The rule of, if you want to be an obstacle to the opposition, then it is the rule of being an obstacle. With the three examinations, the rational pramana obstructs the opposition of the vow of debate, and it is also what the opposition desires. In this way, if the pramana is pure with the three examinations, then is it not pervasive because it is a pramana that does not deceive the object to be proven? Answer: There is no fault. Because this is done with the meaning of not deceiving the relationship, even if not deceiving is pervasive, it is also the establisher of not deceiving, so there is no need to commit to pervasiveness. Fourth, if the three modes are established by direct perception, then can they not be a reliable sign? Answer: All signs are established differently from the aspect of the object to be proven, not from the aspect of the pramana of the establisher, because everything must ultimately enter into direct perception has already been established. If it is not like this, then only inference is good, and it will become endless. Moreover, the signs of refutation, the signs of establishment, etc., those established as signs, must be distinguished from either the refutation or the establishment, therefore, the sign of refutation that determines the contradictory pervasiveness cannot exist. The reason for determining the four harms of pramana is: it must be determined as something to be realized through the power of experience, and two kinds of things to be realized not through the power of experience. The latter includes two kinds of things that must depend on and not depend on language becoming a harmer. The non-dependent ones are divided into two types: those that can be established only by intention and those that cannot. If it is established only by intention, is it contrary to the object of pramana? Answer: It is not contradictory. Generally speaking, there are two kinds of things that are falsely established by conceptual thought, those that have not been established by pramana, such as falsely establishing a colored rope as a snake, and those that have been established by pramana. The latter also includes two types: those that cannot be established only by intention, such as the difference between what is made and impermanent, and those that can be established, such as the name of the moon with a rabbit can be expressed. The reason why it can be established only by intention is that wherever there is intention, there is convention, and where there is convention, it can be expressed by sound, and intention can freely enter into all objects. Therefore, for the one with a rabbit, it is conventionally established by the sound of the moon, not established from the aspect of the object, if it is not like this, then wherever there is a moon, there should be a buzzing sound. The other party said that the sound of the moon is

then it will not become inclusive, because it cannot exclude non-rabbit things, because it can include all knowable things, if you say so, there is no fault, because when the word moon is added to the rabbit, it will exclude the non-rabbit moon, but it will not exclude all non-moon appearances. Even if it is allowed to exclude non-moon, if it is not the moon, it is not necessary to exclude it. Therefore, all of fame and trust must be distinguished from each other internally by showing the difference between parents, and the difference in the power of things must be distinguished, and it cannot be distinguished by all three-phase reasoning. Third, establishing the discourse of excluding others includes the discourse of the two truths, the way of entering sound concepts, and the determination of exclusion. First, it includes the definition of the two truths, the distinction of the basis of definition, and the explanation of the determining measure. First, the definition of conventional truth is: a dharma that is established only by conceptual imputation, and the definition of ultimate truth is: a dharma that is not established only by conceptual imputation. The second is: the basis for explaining the word conventional is: the conceptual thought that grasps the general characteristic, because the general characteristic is taken as the object to be grasped, it is called obscuring the seeing of that nature, and it is not the entry of the word conventional. Therefore, all objects to be grasped by conceptual thought are conventional truths, and all self-characteristics are ultimate truths. The third is: determining that the general characteristic is only imputed by conceptual thought depends on the obstacle of establishing a substance that existed previously, and in order to establish it, one must refute other schools and establish one's own school. The first is: some people, when refuting that the general characteristic is a real thing, see that the reason for that refutation also applies to things made, impermanent, etc., therefore those are also not real things, and they also admit that they cannot establish a proposition in their own school for sound being impermanent, and it only exists in conceptual thought, because direct perception cannot be established in their own school, therefore no proposition can be correctly established, because there is no measure that cannot be denied by both the opponent and oneself. Therefore, they do not understand the fact that the establisher of the party's characteristic, the place, time, and nature exist without being mixed, and they are confused because they do not understand the reason for refuting that the general characteristic is a real thing, therefore they cling to the idea of mixed time.
