Otherwise, it would be a fault of not having realization. Therefore, in the 'Lamp Summarizing the Meaning,' it says, 'Manifest cognition is the order of the stream of consciousness; the eight topics are the objects to be expressed; the occasion is the expression, as stated by Shantipa.' Although there is no clear explanation in Shantipa's treatises, it should be accepted as such. The third has two parts: stating the position and showing its reasons. The first has three parts: the nihilists, those who follow Vasubandhu, and other systems. The first is: In the 'Nihilists' of the Three Mother Prajnas, it says, 'What is called Prajnaparamita, in the ultimate sense, is because it has gone beyond aspiration, diligence, afflictions, karma, suffering, samsara, conceptual thought, qualities, objects of knowledge, and these nine aspects. Therefore, the non-conceptual wisdom that transcends the world, gathered by the vajra-like samadhi, is called Prajnaparamita.' Then, what is obtained after that, the wisdom with and without conceptual thought, like a mirror, equality, individual discriminating wisdom, and the wisdom of accomplishing activities, are also called Prajnaparamita because they arise from that cause, so the result is designated as the cause. Furthermore, the wisdom of Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and Arhats are the results of Prajnaparamita, and the treatises are the causes of Prajnaparamita, so they are designated by the names of cause and result. All the realizations of Bodhisattvas from aspiration to the cloud of Dharma are also said to be merely designated by the name of Prajnaparamita. In the 'Nihilists' of the Hundred Thousand Verses, it is also explained in the same way. In the 'Manual of Practice,' it is also explained in accordance with the two 'Nihilists.' Here, the former ones, mistaking the vajra-like samadhi for Prajnaparamita, explain it as the ultimate wisdom of the actual continuum of Prajnaparamita, which is not the intention. Because after explaining the actual and designated Prajnaparamita, in the two 'Nihilists' and the 'Manual of Practice,' it says, 'Thus, these expressions called Prajnaparamita, from these statements, here it refers to the non-conceptual wisdom that transcends the world, belonging to the Buddha's state, which is called Prajnaparamita.'

Especially in the latter, it is said that the wisdom of the Tathagatas, perfectly gathered by the non-conceptual, diamond-like samadhi that transcends the world, is called Prajnaparamita. In other chapters on subduing harm, the wisdom of Vajra Samadhi and Sarvajnana is also discussed. Because the realization below the tenth bhumi is said to be imputed. Therefore, the intention here is that when explaining emptiness, because the Buddha's Vajra Samadhi does not focus on any object, on the Buddha's level, the Samadhi of meditative equipoise is non-manifesting, and the subsequent attainment is manifesting. Among these two, the four wisdoms of the latter, conceptual and non-conceptual, are imputed Prajnaparamita, while the former is considered to be the nature. The second view is that in the Ornament of Realization, it is said that the non-dual wisdom of the Buddha Bhagavan, like illusion, is real. Because of attaining it and being in accordance with it, the scriptures of words and collections of speech, as well as the paths with characteristics such as the path of seeing, are also called Prajnaparamita, which is imputed. Moreover, the venerable face of Acharya Dignaga also said: 'Wisdom gone beyond is non-dual, that wisdom is the Tathagata, because it possesses the meaning to be attained, therefore the scriptures and paths have that name.' In the Clear Words, among the two, the nature and the Prajnaparamita that depends on it, the first is the Dharmata of all dharmas, which cannot be said to be the same or different from the Dharmata of dharmas. The sutra says: 'Prajnaparamita is not a letter, because there is no one to indicate, hear, or understand it.' If one does not understand this, how can wisdom become gone beyond? Therefore, establishing the particularly excellent virtuous mental factors as Prajnaparamita is also due to the power of understanding it. The second is that if the heart, which is the basis, is absent, then the mind that relies on it cannot abide; if there is no mind, then the body, including the senses, cannot abide, just as the heart is very precious; similarly, if there is no suchness, then non-conceptual wisdom cannot arise relying on any object; if there is no suchness, then the paths and scriptures that are practiced to attain it will also cease to exist. Therefore, these three also depend on the nature. Among these, non-conceptual wisdom is
