The accustomed places will be reversed. For example, after applying eye medicine, the appearance of hair and the like is reversed, which becomes a result for those with eye diseases. However, hair and the like do not become its object by becoming another nature. Fourth, because ordinary individuals do not understand this Dharma-nature as previously explained, they are mainly bound by the concept of grasping at extremes. Therefore, when yogis and noble ones understand this Dharma-nature and do not have inverted concepts, they will be liberated. Therefore, by blocking all objects of grasping of the concepts of grasping at extremes, the concept is reversed. This is precisely what the noble ones have stated in the Madhyamaka treatises as the result of discrimination, so the wise ones say. The Shataka also says: If things exist by their own nature, what is the virtue of seeing emptiness? Seeing through concepts is bondage, and it is this that is prevented here. It means that if things exist by their own nature, then it is reality, and seeing this reality is beautiful. There is no virtue in seeing emptiness by its own nature. Therefore, seeing through concepts, that is, grasping at existence by its own nature, is bondage. Therefore, its object of attachment should be prevented in this Madhyamaka treatise. It is said. Its commentary also says that conceptualization is the imputation of meaning to a non-real nature. That is, imputing something that does not really exist as really existing. Therefore, it does not apply to all conceptualizations, but to the conceptualization of grasping at reality and the conceptualization of grasping at extremes. In the conceptualization of grasping at extremes, the word "extreme" has many meanings, but the extreme of being free from extremes, in the Madhyamaka appearance, it is said that if there is a ultimate truth thing of the nature of the mind's own essence in Madhyamaka, then, at that time, because it exists in it, how can the obvious attachment to whether it is permanent or impermanent become an extreme? Following the reality of things as they are and paying attention in the right way, it should not be said to be a place of downfall. It is said. That is to say, the object that exists as it is grasped is not an extreme here, and the mind is not as it should be.

Because it is belief, it is not clinging to extremes. Therefore, this extreme is a place of falling, just as in the world it is said that a cliff is an extreme, and falling from it is called falling into an extreme. Whatever is grasped in such a way that the grasper is destroyed is called falling into an extreme. Among these, what truly exists cannot exist even conventionally, because what truly does not exist exists conventionally. Saying "non-existent in ultimate reality" is clinging to the extreme of non-existence, and negating it in that way, although negating the extreme of non-existence is not negation, if one clings to the non-existence of what is to be negated as truly existing, then one falls into the extreme of the non-existence of things, so negating it is also negating the extreme of non-existence. Phenomena such as karma and its effects exist conventionally, and no valid cognition can possibly harm them. If the object and subject that cling to them as not existing or existing are the extreme of non-existence and clinging to that extreme. Saying things like "the Buddha has no faults" are not the extreme of non-existence and clinging to that extreme. This is the extreme of non-existence of denigration, and the former is the extreme of non-existence of superimposition. Therefore, phenomena other than the negation mentioned earlier, if the object and subject that cling to them as existing in ultimate reality or by their own characteristics are the extreme of existence and clinging to that extreme. Saying things like "the Buddha has wisdom and compassion" are not the extreme of existence and clinging to that extreme. In some chapters of the scriptures, all that exists in ultimate reality is also said to be the extreme of existence. It is precisely for this reason that the Blessed One made so many rational analyses in the Treatise on the Middle Way, and it should be understood that this was not done out of attachment to debate, wanting to overpower others. Making rational analyses, teaching suchness from the Treatise on the Middle Way, is done so that beings, by realizing suchness without error, may attain liberation. If it could liberate beings, how wonderful that would be! If you were to list all the refutations of those who assert entities, has it not been refuted in the scriptures? Therefore, the entry into the scriptures is for the sake of debate, so how can merely the cessation of distorted thoughts be established as the result? Although this analysis is not done for the sake of debate, nevertheless, suchness
