Through the power of enlightened wisdom, without clinging to the craving of feelings, manifesting the non-dual wisdom, and without taking from it, if this is the case, then one will be liberated, and at that time there will be no more existence in samsara. The existence that arises from the cause of clinging should also be understood as the nature of the five aggregates. The virtuous and non-virtuous actions of body, speech, and mind all give rise to the existence of the five aggregates in the future. By naming the cause with the name of the result, it is called existence. Among them, the actions of body and speech are the form aggregate, while the actions of mind are the nature of the four aggregates. Regarding this, in other treatises, the Vaibhashikas refute the idea that the actions of body and speech are material, although it is said that bodily and verbal actions are the mind in the process of acting, Chandrakirti considers them to be material. The action of mind is mind, but other mental states and mental events that are associated with mind are of the same nature as mind, therefore mental action is said to be the nature of the four aggregates. Nourished by craving and clinging, the karma that accomplishes rebirth becomes powerful, and from that existence, the birth of the five aggregates in the next life will arise. The aging of the maturing aggregates and the death of the decaying aggregates, as well as the mental anguish and sorrow accompanied by the universally ignorant attachment at the time of death, and the wailing uttered by the mouth aroused by sorrow, the suffering that harms the five senses, and the distress and suffering that harm the consciousness, and the disturbances of body and mind arising from distress and suffering, all these arise from birth. As mentioned before, in this way, through the power of one's own causes and conditions, the suffering aggregates, collections, and groups are heaps of suffering. Separated from the nature of self and what belongs to self, and merely posited by children, the nature of suffering, unmixed with happiness, only this will arise, thus the order of samsara is explained. Among them, what is accomplished? It is birth, aging, and death. By what is it accomplished? By clinging born from the cause of craving. How is it accomplished? By the karmic imprints that actions impress upon consciousness, making them powerful, and accomplishing them in the manner of creating karmic existence.

Because this (ignorance and formation) accomplishes the very thing that is projected. The cause and effect of projecting and accomplishing are the cause and effect of one lifetime, not of separate lifetimes. However, the reason for explaining them separately is to show the difference between the suffering of being projected and the suffering of being accomplished, and the difference between the causes of projecting and accomplishing. As it says in the Essence of Earth Sutra: "If consciousness and so on up to feeling, and birth, old age, and death are all of a mixed nature, why are they explained in two ways? It is to show the different natures of painful things, and to fully explain the distinction between projecting and manifest accomplishment." As it says. Secondly, because the limbs of existence arise from ignorance and so on, the root of samsara, that is, the root of the connection of consciousness and so on, the main cause is formation. Therefore, the wise who directly see the suchness of dependent arising do not perform the action of projecting. The unwise who do not directly see the suchness are the performers of formation. As it says in the Sutra: "Monks, this person who is associated with ignorance also performs meritorious actions, also performs non-meritorious actions, and also performs immovable actions." As it says. Therefore, the unwise are the performers, and only those who have ignorance become the performers of formation. The wise who see that very thing, having abandoned ignorance, are not the performers, because they have directly seen the suchness. Thus, if there is ignorance, formation arises, and if there is not, it does not arise. Therefore, if ignorance ceases, that is, is abandoned, then formations will not arise either, because the cause is not complete. What will stop that ignorance? The cessation of ignorance, that is, its exhaustion, is because of knowing the suchness of dependent arising without error. Relying on meditating on the meaning of suchness, one will directly see suchness, and is the yogi who sees that very thing.
