That is the explanation of the power of knowing what is and what is not. Desire, which is good, and non-desire, which is non-virtuous action, which are the two unmixed ones, and the opposite of those two, which is mixed action, and the actions of the uncontaminated things that exhaust the evil actions of the contaminated, and the extremely different kinds of ripening of that path, the knowledge enters into them separately without hindrance. Comprehending all knowable things of actions and their results, which are included in the three times, that is considered the power of knowing the results of actions. Attachment and the afflictions such as hatred represented by it, and the arising of faith and so on included by "etc.", that is, the desire produced by the power of the seed, the extremely different kinds of inferior, medium, and any particularly excellent desire, and the practices of all other dharmas other than aspiration, cover the seed of aspiration mentioned earlier, that is, the obscured aspiration, the knowledge goes to the three times, that is, entering into the knowable of aspiration, pervading without remainder, is called the power of knowing various aspirations. The wise who are skilled in the classification of all Buddha realms, the six from ear to mind included by eye and so on, the six from form to dharma, the six from eye consciousness to mind consciousness, and the nature of those, whatever is said to be the realm of emptiness and so on, the good distinctions of all kinds of differences of the realms, the infinite knowledge of the perfect Buddhas enters into them, that is considered the power of knowing various realms. The thoroughly conceptualizing discriminations that particularly superimpose on what is not true, are called faculties because they have power to generate attachment and so on. The extreme sharpness of the faculty of faith and so on included by "etc." is considered supreme, the state of the medium faculty, and the dullness of the faculty, that is, the state of being small, is said to be non-supreme, and the twenty-two faculties such as the eye, and the mutual ripening of the fruits of the faculties, that is, each of their own entities capable of accomplishing, possessing attachment that knows all aspects, that is, without obstruction, that is the declaration of the power of knowing the supreme and non-supreme faculties.

Etc. The second is: Some paths lead to Buddhahood, some paths lead to the Bodhi of the solitary realizer, some paths lead to the Bodhi of the Hearer, and to the hungry ghosts, animals, gods, humans, and hells, etc., showing various paths such as the correct and incorrect paths. For these paths, unobstructed wisdom is infinite, that is, the power of knowing the path that leads to all. The differences of yogis existing in the infinite world, that is, the various differences distinguished by differences, such as the four dhyanas, the eight liberations, and various tranquilizations, that is, the differences of samadhi and samapatti, from one to eight, that is, the nine successive abidings of gradual abiding, for all these completely pure, unobstructed wisdom is: the power of knowing all defilements and purifications. As long as ignorance exists, samsara exists, that is, in the beginningless samsara from one to another, in the past, the sentient beings of each of my and other sentient beings' samsara, as many as there are, infinite sentient beings, remembering their root, that is, the cause, and remembering oneself and others becoming such and such colors, that is, remembering their appearance, and remembering being born in such and such a place of tranquility, that is, remembering their place and direction, for these objects of memory, there is no obstacle, whichever it is, that is said to be the power of knowing the recollection of past lives. Sentient beings each sentient being's death and, the birth of the continuation of the five aggregates, all that abides in the world at the limit of space, adorned by various karmic crafts, many, at that time, with wisdom completely pure and unattached, that is, entering without obstruction, knowing the infinite object, that is considered the power of knowing death and birth. The power of the Buddhas who know all aspects, can destroy all defilements such as greed, together with their habitual tendencies, that is, become the transformation of destruction. The solitary realizer who is received by disciples, Hearers, etc., with wisdom, that is, the wisdom of non-outflow.
