It is also said that, like me, they wish, and that the two are also considered to be with or without, according to the order. The meaning of that is that although both agree that the nature of the three (name, sentence, text) is the same, one considers the three to be a continuous series of general sounds, so it is without; one considers the three to be the sound self-character of linguistic behavior, so it is included in form. Therefore, it cannot be determined that if it is a name, it is included in action; if it is a sentence, it is included in form. Like the son of a king, it is the same as propagation, but the difference is that the Abhidharma masters explain that the nature of the Buddha's words is considered to be both form and action. Of the two, the former is in accordance with the view of the Vaibhashika school, and the latter is in accordance with the view of the Sautrantika school. Both schools must consider that the nature of the Buddha's words is the three (name, sentence, text), and it is also said that the three, the Vaibhashika school considers to be existent and real, and the Sautrantika school considers to be the sound self-character. Both of those views consider that the treatises are material in nature, while the logicians consider them to be the general sound that actually expresses and the self-character sound that expresses attachment. Second, it is divided into two: the definitions of the Buddha's words and treatises. The first is: the two form bodies that appear as the speaker of the Dharma, and the twelve divisions of scriptures that appear as what he said, are merely established as other appearances of the beings to be tamed. Therefore, all the Buddha's words are also based on the illusory wisdom of the Buddha as the dominant condition, and the pure continuum of the beings to be tamed as the co-existent condition, so that the consciousness of the beings to be tamed appears as the image of that name, sentence, and letter. It is related to the continuum of the listener, but not related to the continuum of the Buddha. Otherwise, the Buddha would have the ignorance of the inner consciousness clinging to the external sound, so it would be impossible to eliminate all obstacles. The listener's consciousness also arises from the power of the Buddha, so it is established as made by him. For example, in a dream, the mantras and so on that are obtained by the power of the gods are consciousness obtained by the power of the gods, although it is one's own consciousness, it is also said to be made by the gods. As it is said in the Commentary on the Compendium on Valid Cognition: The collection of auditory consciousness that appears as single and combined sounds follows the image of the desired meaning. If that is the case, then how does the Bodhisattva explain it? Because the auditory consciousness is not what he said.

Therefore, it is called "Thus Come" because it arises from its power, just as one obtains scriptures and mantras in dreams due to the power of gods and so on. Also, in the Ornament of Realization, it says, "The teaching of the Buddha" refers to the fact that conceptualization clings to its own image as the nature of external objects and enters into it. If it is not that but clings to it, then if one's own nature is ignorant, it is impossible to abandon all obscurations. Therefore, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat who always abide in equanimity, through the power of the wisdom of the Perfection of Wisdom, manifest the appearance of their own wisdom to those who are fortunate, without mixing it up, and thus closeness arises. Therefore, following such realization, from them, the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are considered to teach. Therefore, since the knowledge of those to be tamed is itself the nature of appearing as sound, although the teaching is related to the listeners, it is said that the Buddhas teach the Dharma because it is born from the master of the wisdom of the Perfection of Wisdom. Therefore, just as it should be offered, the teachings that are now taught by the Dharma speakers are also transmitted from the Bhagavat. Therefore, it must be born from the Perfection of Wisdom, so it should be offered, that is the meaning. Similarly, in the commentary on the Twenty Verses and the commentary on the Completion of Tantras, it is also said that the knowledge that appears in the form of verses and single sentences or prose, or in the form of names, words, and letters, is itself the sacred word. The second point is that in the commentary on the Discrimination of the Middle and the Extremes, it says, "The consciousness that appears as a collection of names, words, and letters is the scripture." Or "The consciousness that appears as the distinction of sound that enables the attainment of transcendent wisdom is the scripture." There are two statements, the former is just the scripture, and the latter is the identification of the distinction. That is to say, for ordinary beings and the tenth-level Bodhisattvas, the appearance of both the one to be tamed and the two is regarded as scripture. For the tenth-level Bodhisattva, one's own knowledge appears as the Sambhogakaya, and the Buddha and names, words, etc. that appear as external objects are regarded as the words of the Thus Come One.
