors, it is said that the Dharma Skandha is appropriate.' That's how it is. However, here there are two systems, the common vehicle and the uncommon vehicle. If we consider the first, each Dharma Skandha has one thousand shlokas, and in total there are eight million four hundred thousand verses. This is the system of the Abhidharmasamuccaya commentary. If we consider the second, the ink that is worthy of being honored by the great elephant Rabbratan can write one Dharma Skandha. If doing so is to repay kindness, then the scriptures that are worthy of being honored by five thousand elephants, as said by Arya Devadatta, should be recited, which is also reasonable. If there are so many Dharma Skandhas, why are there not so many in Jambudvipa (Earth)? Because most of them are in other realms and in the places of the nagas. As it says in the Suhrllekha, 'The precious doctrine is like a supreme medicine, the pure principle is the ornament of the naga's head, the great beings respectfully regard it as the crown ornament, and eliminate the darkness that dwells in the depths of the earth.' As the words clearly explain. Here, in the commentary, it is incorrect to say that each verse has thirty-three letters, it should be changed to thirty-two, otherwise the syllables of the sentence will be unbalanced. Those who are skilled in explaining twenty-eight letters as one shloka do not mean this. The reason for the fourth is: if the knowledge of how it is and how many there are comes first, then one can turn the wheel of Dharma in accordance with the faculties, thoughts, and latent tendencies of the beings to be tamed. If it does not come first, then this will be reversed, therefore all the wheels of Dharma that are turned are established as the fruit of omniscience. The second point is: if the three knowledges and the four individuals are considered as mother and son, then their times will be inconsistent, because they are cause and effect.
