The body of the Prajñāpāramitā Mother is categorized and explained in fifteen verses. How is it categorized? The first two verses are in the manner of a sūtra, and the remaining thirteen verses are explained in an extensive manner. The necessity of doing so is: to facilitate teaching and listening. Just as a horse that has been shown the racetrack runs without hesitation, so that the disciples who listen can easily understand the main points of the extensive explanation without confusion; and just as a horse trainer who sees the racetrack can skillfully control the horse, so that the meaning of the treatises is categorized in the extensive explanation, without confusion or disorder, so that the teacher can easily teach, this is a compassionate observation. Moreover, there are also the previous necessities. Here, there are three categories of the body: the definition of the body, the classification, and the etymology. The first is: the collection of many limbs. As it is said: "Collection, body, and gathering are different names." The second is: In the explanation of the Ratnagotravibhāga, it says: "The body of classification is twofold, namely sound and meaning." Therefore, the fifteen verses are the expresser, and the eight objects or seventy meanings are the expressed body. The third is: because it is established by its own nature, accumulated, pervades the limbs, and serves as its basis, it is the body. The second part is divided into two: briefly explaining the body and explaining it in detail. The first part is divided into two: classifying the Mother from the perspective of number, and the way of distinguishing the classification by name. The first part is divided into three: explaining the meaning of the words, examining the differences between the three groups of eight objects, and explaining the real and nominal of the Prajñāpāramitā. The first is: In the offering and praise, how is the Prajñāpāramitā, which praises and pays homage to the object of praise, explained? The Prajñāpāramitā is explained in the way of dividing it into eight objects. What is the use of explaining it by dividing it into eight objects? Because the meaning of the Mother must be completely explained, and if it is explained in that way, it is correct, that is, it will be completely explained. If asked: What is completely explained in this sūtra? The answer is: The Prajñāpāramitā of the path and fruit is correct, that is, it is completely explained. Śāntipa explains: What is complete? It is the eight objects. Where is it complete? In the Prajñāpāramitā of the path and fruit, which is mainly based on the main text. With what is it complete? It is complete with the eight objects. How is it complete? Buddhajñāna says: The meanings of yathāvadbhāvitā and yāvadbhāvitā are all correctly explained.

Thus, the way to connect the first of the three is the view of both the Commentary and the Abhisamayalankara. Secondly, if this treatise completely explains the meaning of the Prajnaparamita Sutra, then one can ask: What does the "completely" explained in the Prajnaparamita Sutra explain? The answer is, if it is connected as "the treatise explains this," then there is a connection. Otherwise, if it is said that "the Sutra explains it in this way," it is difficult to relate to the topic. The second is: Then, are there differences in the three stages of object realization? On this, some people take "explained by eight objects" as a basis for error, and think that both the text and the meaning are eight objects. In the Meaning-Condensed Lamp, it says: There are four types of Abhisamaya, namely the three wisdoms and the Dharmakaya. Abhisamaya is the direct realization, and the four applications are the means of Abhisamaya. The noble Asanga thinks so. The texts of the Vimuktisena school think that there are four types of Abhisamaya, namely only the four applications, and the three wisdoms and the Dharmakaya are considered as the object and the result. The two views of Serlingpa and Shantipa think that there are also seven types of Abhisamaya nature, which are considered as the nature of Prajnaparamita, and the Dharmakaya is the result. Simhabhadra and Buddhasrijnana also think that all eight are Abhisamaya. Such explanations are not as they are, because the momentary application is only the realization of the noble one, which is very clear in the root text, and it must also be thought that the other three also have the Abhisamaya of the noble one, so how could the noble Asanga make a mistake? It is also not the view of the Vimuktisena school, in the Sunlight, it says: Because the order of the Sravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Buddhas, as they are, are realized by all-knowingness, path-knowingness, and all-aspect-knowingness, which includes all Abhisamaya. Moreover, because there is the saying "tending to Abhisamaya," it is not considered as merely realizing the general meaning, because it is too much for a moment. Therefore, the basis of the error here is: When the noble one listed the eight objects, the first three and the last one did not add the word "Abhisamaya," only the middle four were added. In the Complete Text, it is thought that the first seven are Abhisamaya, and the eighth is the result of Abhisamaya, so it should be said that way. This view is also unreasonable, if so, then all-aspect-knowingness is the same, and for the Buddha it is also
