Moreover, the established dharma is also established by the power of the mind. I think that, according to the view of the Realists, true establishment will also be refuted. Those two aspects will become mixed and unclear, because establishing the object of measurement by means of valid cognition refers to understanding the way the two exist by means of valid cognition. Therefore, it is completely different from the former. In this way, the illusion-like appearance, according to the Yogacara-Madhyamaka, is self-awareness direct perception; according to the Svatantrika who accepts external objects, it is established by the root consciousness direct perception like the ground or space. And the non-existence as it appears, if it existed as it appears, then those who have not been deceived by the eye consciousness should be able to see it, but since they have not seen it, it is refuted by reasons such as "because it is not seen." At this time, when the aggregation of appearance and emptiness is established, the falsehood that pleases the minds of ordinary people who have not entered the sect is established. Therefore, no matter how subtle or coarse, no intellect can produce the wisdom established by emptiness that appears like an image. Even if it is the true establishment that pleases the minds of ordinary people, if there is appearance, then it will not be empty; if it is empty, then there will be no appearance. If the two aggregate, then it is only the falsehood that pleases the minds of ordinary people. Third, just as a magician deceives the eyes with illusion, when sentient beings perceive these internal and external dharmas as truly existing, and cling to the fact that the dharmas have a way of existing that is not established by the mind, this is the innate clinging to reality that has been present since beginningless time. The Svatantrika establishes it in this way, which is extremely coarse compared to the clinging mind of the object to be refuted by the Prasangika. Therefore, the subtle innate clinging to reality is not like this. Once the true establishment grasped by this clinging to reality is refuted by reason, then like a magician, for the internal and external dharmas, they no longer cling to the fact that they have a way of existing that is not established by the inner mind, but understand that they are only the existence established by the mind. Moreover, they believe that those established by the mind that are not harmed by valid cognition exist in conventional truth, but not all those established by the mind exist in conventional truth. Although the sprouting of a sprout from a seed is established by the mind, the sprout itself is not from the seed.

Moreover, arising is also not contradictory. From the perspective of the basis of manifestation, it is similar to appearing as a horse or a cow. Therefore, one should understand that it knows everything that exists in conventional terms. The nature of reality is also established as existing according to the power of the mind in which it appears. Therefore, there is nothing that it does not encompass in establishing it as existing in conventional terms. Therefore, just as an illusion appears as a horse or a cow, but is empty of it, similarly, all things like pots appear as pots, but are empty of pots. It is not at all the meaning of applying illusion and other phenomena as examples. If that were the case, it would be impossible for the phenomenon to be that, and the example would also only appear as that, but would not be its actual substance. When the non-conceptual wisdom of meditative equipoise arises, at that time, all dualistic appearances are pacified, just as when the eyes are not deceived, there is neither appearance nor attachment to illusion. Since the Svātantrika will not explain the uncommon ways of refuting with reasoning below, here, according to its system, to briefly and easily explain how all phenomena appear like illusions, if one distinguishes between existence and non-existence as real entities in terms of knowable objects, first, when explaining real entities, one distinguishes between form and formlessness. For form, the absence of parts in directions such as east, and for consciousness, the absence of parts in past and future times, should be refuted as explained elsewhere, and it should be established that real entities are pervaded by parts. Then, if the parts and the whole are different in nature, they will become unrelated, so refute this and show that they are of one nature. At that time, how should one trust in it? Although the way of being is of one nature, it is undeniable that in the way of appearing, they appear as different in nature. Therefore, like an illusion, establish that appearing there and being empty of it are both assembled. Then, although there is no contradiction in the false way of abiding that is established by the power of appearing in the mind, it is completely unreasonable if that basis is not a way of abiding that is established by the power of appearing in the mind, because it is impossible for the way of abiding and the way of appearing to be inconsistent with what was previously explained as truly established, because if it is truly established, it must exist in all ways abandoning falsehood, and the mind that appears as different in nature must function without deception, thus harming the oneness of nature. If that is established, then the things that do not exist as real entities can also be refuted based on that reasoning, because the collection
