Because I have seen many such things in many tantras such as Hevajra and others. Among them, first explain in detail the view of Ra Lotsawa. In the Seven Distinctions, it says: "The great wheel of Vajrabhairava with sixteen petals, think of drawing with a pen made from the root of a great crow's feather. With a pen of human bone, naked, hair disheveled, looking around with mouth open, one should write with the posture of a buffalo's face. Place the name of the one to be accomplished between the two fires. Then surround it with ten syllables. Also write eight Hūṃs. Write Phaṭ in the corner." Thus it is said, this shows the pure mantra's magic wheel. Again, in that distinction, it says: "Furthermore, another excellent combination of the sixteen-petaled wheel is taught." However, the difference here is that the mantra of thirty-two syllables and the mantra of ten syllables, together with the name of the one to be accomplished, should be written together alternating letters and mantras. Thus it is said, this shows the magic wheel combining the root mantra and the heart mantra. Taking those two as examples, there are also the magic wheel of the pure root mantra, the magic wheel of the pure near-heart mantra, the magic wheel combining the root mantra and near-sin, the magic wheel combining the heart mantra and near-heart mantra, and the magic wheel combining the three mantras. In total, seven magic wheels are shown. Among them, the sixteen-petaled wheel is: First, draw a circular center. Then draw another circle outside it. Then, like the nine-eyed line, draw four lines touching the outer circle. Thus, the layer outside the center has eight petals, and the layer outside that has eight petals. Thus, there are sixteen petals in total. The method of placing the pillow on that wheel is: In the magic wheel of the pure heart mantra, draw a crossed triangular dharmodaya in the center of the wheel. In its center, write "Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) so-and-so Māra Raṃ (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让)". Then surround it with the ten syllables of the heart mantra. This is the meaning of what is said in the Seven Distinctions: "Place the name of the one to be accomplished between the two fires, and then surround it with ten syllables." Here, the two fires of the magic wheel are: the fire of the double-layered mantra of the dharmodaya is the two Raṃs (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让), and the fire of samādhi is the two great Raṃs (藏文:རཾ,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:让) of the magic wheel practice, completely transformed, visualized as a burning triangular fire pile. On the eight petals outside the center,
