Solitary realizers, constellations, stars, mani jewels, and the light of lightning have no abode, and so on. This refers to the wisdom of hearers and solitary realizers, symbolized by the light of constellations and the like, which is non-common and shines in the infinite world as the light of wisdom. Accomplishing the benefit of others in accordance with their capacity, the light of the gods of the four great kings' retinues has no abode and is invisible. Similarly, it is taught up to the Akanishtha heaven. This refers to the cause of the world's goodness becoming more and more excellent, similar to the order of the heavenly abodes. The support for entering into wisdom without effort is that the light of the Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas has no abode and is invisible. Regarding this last one, some say: Wisdom without effort is the Buddha-ground, and entering there is the end of the tenth ground. This is unreasonable, because the meaning of entering does not appear as something else entering there, but rather appears as the way in which wisdom itself enters. This is considered by the noble ones to be the Buddha-ground, as it is said: There, the support for the spontaneous accomplishment of wisdom is this, which is for the benefit of all sentient beings, the spontaneously accomplished wisdom that dwells happily in the seen Dharma, namely, the Tathagata, Arhat, perfectly enlightened Buddha. Although it is taught in this way, the "Sun Essence Sutra" says that it is divided into thirteen kinds due to the different stages of the Dharma of practice. Since there are thirteen kinds of practice, this must also be included as one of them, so it seems that the intention is to establish the path of the tenth ground there, so the basis of establishment should be counted, and the thirteen established Dharmas should not be counted. Regarding the way of dividing into thirteen kinds, some separate wisdom and compassion and do it, which is meaningless, so like in the "Sun Essence Sutra" and the "Eight Thousand Verse Sutra", the opponents and abandonment are separated and made into thirteen kinds. The third part has four points: the nature of the support Dharma, the order, the definite number, and the boundary of the ground. The first point is: among the thirteen practices, the four worldly definitive discriminations arise first. For the time being, it shows the order. After that arises the supramundane seeing.

The path and the meditative paths below the seventh ground, namely the six dharmas of realization. After that, the power of the arising of those six dharmas, like a thief being expelled from within, that is, being expelled, the antidote uninterrupted path of abandoning what should be abandoned, and like the door being firmly bolted after the thief is expelled, the two liberation paths of abandoning the unfavorable side arise. Moreover, the arising of the antidote side and the cessation of the unfavorable side are simultaneous. If simultaneous, then it should not become two paths, because the arising of the antidote and the cessation of what should be abandoned are shown to be tending simultaneously, but those two themselves are not two paths, because tending towards arising is the future, and the actual uninterrupted path is the present, because when abandoning what should be abandoned, the ability actually takes effect. Tending towards the cessation of what should be abandoned is also what should be abandoned itself, so it is not the liberation path. Therefore, the uninterrupted path of the arising of the antidote, and the liberation path of the cessation of what should be abandoned, are the antidote and abandonment in order. Expelling the thief and bolting the door are metaphors for the two paths abandoning what should be abandoned, but arranging those two as metaphors for simultaneity is not permissible, because the Commentary on the Treasury states: Like the two expelling the thief and closing the door. Thus, the uninterrupted path and the liberation path explain the way of abandoning what should be abandoned, and this teacher also does so. Therefore, the previous ones prevented considering abandonment as the liberation path, and explaining it as the part of abandonment is unreasonable, because that is unconditioned, so it cannot be established as a dependent dharma. After that arises, the practice of abandoning the cognitive obscurations, with the conceptual thought of clinging to the arising of the antidote and the cessation of what should be abandoned. By what means is it abandoned? By not clinging to what is abandoned and the antidote, but directly realizing it. After that arises, the wisdom of realizing the selflessness of the characteristic of non-abiding, clinging to taking and abandoning in order in samsara and nirvana, and the practice of the means of great compassion. The cause and condition is the power of the means of making aspirations in previous lives, and practicing the perfections such as generosity. After that arises, the dharma that is not common to the Hearers and others, as well as the Solitary Buddhas and ordinary beings, the two means and wisdom. By what means
