Since there is no way to do it like that, this is to dispel the meaning of not just completely cutting off self-origination. This is not to dispel the reason for refuting the Dharma, because it is said to dispel what is to be established, and it is not said that no self-origination is the reason. At that time, since birth is related to meaning, things are not just completely cut off from self-origination, so they will arise from others. If that is the case, then the meaning of "not from self-origination" contradicts the doctrine that is only completely cut off from self-origination. The commentary explains that it contradicts the doctrine in the teacher's teachings that does not recognize other-origination and birth related to meaning. If you want to take birth unrelated to meaning as the reason, then it is unreasonable to say that the reason is not stated. This is because it is considered that it can establish no self-origination, so the reason is not stated, so there is no contradiction to his view. The third is: The way that such a statement is refuted by Chandrakirti is: Also, the debate that birth has meaning and existence contradict each other can refute self-origination. If it cannot be refuted, then even if self-continuum is established, it cannot be refuted, so there is no need to state the metaphor and reason of self-continuum; since the Madhyamikas should not allow the recognition of self-continuum, there is no need to refute the faults of the self-continuum's vows and reasons stated by others. Even so, it is necessary to state the contradiction with the inference recognized by the Samkhyas themselves, so for the metaphors, reasons, and vows recognized by the external opponents, it is not stated that it is necessary to make them free from their faults, and the faults are not eliminated, so will it become the previous fault? For all external opponents, it is not necessary to state what others recognize, and even if it is necessary to state it for some people, it is stated, because Buddhapalita said that for what exists in oneself, there is no need to be born again, this is the language of the explanation of "those" etc., so existence is the reason, and it is to be established that rebirth is meaningless. Therefore, since the similar example with both reason and Dharma is also taken as recognized by others, how can it be said that the metaphor and reason are not stated? The metaphor is that one does not want the already manifest vase to appear again, and the entity of ability not appearing is the birth that is to be established. Therefore, there is no doubt that the establishment of the reason contradicts the establishment. Therefore, there are no first two faults. There is support for admitting the meaning of refutation...

Saying it is not allowed is the meaning of refuting the tenet, and also the other party is related, but we are not, because we have no commitment ourselves. So it was said. This is not all the extreme inferences made by the Madhyamikas, but the extreme inference of preventing self-origination previously made. Its extreme inference dharma is not just the extreme inference that birth is contrary to meaning, but again birth is contrary to meaning, and the meaning of refuting that extreme inference, again birth is in accordance with meaning, which is a famous saying, but one does not have such a commitment oneself, so how can it be contrary to the tenet for the reason of committing to it? Therefore, this treatise does not show that the refutation of all the extreme inferences made by the Madhyamikas is that the other party commits to it but oneself does not, and that there is generally no commitment. Buddhapalita also said, "Again, birth is meaningless," saying the word "again," its meaning is that when the sprout is in the causal position, because it is thought to arise after obtaining its own nature, it is said to be non-existent. In the Clear Words also, the word "again" is said, and in the Entering the Middle Way it is also said, "If it has already arisen, then again it will be completely imagined to arise," therefore, existence and arising again are contradictory, existence and arising are not contradictory. Existence and arising together are also the same as this. Candrakirti showed that the meaning of refuting the extreme inference is unrelated to oneself, to which Lekden also did not understand that what was issued was the extreme inference that again birth is contrary to meaning, but thought that what was issued was generally birth contrary to meaning, so he said that the meaning of refutation must be committed to. If an extreme inference that the other party does not accept is issued, then the issuer must commit to the meaning of refuting the extreme inference dharma, therefore it is not acceptable not to commit to the meaning of refuting the extreme inference dharma. If it is said that when a non-self-natured person establishes an extreme inference for a self-natured person, how can it become an extreme inference that is refuted from the extreme inference and has meaning? This is also not a general extreme inference, but two extreme inferences that prevent self-origination. When establishing non-acceptance with those two extreme inferences, the issuer does not have to commit to the meaning of refutation, because words show meaning not involuntarily, but follow the speaker's intention to express, and also because the issuer of the extreme inference only wants to prevent again birth from being meaningful and together.
