What I have added lacks a valid reason, and there seem to be many contradictions between the preceding and the following, which can only be understood by the wise through careful examination. Here, I have not written it for fear of too many words. The previous teachers did not do so when summarizing the chapters, but rather examined the way of summarizing the five or eight or three Abhisamayas, seemingly examining the chapters in order to measure the number of objects of praise. However, this is the time to show that all Abhisamayas are included in the Three Wisdoms, and because the object of praise and prostration is not covered by the thirty dharmas. Therefore, I think this is slightly inconsistent with the intention of the Acharya. Regarding this, my own view is that considering that any Abhisamaya of the Three Vehicles is any one of the Three Wisdoms, it is said that the Three Wisdoms summarize the eight Abhisamayas. Because there is no Abhisamaya that is not included in these three. If you do not understand this principle and only cling to the fact that what is summarized and what can be summarized are different, then do not deviate from the meaning of the chapter. The second part is divided into two points: the entity and the reason for transforming into mother and son. The first point is: Homage! Here are two points: what is the object, and how is the method. The first point is: Homage to that mother. So what kind of mother is that? It is the Buddha, Shravakas, etc., as well as Pratyekabuddhas and Bodhisattvas, that is, those who are surrounded by the four sons, those mentioned earlier, who accomplish the meaning they desire, or who are merely accomplishers, are established as their mother. In this way, it is in accordance with what the Prajnaloka says: "Those who are surrounded by Shravakas, Bodhisattvas, and Buddhas, like this accomplisher, pay homage to their mother, Prajnaparamita." This commentary is in accordance with what the Pramanavarttika says: "The mother who has the retinue of Buddhas, Shravakas, and Bodhisattvas." The meaning of the root "having" or "possessing" is explained by the commentary as "surrounding," which is inconsistent with the statements of Shantipa and others mentioned in the root. Therefore, the place of having, the place of possessing, and the place of surrounding must be understood here as the mother. The meaning of surrounding is also because there is a distinction between the main and secondary for mother and son, so it is only considered in this way. Therefore, if it is said that "the main deity is the Buddha, and the retinue is surrounded by Shravakas and Bodhisattvas, etc.," and then arguing about whether there are Pratyekabuddhas in the retinue of the Buddha, it is a debate like a proposition, establishing it like a debate.

It is so. The second is, to praise the accomplishment of the intentions of the four sons. This has three parts: accomplishing the intentions of the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas through the basis of knowledge, the Bodhisattvas through the path of knowledge, and the Buddhas through omniscience. The first is: whatever is attained is connected to the mother of the Shravakas, because 'and' is a word that gathers the following. The same applies to the following two. According to Adu's view on this, there are three: the basis, the method, and the result, plus the reason for them, making four. The first is: In the Bodhisattva's collection, it says: 'The liberation of the Shravakas goes out with sound, the Pratyekabuddhas have the perception of conditions.' Thus, one must listen with sound, and the Shravakas who cause sentient beings to hear with sound, and those who are encouraged in the direction of the Shravakas, who teach and listen to the Dharma of attaining enlightenment merely by realizing the conditions of dependent origination, and the Pratyekabuddhas who do not rely on sound, that is, those who think of their own solitary peace and Nirvana, and those who desire to attain it. But it is not just the Shravakas. If asked, why is the Pratyekabuddha not shown in the root? Answer: Although it is not directly shown, it is indirectly shown by one of the order of the root words, that is, by the word showing the basis in the first root word. The reason for this is that at this time, the method of the basis of knowledge shows the attainment of the two fruits of the Lesser Vehicle, and the Pratyekabuddha must also rely on that method to attain that fruit. If it is combined with the Shravakas, is there no difference? Answer: There is a difference that is superior to the Shravakas. By what? By a slight liberation from abandoning the apprehended concept and realizing the unapprehended. Some say that the reason for encouraging the Shravakas is that the fruit and intention are the same. If it is thought that there is no difference between the two, then it is added that it is shown to be superior by the order of one vehicle, and the superior liberation is given as the reason for it. Others. If it is said that the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas are shown by the order of one vehicle, then if it is so, it will become only two vehicles. This is well said. Sentient beings of the Lesser Vehicle realize that the basis of knowledge thinks of their own benefit in the same order, so encouraging the Shravakas does not enter into the meaning of the words. The second is: Children with self and self
