From the Utterly Clear, this is the explanation of the eighth, ultimate bodhicitta. Third, on the ninth bhumi, the power of that bodhisattva is such that all the perfections of power are completely purified. Regarding the ten powers explained in the perfection of power, from the Ornament of the Sugata's Intentions: Among them, the power of thought is because there is no pervasive application of afflictions. The power of superior thought is because the wisdom of the bhumis is completely cultivated. The power of retention is because of not forgetting the Dharma. The power of samadhi is because of being constantly without distraction. The power of correct attainment is because of being skilled in distinguishing the conduct of limitless and endless world realms. The power of mastery is because of obtaining the complete fulfillment of all desires in the mind. The power of fearlessness is because of being skilled in distinguishing the application of all the Buddha's teachings. The power of aspiration is because of not abandoning the connection with the conduct of all the Buddhas. The power of the perfections is because one completely ripens the Buddha's teachings, completely ripens sentient beings, and does not abandon the conduct that benefits all sentient beings. The power of great love is because of not abandoning the supreme dedication to protecting all sentient beings. The power of great compassion is because of eliminating all the suffering of all sentient beings. The power of the nature of reality is because of manifesting the nature of reality such as illusion. The power of the blessing of all the Tathagatas is because of turning towards the omniscient wisdom of all aspects. These are the powers shown in the sutras. As it is said. As the perfection of power is complete, one also obtains the four qualities of individual perfect knowledge of the Dharma, which are completely pure: the four individual perfect knowledges of Dharma, meaning, definitive words, and eloquence. Among them, the first thoroughly knows the individual characteristics of each Dharma. The second knows the distinctions of all Dharmas.

Third, it is known that all dharmas are shown separately without being different. Fourth, as stated in the auto-commentary, it is well known that the causes of the harmony of all dharmas are continuous and uninterrupted. In other treatises, the dharma of the different names of names, the meaning to be forgotten, the definitive words of speech, and the inexhaustible eloquence are explained as wisdom. In the extensive commentary on Entering the Middle Way, "The Utterly Clear Intention," it is the explanation of the ninth ultimate bodhicitta. Fourth, that bodhisattva who abides on the tenth bhumi receives the supreme great light empowerment from all the Buddhas in the ten directions. The way to obtain it is that this bodhisattva, at the end of obtaining countless hundreds of thousands of samadhis, manifests a samadhi called "endowed with empowerment without distinction from the wisdom of omniscience." Then, immediately after that, a great precious lotus equal in size to hundreds of thousands of three thousand great thousand worlds appears, called "endowed with the best of all kinds of jewels," and in detail, it has a retinue of lotuses equal to the number of dust motes measured by hundreds of thousands of three thousand great thousand worlds, and the body of that bodhisattva also abides in accordance with it. As soon as that samadhi is obtained, it is universally seen to be sitting on that lotus. When he sits on it, light emanates from the urna hair of the cushions gathered from all the Buddhafields and empowers that bodhisattva. Such and so on, as stated in the Tenth Bhumi Sutra. Among the ten paramitas, the wisdom paramita is particularly supreme for this bodhisattva, that is, it also becomes pure. The recognition of wisdom and the difference between it and the prajna paramita is: As stated in the Bodhisattva Bhumi, "Knowing how to properly establish all dharmas as they are is the prajna paramita. Among them, the wisdom that enters into grasping the ultimate truth is the prajna paramita. The one who enters into grasping the conventional truth is the wisdom paramita, and the difference between these two is that." Thus it is said. Just as rain clouds pour down rain to increase the crops of worldly beings, so too, in order to increase the virtuous crops of those to be tamed.
