Of other beings. It is desired to completely destroy the darkness that obstructs the third ground. That Bodhisattva, on this third ground, has subdued the darkness of faults that destroys qualities. Although he has become extremely sharp like the sun, he does not become angry with beings who have faults, because he has become extremely accustomed to patience, and because his mind has been moistened by compassion. From the Extensive Explanation of Entering the Middle Way, the Clear Meaning, the Explanation of the Third of the Ultimate Bodhicitta. Fourth, the explanation of the fourth ground, the Radiant Ground, has three parts: emphasizing diligence on this ground; explaining the definition of the ground; and explaining the distinction of abandonment. The first part: Now, on this ground, among the first three perfections, diligence is emphasized, and it is explained that it is inferior to the remaining six: For those who do not delight in virtue, there is no engagement in generosity, etc., in any way, so no qualities arise. But for those who accumulate or cultivate the qualities of generosity, etc., previously mentioned, and who have delight, the qualities that have been obtained increase, and those that have not been obtained are obtained. Therefore, all qualities follow diligence, and merit and intelligence, that is, the accumulation of wisdom, are the causes of both. Such diligence, which is held to blaze especially on which ground, is called the fourth ground, the Radiant Ground. Because the training in heightened samadhi, which is superior to the first two grounds on the third ground, has been obtained, the extremely tamed state that arises from it, which is especially able to completely eliminate laziness, has been obtained on this ground, therefore, the perfection of diligence is superior. The second part: Again, why is this ground called the Radiant Ground? On that fourth ground, for the sons of the Sugata, the thirty-seven factors of complete enlightenment, the light of wisdom that arises from meditating more than before, is superior to the light of copper mentioned on the third ground. Therefore, because the light of the fire of true wisdom especially increases, that ground of the Bodhisattva is called the Radiant Ground. As it says in the Precious Garland: The fourth is called the Radiant One, Because the light of true wisdom arises, All the factors of enlightenment, Without exception, Because of especially meditating on them. Because of the ripening of that.

Where strife is absent, the gods triumph and transform. Those who thoroughly generate the view of the perishable aggregate, the ones who completely destroy it, are the wise. As it is said, it is also established here. The thirty-seven factors of enlightenment are the seven categories of the path, such as the mindfulness. The four mindfulnesses are: mindfulness of body, feeling, mind, and phenomena. The four right abandonments are: to generate wholesome dharmas that have not yet arisen, to increase those that have arisen, to prevent unwholesome dharmas that have not yet arisen from arising, and to abandon those that have arisen. The four legs of miraculous power are: the samadhi of desire, effort, mind, and investigation, which are the legs of miraculous power. The five faculties are: the faculties of faith, effort, mindfulness, samadhi, and wisdom. The five powers are: the powers of faith and so on. The seven branches of enlightenment are: mindfulness, discrimination of dharmas, effort, joy, tranquility, samadhi, and equanimity, which are the branches of perfect enlightenment. The term "perfect" is also connected to the end of the previous six. The eightfold noble path is: right view, right thought, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right samadhi, which are the branches of the perfect noble path. The term "right" is connected to thought and below, and the term "branches of the right noble path" is also connected to the end of the previous seven. Among them, the first ground is: The basis of learning, and the nature of learning, the second is the higher discipline of morality, the third is the higher discipline of mind, and the higher discipline of wisdom is established in the three from the fourth to the sixth. In this ground, one becomes a master of the gross and subtle thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, and becomes a person with the learning of wisdom. The third is: self, which is related to the subtle view of self in the perishable aggregate, that is, the self that precedes it, and the gross clinging to the self of the individual and what belongs to the self, which holds sentient beings and so on as independent entities, and the clinging to the self of phenomena, which clings to the aggregates, elements, and sources as true, will all be completely exhausted. The meaning of exhaustion also refers to the abandonment of the seeds of the two self-grasps that are to be abandoned on that ground, not the complete exhaustion. The Sutra also explains the existence of the co-emergent view of the perishable aggregate. The Madhyamaka school...
