As the ground becomes more purified, its dharma nature also becomes more purified with the removal of defilements. For things with special characteristics, it is not enough for the dharma nature to be pure in just one aspect. It is also necessary to be free from sudden defilements in each respective situation, and this is what is called the Truth of Cessation. In the ten bhumis, many names for the truth, such as being skilled in the Truth of Characteristics, appear in this bhumi. However, these are not included in the two truths. In the extensive commentary on Entering the Middle Way, the Clear Meaning, is the explanation of the fifth ultimate bodhicitta. Secondly, the explanation of the sixth bhumi, Manifestation, is divided into four parts: the definition of the bhumi and the special explanation of prajnaparamita; the praise of the perfection of wisdom; the explanation of the suchness of seeing the profound dependent arising; and concluding by stating the qualities of the bhumi. The first part is: In the fifth bhumi, having obtained the complete purification of the dhyana paramita, the sixth bhumi is directed towards manifestation, that is, abiding in the excellent mind of transformation into samadhi. Relying on that, the bodhisattva abiding in the sixth bhumi sees the profound suchness of dependent arising, merely this cause of conditions, and therefore abiding in the excellent prajnaparamita, one will attain cessation. Prior to that, in the fifth bhumi and so on, cessation is not attained, because there is no excellent prajnaparamita. Merely the excellent five paramitas of generosity and so on cannot attain cessation. Therefore, through the excellence of wisdom, the dharma nature resembling an image manifests, and in the fifth bhumi, focusing on the Truth of the Path, and because of directing towards manifestation to obtain the dharma of the complete Buddha, this bhumi is called Manifestation. The meaning of the second reason is explained in the commentary, although it explains the manifestation of the path of non-apprehension of knowledge and the object of knowledge. However, in the fifth bhumi, focusing on the Truth of the Path is because the last of the four truths is mentioned. There, one can obtain skill in the coarse and subtle four truths, so the sixth bhumi is the meaning of the perfection of wisdom skilled in the four truths. The first reason shows that the learning of wisdom skilled in the arising and ceasing of dependent origination is perfected, so these two learnings of wisdom are

through the doorway of, is the meaning of realizing truth and dependent origination. Thus, in this ground, the three trainings of wisdom are completed, and the extent to which calm abiding differs, to that extent, insight differs as well. In the fifth ground, the supreme perfection of meditative concentration is attained, and relying on that, the perfection of wisdom is also attained here. Therefore, the uncommon attainment of entering into cessation is obtained from here. The Ratnavali also says that the sixth ground is called the Manifest Ground, because it is manifest to the Buddha's teachings, through familiarizing oneself with calm abiding and insight, it increases by obtaining cessation, and due to its fruition, one becomes the king of the gods of Paranirmita-vasavartin, not stolen by the Shravakas, it pacifies those with excessive pride. It is said that Paranirmita is the Joyful Transformation. Secondly, it is explained that the collections of generosity and so forth, other than the Prajnaparamita, depend on the Prajnaparamita to reach the stage of fruition. For example, just as a person with eyes can easily lead all the blind people who want to go to their destination, similarly, in this stage of the path, wisdom, that is, Prajnaparamita, also takes the virtues of generosity and so forth, which have lost the eye of seeing, and leads them to the state of the Victorious One. Because Prajnaparamita can truly see the correct and incorrect paths. The Arya Samgraha Sutra also says: Countless blind people without guides, how can they know the path and enter the city? Without wisdom, these five perfections without eyes, because they have no guide, cannot realize enlightenment. And the Vajracchedika Sutra also says: For example, a person with eyes enters the darkness and sees nothing, similarly, one should look at the Bodhisattva who, clinging to reality, gives alms. Subhuti, for example, after dawn, the sun rises, and a person with eyes can see various forms, similarly, one should look at the Bodhisattva who, not clinging to reality, gives alms. It is said that discipline and so forth are also the same. Thirdly, there are five points, profound
