is also transformation. The great and so on are self-nature dependent on their own transformation, and transformation dependent on the fundamental self-nature. The sixteen sources of wisdom and so on are only transformations. The purusha is neither the maker nor the transformation. The five senses of hearing and so on are blessed by consciousness, and consciousness clings to the objects of sound and so on that are taken. Then the purusha thinks about the meaning that consciousness clings to. Thus, because of wanting to enjoy the objects, one approaches and enjoys the objects. When attachment to objects decreases, the purusha sees the faults in the objects. When one is liberated from attachment, one gradually practices meditation. Dependent on this, when one obtains the divine eye, one looks at the principal through that eye. When he looks, the principal becomes ashamed like other women, no longer approaches me, and will separate. All the collections of transformations are also reversed from the order of birth and dissolve into the principal itself. When it becomes an unclear essence, only the purusha exists. Therefore, this is called liberation. That self-nature is called constant because it is always in a state of independence. What is the maker and what is not the maker? Here, dust, darkness, and courage are the three gunas Among them, the nature of dust is movement and entry. The nature of darkness is heaviness and covering. The nature of courage is lightness and extreme clarity. Pleasure, pain, and ignorance are just names for these. When these are in equilibrium, it is the principal, because here the gunas (藏文:ཡོན་ཏན།,梵文天城体:गुण,梵文罗马拟音:guṇa,汉语字面意思: गुण) become primary and extremely peaceful. Their unchanging state is self-nature. From self-nature comes greatness. Greatness and wisdom are synonymous, they are the two images of the external environment and the inner purusha that appear. From greatness comes ego. Ego is of three kinds: ego with transformation, ego with courage, and ego with darkness. Among them, from the ego with transformation come the five tanmatras: form and sound.
