Therefore, the mantra practitioner, in order to generate faith in his own mind, should highly respect others with reverence. Thus it is said. The nature of reality is inconceivable, etc., as has been said before. The two jewels of one's own mind refer to: faith in the guru, and trust in the essential instructions of the tantra, which is primary. The others are easy to understand. Thus, the third chapter, called "Explanation of the Tantra of the Karma of the Wheel Ritual," is now complete. Although one does not understand the true meaning of the generation and completion stage mantras, but is controlled by attachment and aversion, and only emphasizes the number of recitations for beneficial and harmful actions. Although there are many mantra practitioners who are like blind men touching an elephant, it is difficult to find a mantra practitioner who can truly understand the true meaning of the mantra and the deity, fully comprehend the meaning of the essential instructions of the tantra, and practice according to the teachings of Vajradhara, pleasing the wise. Therefore, do not deceive yourself and others with the fabricated and erroneous instructions of fools, but according to the intention of the tantra and the great accomplished guru, I have explained the infallible wheel ritual. By this merit, may all beings, with the wheel of bliss and emptiness supreme wisdom, cut off all the continuums of the wheel of ignorance, may they become indistinguishable from Manjushri Yamantaka. The wheel ritual of the Bhagavan Yamantaka, distinguishing between peaceful and wrathful, called "Extensive Explanation of the Wheel Chapter, Sunlight Victorious over the Three Realms," is based on: the Black Enemy Tantra, and its commentaries by the great accomplished ones Auspicious Treasure, Shantipa, and Kumara Chandra, as well as the Seven Chapters, and their four commentaries, and the Extensive Explanation of the Meaning of the Yamantaka Wheel by Acharya Akshobhya, and the Yamantaka Arising by Lalitavajra, and the Essential Instructions of the Yamantaka Wheel by Black Protector, and the Collection of Fierce Activities of the Wheel of Bhairava by Acharya Shanti Yashas, and the Seven Peaceful Activities by Amoghavajra, the Seven Fierce Activities, the Garland of the Red Yamari Wheel by Virupa, and the two Clarifications of the Wheel in accordance with the Kalachakra by Acharya Bodhichitta, and what is said in the Kalachakra, and the Red Six-Faced One.

As stated in the two tantras, the oral instructions are the root, and the explanation of the transmission of both Ra and Kyo of Tibet, having mastered all aspects of the practice of Trulkhor such as oral instructions and oral transmissions, being indistinguishable from Vajradhara, having directly received empowerment from Vajrabhairava himself, all-knowing Lozang Drakpa, the glorious one, through the kindness of being embraced by great delight, having obtained the certainty of not being mistaken in the giving of oral instructions of infinite sutras and tantras, the monk Gelek Palzangpo, who has heard much from the yogis of Yamantaka, at the request of his many vajra disciples with golden mandalas and so on, may this revival in the monastery of Nyato (Nyato, place name) Upper Radiant Mountain cause great benefit to those with bodhicitta!
